Situated in Lower Grand Lagoon, this charming house for £225 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. If you are looking for an upscale, elegant home and not just someone's rental property, you have found it! We have taken much care and consideration in designing our beach home. Our home away from home has everything you need! “Rosemary Style” Beach cottage, in the heart of Panama City Beach. This cozy beach home is located just 700 feet, from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. We are a 2-3 minute walk to the beach and 30 seconds to our community pool. Be on the beach faster than waiting for the elevator at a hotel! We are on the quiet side of Thomas Drive, with deeded beach access away from the busy condos. Avoid the overcrowded hotel beaches, parking decks and elevators. No pool or parking passes needed here! In fact, our beach access is located in a natural area that has not been developed with hotels, only homes. It’s like having your own private beach. Walk to family activities such as Emerald Falls golf, go-karts, bumper boats and bungee. Also, a short walk to many great places for dining and nightlife such as Hammerhead Fred’s, Neon’s, Bricks & Barley, Ms. Newby’s, Pineapple Willies, Capt'n Jacks, Liza's, Finn's Surf Shak. Take a 5 minute drive down Joan Ave, to see attractions such as Wonderworks, Ripley's and Zoo World. Spend a fun day at Pier Park located 10-15 minutes away. On Thomas drive visit Captain Anderson's Marina, and Schooners Beach dining. Join Mr.Surf's Board club to rent paddle boards, surfboards and extra bikes. The upstairs kitchen,living, and dining areas are completely spacious and open. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, with a granite bar top for extra dining. The dining area has room for seven to sit comfortably. The living area is furnished with a sofa and 3 comfy chairs. A 55 inch Smart TV can be seen from all areas, for viewing of Netflix, Amazon, etc. Open the french doors to the balcony and let the fresh breezes in. Enjoy ocean views while having your morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening. Dine on the balcony, while watching your favorite show or game. The three bedrooms are all spacious, with their own ceiling fans and private bathrooms. All bedrooms have luxurious 400 thread count sheets and upscale bedding. The master bedroom has a King bed and exterior door that leads to the front porch areas. Across from the master bedroom is a kid friendly room with a Queen bed. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and is located on the top floor, along with the kitchen, living areas. After a fun day at the beach, cool off in the community pool, which is shared by only 7 other homes. Rinse off at your own outdoor shower. Fire up the gas grill and throw some shrimp on the barbie! Enjoy hanging out in the outdoor areas around the home. Our courtyard area has been sanded and planted with tropical plants, just to give another area to relax in. The house is stocked with everything you need. You won't be running to the store for incidental items. We have it all... blender, wine opener, grill utensils, fondue pot, books, games, dvds ,etc. What makes our home different than the other homes in our community? Great proximity to a part of the beach that is not crowded. 3 minute walk from the property. Very convenient. Easy to bring groceries and cook for yourself or go out to local restaurants. Good place to stay.

Property was as described. I gave it a 4 based on the shower curtain being to short in one room some grout work could be done the pool is small and I understand some folks dislike of the crossing the highway to reach the beach. Prices are high on everything and in this market the value in this vacation stay was pretty good. I would stay here again.

We are grandparents that took our adult kids and their kids. We enjoyed the location and size of the house. Also rented a golf cart right down the road. Restaurants were only a short distance and we watched fireworks on the beach. Ken was very quick to call us back when we had questions as well!!

This house was perfect for our group of 10! There was more than enough room, right in the strip within minutes of restaurants and rides for the kids, plus it was super easy n quick walk to the beach! The beach was gorgeous, and no where near crowded, like it was down the beach by all the hotels. This was perfect! The owner was so polite and nice during our convos and there was already stuff there for the kids to take to the beach and ride or play with. We will definitley be back again!!!

Our family had a great time staying here. It’s close walking distance to the beach. Also, having the pool so close was great since the beach was closed for swimming most of the days we were there due to rip tides. The only improvements I could see would be newer mattresses for the Queen beds. They were very squeaky and sunk in a bit. Also, the Wi-Fi was very spotty and didn’t always work well. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay!

This was the perfect size for us a group of 10. Age range from 68 down to 7 months. The home is beautifully decorated and clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies even for our large group. The balcony is a wonderful place for just hanging out especially with the morning coffee. The house is exactly as described and has everything you need to head to the beach. There's a stash of board games in the living room. That couch and the chaise lounge is wonderful and can put you right to sleep for a nice nap. The pool is small but we took advantage of it a couple times and we enjoyed it. Over all we had a great stay and everything was as described. The parking is a little tight for large vehicles we have a dodge caravan and a crew cab f150 they fit van under cover truck not its snug but fit nicely there is additional parking of needed so that's a plus. Katrice was very quick to respond to questions when we arrived and was very nice. Overall I will definitely recommend and would rent again.

We had 8 guests and we were all comfortable with a lot of room very close to the beach and restaurants. Very spacious and clean great place to stay. The pool and neighbors were great as well. Would definitely stay here again.

On arrival the house was disgusting (not a reflection on the owner), but we did make the owner aware right away the cleaning company was not doing their job. Also, you have to walk across a VERY BUSY 4 lane road, then another block further to get beach access. Other then the fact i was cleaning fans, and washing sheets the day we arrived, and the terrible walk across a busy road, it's a peaceful neighborhood . If the owner had been more helpful with the cleaning situation that would have been much more ideal. This is NOT luxury at the beach - it's a rental and it's treated like one, everything is 'rigged' to work it's not somewhere i personally would not stay here again.

We really enjoyed this home! The three ensuite bedrooms were spacious and worked great for our family! We appreciated the beach supplies and cart in the closet! The kitchen was well stocked. Definitely recommend this wonderful home for your next PCB vacation.

Great location just a very short walk to beach access 20. You do have to cross a 4 lane road but it has a median that is super easy to cross even with small children. We had adults and children staying with us and 3 bedrooms with a bathroom for each room was so great. We also utilized the community pool just steps from our front door. We used the beach toys and wagon as well. The place was clean and having a washer and dryer was super helpful as well. We spent most of our time at the beach or at St. Andrews just a shirt drive down the street. There were plenty of great adult and kid friendly places to eat nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

This has an excellent location. It’s quick and easy to many things you’ll want to do! It’s just a short walk to the beach but you do cross a busy street. Perfect if you need multiple bathrooms and TVs. The host is amazing and returns inquiries very quickly. The one downfall for us was the level of cleaning. We had a couple of issues that the host was willing to try and fix quickly for us.

We had a wonderful time visiting PCB and this house was perfect for us! Plenty of space, located close to the beach, walking distance to many restaurants and fun activities. The owner was amazing to work with, quick to answer any questions and the house was adorable. Definitely reccomend staying here! We will be back!
