Never again. Pay slightly more and stay closer to town, and better place.

It is advertised as a 9.3 and 4 star, but it is only a 2-3 star, and maybe a 5-6 rating. The apartment is an old apartment that needs an updating. The one aircon didn't work. The bathroom showers were dirty and mold, and didn't drain properly. The bedsheets and under mattress seemed old. Front door didn't seem secure. It is 8km from town. I left the unit with 3 days left on my rental because I wanted to be happy with my stay. I will definitely not stay here again.

It was as expected! nice to be outside with the fam at the pool

it was comfortable, my girls loved the pool! there’s a small convenient store. we got groceries from there since the condo had everything to cook there.

it wasn’t close to the main beaches or stores. but we rented a car so we could go around at our own pace

Memorable stay

The place was in residential area with all the facilities needed to be with family. The condo was clean and the kitchen had all the necessary items.

Very pleasant and comfortable.

It was a nice condo fully equipped, quiet, and comfortable. It is easy to find anything you want within a short driving distance.

For someone who is not familiar with Cabo San Lucas, especially first timer, the condo was extremely to find. The map and direction need to be better articulated. We have twice been to the place where the condo was located but the security guard had no idea what the Med Condo is. Finally, we took it upon ourselves to enter the premise and to look and inquire about the place. The place was very deserted as most residents were confined to their parts/condos. Luckily, we hear children screaming in the swimming pool and we were able to find a kind local resident who helped us to contact Mary who guided us and gave us the combination lock of the condo.
