The property was very good except for one thing. It was very clean but smelled like mildew. Not sure what was causing the smell but it was bad enough that even my clean clothes in suitcase had to be washed because the smell was on them. Otherwise it was a very nice place to stay.

The condo was clean, had a great view and location, easy walking distance to the pools and with a beach walkover right next to our building. The beds leave a little to be desired but I know that is also personal preference. A couple annoying things - through no fault of the homeowner - you could hear every step the upstairs neighbor took. So little feet running around and people walking with heavy heels at all hours of the night was kind of annoying. The ceiling fan in the living room didn’t work but we had box fans brought to us by the rental company so those helped. The fridge might be on its way out as we noticed drinks weren’t really as cold as they should be but it did the job for the few days we were there. We loved the area and it was generally quiet and everyone was considerate of others.
Now for the rocks. We checked in at 4pm and the tide was already up on the shore. The beach looked amazing just as it did the next morning. However as the guys in our group walked in, they tripped over these massive rocks! There is a sign that says to watch out for rocks but these were massive and hard to see and step over. Once the tide came down we realized HOW MANY rocks were there and how big! With the tide lower it was easy to see and make a path out to the ocean or to the pools that they created near the shore. But with our little ones it was hard to enjoy walking into the ocean. It just would’ve been nice to know it wasn’t a sandy beach like i think most people expect.

We absolutely loved this condo. Beautiful views of the ocean. It was wonderful to hear the waves against the beach right from the condo.
It was just as the pictures looked other than the balcony was a different color and had different furniture.
The close access to the beach and to the swimming pools were fantastic.
Everything was clean other than cobwebs and dead bugs on the balcony.

Good size and plenty of space for our family of 7. Outdoor seating was great for enjoying the ocean view while we ate. Beds need to be updated, the queen was hard as a rock. And the dryer took almost 3 hours to dry a batch of 5 towels- so that should be looked in to. There were only 2 non-bath towels, so we had to use bath towels for the pool and beach.
We enjoyed our time spent in the condo and took advantage of the pool & splash pad for the little one.

We were here for just a two night stay but wish we could have stayed longer! The condo is older but one of the cleanest units we have stayed in. Open floor plan with the ocean view as the star of the show! We hope to back again SOON! Thanks for a wonderful time at Palm Coast

We stayed here over Labor Day weekend 2022 (2 adults, 2 children under 12). While it's an incredible location and we love Ocean Hammock Resort Condos (the pools are great, and this unit has a gorgeous beach view), the unit itself was very dated and in need of repair. Here are the pros/cons that we found:
PROS: Location, ocean view, elevator, steps from the beach, beach toys (umbrella, boogie boards, mats), large balcony (although watch out - there's bird poo on several of the old chair cushions, but I realize that can't be helped!), fully stocked kitchen, roomy.
CONS: Just some maintenance issues, and things that could be repaired without a costing a lot. The TVs are all tiny and very dated - the TV in the master bedroom only had sound, but no picture, so it wasn't usable. The mattresses feel at least 15+ years old and are very stiff - sleeping on the master bedroom's mattress gave both my husband and me a backache. None of the window coverings worked or were adjustable, which was annoying for kids who are used to darker rooms at night. The master bedroom vertical blinds on the sliding door were missing blinds, and the window over the master desk had no workable blinds at all (I had to use a hair clip to fasten the decorative drapes together.) The master shower door did not close - the door magnets were off. The screen door on the master sliding door was totally off and just leaning on the glass sliding door. We wouldn't have left a screen door open in early Sept, but it would be nice in cooler weather to have it open and hear the waves. The carpet was stained in several spots. The dated furniture didn't really bother me, but it looks at least 20+ years old.
Just little things that wouldn't take a lot to repair and improve would go a long way for this unit. We'll definitely stay in Ocean Hammock again, but not in this unit.

Overall a really nice place to stay! The location was incredible for beach access and pool. It could use a little updating, and the dish items needed to be rewashed etc. It served our purpose very well though! The pool and grille was a hit with the family/kids, and the staff their was super friendly!!

