Situated in Dollar Point, this attractive house for £284 per night is a great option for your next trip. Desirable end-unit townhouse, three parking spaces, outside entries; two second-level decks, with patio table, and chairs. Steps from private pier and sandy beach area on Lake Tahoe. Common area includes volleyball, tennis courts , pickle ball court, horse-shoe area, heated pool/jacuzzi (summer only), open-pit bar-b-cue in park-like setting for large group picnicking pleasure; club house can be reserved for large groups, with nearby hot tub available (winter only). Four bedrooms. Sleeps 8-10. Downstairs: Master bedroom (king sized bed) with newly renovated bathroom; two bedrooms (Queen and twins) sharing a second bath; Upstairs: (Queen) and third bath (updated with walk-in shower). Large upstairs living and dining area, beautiful open-beam cathedral ceiling with ceiling fan. Fully furnished kitchen, table seating for eight, plus two at breakfast bar. Wet bar, microwave, dishwasher, all cooking/serving utensils, dishes, all linens provided. High definition cable TVs in LR and upstairs bedroom, VCR and DVD. Free Wi Fi. Near Tahoe City, stores, restaurants, easy access to bus transportation to ski areas, parks, and public beaches. Sight-seeing and forest hiking nearby, close to river rafting and/or boat rentals. North Shore amenities include miniature golf, golfing, gambling, fine restaurants, and so much more! Holiday rentals will vary in pricing. Check with owner for holiday prices and minimum stays. We have a four-night minimum rental for all rentals.

We had a wonderful family vacation. The location was great. It would be a wonderful summer location too. The owners were very pleasant to work with, and responded quickly to any questions. The description needs to be updated. Everything was as stated except there wasn’t a fireplace and there were only 6 dining chairs and 2 bar stools. We enjoyed our time there, thank you for sharing your condo.

Had a little trouble with the code, but the owner answered our call immediately and issue was resolved easily. The townhome was comfy and rustic feeling. There have been some updates and it seemed well cared for. Maybe just a bit more cleaning - there were some things on the deck from the updates that should have been hauled away - old blinds, broken fan, boxes. But overall it was a very nice stay!

Location location location. This is a lovely place to stay with family and we are repeat guests. Swimming in the lake, volleyball games and bocce ball. The pool is well kept. Thanks for a nice stay at Tahoe!

We had a great time here and enjoyed our stay. The location was really convenient - eight by the lake for morning walks, a very short drive into Tahoe city, and close to ski resorts as well. The unit is dated, but very serviceable. We'd definitely consider staying again.

The property is very clean and spacious and comes stocked with all of the amenities of home. We ended up staying indoors most of the time because of the fires, but fortunately we had plenty of cable channels to choose from, functioning wifi and a complete kitchen to make all of our meals from home. It's only a short walking distance to the St Francis pier and a 5 minute drive to Tahoe City, which is super convenient. The hosts were fantastic to work with and always available by email or phone to answer our questions. We intend to come back again next year!

Had we known there was no air conditioning (in August) we would not have rented. Otherwise it's an OK place. Three of the bedrooms are in lower (main) level, but the living, dining, kitchen are on upper level and pretty uncomfortable. Fans running constantly. Not a lot to do in immediate area, driving necessary to see sights/ dining etc...would not rent again in the summer.

The property was what we expected. Perfect size and set up for our family. We loved the location and grounds. The pool was a bid plus. On the negative side the house git really hot but nothing can be done about that. Also the fridge wasn't very cold. Also there wasn't any toilet paper so we had to buy our own. Overall nice stay. We would rent this unit again

We had a fantastic vacation in this property/location. The condo was clean and had a well stocked kitchen! The rental process was easy! We have already booked this condo for next year!

It was so fun we didn’t want to leave. The place was nice and clean and it had everything we needed. Next time I know we don’t need to pack so much LOL. Everything was so close to town and so dining and skiing were very convenient.The owners were very sweet and they took the time to take our call even late at night.. It was right next to the lake which is really convenient for the summertime if we want to come down here again. The kids had a blast and we were sad to leave her. I gave it a 10 star thank you so much for allowing our family to have this experience.

The location was perfect for us...a gllimpse of the Lake from our balcony which had plenty of room for morning coffee. The location is close to everywhere we wanted to be and the amenities were just fine. Don't expect to see the latest design in window treatments or furniture, but who cares. You should be outside! :)

The property and owners made this a memorable adventure for all. The cabin is family friendly, has tons of space for folks to spread out and the easy-going, helpful nature of the owners provided a warm welcomed. The unit is stocked with everything you could need and bonus is walking distance to water and private pier. All this and less than 2 miles from town for grocery shopping or to grab an ice cream and walk around. Will visit again!
