Situated in Little Elm, this attractive house for £165 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. WINTER RATES for longer stays! We have 7 Lake Houses we manage in this same neighborhood on the water. Use the MAP SECTION to zoom in on just our waterfront. There should be 7. We call it Water Front Rentals Lake Lewisville. Looking for a fully furnished temporary home? Corporate housing or in between homes? Check our winter rates. Call for our rates per month - all bills paid. 30 day minimum. Monthly specials vary with number of people and length of time. Any Pet will need to be pre-authorized. 2 Pet Maximum any day or time. The Lake is at a perfect level. It should be a nice summer for enjoying the lake. Our chic and cozy lake house has everything you need to have a great time. Peaceful area great for swimming, fishing, wildlife watching, kayaking, canoeing, boating and/or paddleboating. OUR GUEST HOUSES ARE ALL TOGETHER, so if you have a group that want to be together, but in separate houses, you can rent more than one next door to each other. We have our deluxe Pontoon boat we rent exclusively to our guests, when available. We also keep kayaks, watermats, a canoe, and a paddleboat available for our guests to rent when conditions permit. This particular property's first bedroom has a king bed and the second one has a full bed with a twin trundle bed. We have a charcoal grill and a wood burning campfire pit that is always a hit with both adults and children. This house is a wonderful place to relax and watch a gorgeous sunset either at the burn pit or under the covered porch with a sunset bar. The porch has a table and two bar areas for you to use, including the “sunset bar”, while enjoying your favorite beverages or food. We provide wifi internet TV on a new large screen TV see and wireless internet. The kitchen is fully furnished with new stainless steel appliances, including a convection oven. Our lakehouse is conveniently located 7 minutes from downtown Frisco. Toyota Stadium, Dr. Pepper Park, Mall, and fine restaurants are just minutes away. There are lots of restaurants, shopping areas, and family entertainment opportunities just minutes from the house. Hydrous Wakeboard Park, Towers Taphouse, and Hula Hut are all in sight across the lake. DFW and Love Field are only 35 minutes away. Our house is perfect for the couple or small group that would like to getaway for the weekend or week. No dates are reserved without a signed rental agreement and security deposit. I can not say enough about this little place, community, and the owners! My husband and I need a mommy/daddy getaway to relax and unwind and that’s exactly what this place offered. It was absolutely beautiful to wake up and see the lake from the big windows in the den and kitchen. Sunsets are beautiful in the evening. Jerri and his wife and super sweet and extremely accommodating. We will definitely be coming back to this cute little rental again in the future!

First of all, everything stated in this listing is extremely accurate. Pictures show exactly what we found. The house is well-equipped, with lots of unexpected pleasant surprises, such as a complete array of spices in the kitchen and tons of clean towels. The grounds are beautiful. Jerry owns 7 (I think) houses right there (see wfrll.net) so there are lots of options for both staying and activities. There is plenty of space for kids (or adults) to play, and a variety of water toys and crafts. And despite the 110 degree heat, the AC worked well and we were extremely comfortable. What I liked best was the cleanliness of the house. It was spotless! When we got into bed the first night, the bedding smelled like it just came out of the laundry. Beds and furniture were comfortable, even for people with bad backs. Jerry and wife Jeri are readily available both before and during stay. Highly recommend and will stay here again next time we're in the area.

I spent Easter weekend at this property and loved it! I needed to just get away for a few days (Th-Sun) and enjoy nature. The house was the perfect size, clean, and on the waterfront. I did some painting, hiked, and chilled. Beautiful sunsets! The host lives next door and was very accommodating. * 5 stars for this stay!

Met the owner Jerry soon as I drove down the road. It was if we were old friends. Great Guy. Jerry is helpful, friendly and was there if we needed anything. It was a long drive from Maryland and to be welcomed so warmly meant alot to us. This is a nice home with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The owners will go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of during your stay. I was here when the cold front came through and they made sure I had extra heat and blankets. The view of the lake is amazing. A very peaceful and beautiful getaway!

My wife and I needed to unplug from hectic schedules and this was a perfect place to slow down and rest by a quiet lake. This is a quaint little old lake house with upgrades and a well equipped kitchen. Since our booking was in autumn, the lake was quiet and restful.

We came to watch our grandson play in the World Series. We wish we could’ve stayed longer. It was absolutely amazing!!! We enjoyed getting up having coffee on the back patio, and watching the ducks. It was cozy and very clean. Jeri, and his wife were absolutely wonderful host. We loved our trip to Frisco, Tx and would most definitely recommend Jeri’s place to stay.

Thank you Jerry and Jerri!! You little lake house is the best. Perfect spot to relax and get away for a bit but still be close to downtown Dallas to enjoy the big city. The lake access is great...easy to get to the water, hang out with the sucks and geese, and feed the fish from the 2 docks. We will definitely be back!

The owners walked over after check in to enquire on any special request or questions. I really appreciated his and her genuine concern. The house was very clean and well equipped. You really only need your cloths and what you drink/eat. Pet friendly and a huge yard. The whole back of the house facing the lake is windows. We did not close the blinds our entire stay. Very close to walking paths and grocery stores. MANY enjoyable places to eat on the road leaving the house. WE WILL STAY AGAIN.

This is an adorable cottage, in a quiet location with outstanding views of Lewisville Lake. Convenient location, with easy access to everything you need - groceries, gas, restaurants. Communication with the owners was the best I have ever had for a rental! Highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

Jerry and his wife were very kind and accommodating. We were there over July 4th so we got to watch fireworks over the lake which was beautiful! Only downside would be the band next-door was loud 1 night, we found several children on our float 1 morning, and lots of people walked thru the backyard all night. Would've been better had we known ahead of time. We still enjoyed our stay.