This condo was perfect for our family that included 3 adults, 3 teenagers, our 17 month old and 3 month old. It is very spacious, nice decor, and the view of the beach is amazing! We especially liked the size of the master bathroom and master bedroom access to the balcony. It is a short walk to the two amazing pools (our kids loved the kiddie pool) and the entire community is perfect for families. There are a few things if the owner would upgrade to, we would give this unit 5 stars. One big problem we had was with the dryer. We had to contact the maintenance dept several times about the dryer not working properly. It would not dry our clothes. This was super aggravating, especially having little ones and the amount of laundry I have to do on daily basis. Now throw in sand, sweat, and all the wonderful things babies leave for us. A dryer is a complete necessity for our family. It would be nice if the mattresses where upgraded. I don’t expect tempur pedic quality but the master bed had me begging for bed at home by the end of my stay. And we don’t do much cooking on vacation, but the pots and pans we used where awful. They are old and just need to be replaced. So if you like to cook, you may find yourself frustrated using in what’s available. But overall our stay was great and would definitely like come back to this area!

This property was lovely to enjoy, as we drove the wonderfully landscaped resort and condos and homes. Loved the entrance into Palm Coast, lack of commercialism.

Children’s water park was closed 3 days out of 5.
Not adequate amount of towels or washcloths and dryer didn’t dry very well. Beach had large rocks which kept you from going very far in the ocean. It wasn’t a bad place to stay but not what we had thought it would be for the money.

We had a great time exploring the area. We visited Washington Oaks State Park, both the garden and the beach. Also, had some wonderful meals at the local restaurants. Can’t wait to come again.

We were very pleased with this vacation - great location, beautiful accomodations, loved the workout facilities. The adult oceanfront pool could have been better maintained - not sure if they were preparing to do stucco repair. We'd love to come back and have already recommended to friends. Thanks very much for a great trip!

Suggestions
We loved the area, however the furnishings are not comfortable and need to be updated. The beds and pillows also need updating. For families that actually cook, there are cooking untensils lacking. Lightbulbs need to be changed outside and light switches were confusing.

Somewhat dirty, especially carpets. Pots and pans were also in bad shape.
Enjoyed the view and beach. There were very few bath towels, and they were badly worn. We had only one wine glass. Master bed was comfortable but my kids complained about their discomfort on the bunk beds. Was a bit disappointed though our family enjoyed the facility overall. We had trouble with the Wifi.

Visually appealing, but in need of faster customer service, better communication,
Elevator in our building broke down twice. VRBO rep said that the building maintenance person was contacted, we called them directly and they knew nothing about the situation. Door lock combo was wrong, took a very long time to get a customer service representative on the phone. For the money paid this was inexcusable, wasn't expecting that at this type of facility.

Vacation rental
Overall it was an ok stay. We had a much more enjoyable experience last year at the same complex different condo. The carpets were in need of cleaning, spots everywhere. The twin bed had terrible mattresses so thin that you could feel the springs of the beds. there was 1 dish cloth, 2 wash cloths for a total of 9 people, no broom, no batteries in the tv remote for the bedroom, and after obtaining batteries for the remote, it still did not work, so we were not able to watch tv in the bedroom. I contacted VacationProRentals and they sent over 9 wash cloths and a broom, mop and batteries on Tuesday May 30, 2017. We love staying at Ocean Hammock, but I would suggest someone do a walk through on these before they are rented out. Thank You....

Beautiful and relaxing
This condo makes for a very relaxing stay. The location is perfect overlooking the Atlantic and we enjoyed having breakfast out on the terrace. There are a few things that could use some repairs or replacement, but overall this place was beautiful and very clean.

Winter Get Away
We had a delightful time!! We own a lawn care service and winter months are our vacation time. This is our second time to Cinnamon Beach. The condo was very clean and furnished exactly as pictures show. I love that we are able to bring pets to Cinnamon Beach!!! This is a huge + to us, it is tough to find a reliable dog sitter for that amount of time. We enjoyed the view from the balcony (and the master bedroom), watching dolphins swim by morning and afternoon, we caught many a sunrise, moonrise, along with a launch from Kennedy Space Center. All was spectacular! On the downside (which is not a deal breaker), there was only one pot holder, can opener has a lot to be desired, carpet in bedrooms could use a good steam cleaning or better yet replaced, some type of un-rusted lounge chair on deck, lamp shades had holes in them (living room), notebook of rules/regulations needs replaced, and last but not least, it was difficult to light the condo as none of the lights were attached to switches. We love the Cinnamon Beach/Palm Coast area because you are only a 30 minute drive to St. Augustine or Daytona. It would be nice to have a guest book to read recommendations to restaurants, special events and to see where everyone comes from. We enjoyed the Golden Lion (Flagler), JT's Seafood Shack on A1A, and Salsalitos on Palm Coast HWY. Publix supermarket is like no other, I wish we had them up north!! Pick 734 for a wonderful vacation, you won't be disappointed!

Great Condo!!!!
Everything is exactly as it appears in the pictures. From the private beach to the Oceanside pool, everything exceeded our expectations. The only recommendation I would have is to take beach towels with you. Towels are very scarce in this unit, luckily there was only two of us. I would also agree with everyone that said the Flagler Fish Company is an excellent place to eat. We would also recommend Mezzaluna Pizzeria in the European Village if you like New York thin crust style pizza.

great stay!
Great condo! Would stay there again. Would recommend bring your own beach towels we only found one in the unit, and not any plastic cups for the kiddos :( Watch out for the couch, it is nap inducing!!!! We've been to cinnamon beach several times and this condo is in our top 3 list. Over all very happy with our stay. p.s. try out the flagler fish co restaurant in flagler beach....GREAT food.

Horrific winter escape
The home was very well maintained and clean. The staff was great in readjusting our reservation and helping us with boat/trailer storage. The kitchen was well supplied, the layout nice and the view from the large balcony beautiful! It was great to escape this year's horrible northern winter!

My sons and I had such an amazing time that we won't ever forget. This place was beautiful, relaxing , everything you need and more. We as a family will definitely be back again. We wished we could have stayed longer it was magical.

A Perfect 10!
Our family's stay in unit #734 at Cinnamon Beach far exceeded my expectations! Beautiful, tranquil, beach-front unit with all the comforts of home. Fully stocked kitchen and luxurious furnishings.Plenty of room to gather, and plenty of private space to retreat. A short walk to two beautiful pools, and the cinnamon sands of the private beach. Seamless check-in and accomadating staff. Our entire family loved the stay, and we plan to make this a regular travel destination!

Beach Condo review
Great location, close walk to the beach. Beautiful view from our patio, which overlooked the ocean. The kitchen has lots of dishes, pots and pans for cooking.

Cinnamon Beach and the property were wonderful, convenient!
Despite Beryl, the condo, pools, beach and all amenities were fabulous. Wonderful time had by all. The registration and check in/ check out could not have been easier. Staff...from guard at the gate to wait staff at the pool...extraordinary. Thank you for everything. We will be back!

734 cinnamon beach condo
our condo was very nicely furnished and comfortable. the furniture was in excellent condition. the amenities were lacking however in the quality of what was provided. the towels were very old. there was very little kitchen equipment. there was not even a full set of wine glasses that matched. the guest bedrooms did not have enough lamps or end tables this was very surprising for a condo that was so well furnished. we had to go out and buy additional items for the kitchen for serving etc. other than that we were very comfortable there

We had a blast!
This was our first visit...We had a great week at the resort...The weather was perfect for our fall break...We enjoyed the condo and it worked well for our family...(My daughter and son, their spouses and 3 small children) We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and the cleanliness of the unit. The balcony was great and being oceanfront made it even nicer...would definitely recommend this unit.
