About this condo rental
Nestled in Lower Grand Lagoon, this attractive condo for £242 per night is a great option for your next break. Includes FREE beach service 2 padded lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $60/day $300/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in. You can access the Pools, Hot Tubs, Tiki Bar, and Beach on one of 3 high speed elevators. Gulf Crest is an Ocean Front, Gated Resort located directly on the beach's of the Florida panhandle. The 22-story condominium features tropical landscaping, attached covered parking, with reserved parking, three high-speed elevators, two large outdoor pools (one seasonally heated), a Tiki Hut serving food and beverages (in season), two outdoor Hot Tubs, Kiddy Pool, One Gazebos, Four Charcoal Grills, a Fitness Center, Game Room, Club Room, and Direct Access to the Beach. An on-site office is staffed daily from 8:30 to 5:30 CST, and 24-hour security is provided. This 1,800 square-foot oceanfront unit features an open floor plan with Floor to Ceiling windows offering plenty of natural light and an unobstructed view of the Beach and Ocean. As you can see in the pictures there are windows all the way around the condo with spectacular views all around you. Sleeping accommodations include a master bedroom with a king size bed flat screen cable tv, a 2nd bedroom with a king size bed and cable tv, a third bedroom with a king size bed, and an out of the way bunk area with 2 twin size bunk beds, & a Queen Size Sofa Sleeper Bed in the living room. Each bathroom has a tub/shower with glass enclosure, and the master bath has double sinks. All bedding and towels are provided. Additional amenities in the unit include ceiling fans, 52 inch flat screen smart tv, High-Speed Wireless Internet, DVD player, and in-unit Laundry room with Washer & Dryer for your exclusive use. Numerous Restaurants are within easy walking &/or driving distance. From the beach enjoy parasailing, pontoon boats, and wave runners. Golf courses are minutes away. Shopping is abundant, and a popular destination is Pier Park, a distinctive Key West-style shopping, dining, and entertainment complex for everyone. There are bunk beds in an out of the way area behind the dining room table. They are twin size beds and are big enough to sleep grown adults, not only children. There is a $50 registration fee per condo for parking passes and arm bands.

The check in process was easy. The floor was gross. It turned our feet black very quickly. It needed to be mopped badly. The shower in the master bath drained extremely slow leaving water backed up when showering. That is so gross, especially in a rental property. The handles for both showers seemed as if they were going to fall off at any minute. There were no trash bags, no laundry detergent, dish detergent, extra toilet paper, or even hand soap in the condo. We had to go and buy all of that. There were about 4 coffee mugs total, which would’ve been okay if there was a way to wash them either by hand or in the dishwasher. There were 2 kitchen towels total (not enough for 7 people for 5 days at all). The location was great and the view is amazing, but not having simple things for guests makes it seem like the host didn’t really care about your experience.

The condo was nice and spacious for our family. We had 8 total. Beautiful views. Beds were very comfortable for everyone. The bathrooms could use some updating and the cleaning service could do better. Floor was still dirty and the comforter in the master bedroom was dirty. Other than that it was a great place to stay. Parking was good (we drive 1 tons) and loved that it was gated. Super friendly staff. We will definitely be back.

First off the bad side, the cleanliness was very upsetting. All of the dishes had to be washed because there was still food on most them and there was hair in the shower. To have such a high cleaning fee I was expecting better. The sink didn’t drain so when we attempted to cook it was a nightmare. The bathroom light stopped working so we used a lamp for a day. I did contact the company several times for maintenance and they eventually got it all fixed. Definitely needs some updating for sure. Several outlets did not work and barely any water pressure in the shower. The washer and dryer needs a very good cleaning because of mold.And we had a 6 am built in alarm clock thanks to the construction right next door.
Now for the good side. The view is amazing! The beds are comfortable and plenty of room for the 8 of us staying.

This has been our go to spot we have stayed at Gulf Crest for the last 4 years and my family just loves it. The location and the view is perfect. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation and we will be back soon.

Needs a complete remodel for the price we paid. Furniture is worn out, condo was not cleaned properly. Kitchen is not stocked with basic silverware, glasses, or plates (not even a set of 4 in anything). Bar stools are dangerous for children , unstable. Walls in bunk bed area were nasty. Bedspread were not clean, drawers in dresser would not stay closed. I contacted the agency who rents this model and they only said they would pass the information on to the realtor. NOTHING DONE!! I will never rent from this Realtor again. I would go directly through the Gulf Crest Condo Office and rent directly from them, which is cheaper and you have a person on site to correct any problems you might have.

Nice condo, but needs attention. The condo needs a deep cleaning. The bottom of the bathtub was covered in sand, obviously it hadn’t been cleaned, the floors in the condo were dirty as well. If you are planning on doing any cooking, this condo isn’t for you. The condo may sleep 10 people, but it does not accommodate 10 people. The kitchen is poorly stocked with plates, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, etc. The kitchen has the bare minimum in it. There was one dish towel and dish rag, six towels for three bedrooms, no beach towels, you will have to buy anything you need to clean for the week. On Friday and Saturday night we got to listen to the music and DJ coming from the bar and liquor store in front of the condo. Other than the music coming from the bar, this condo could be really nice with some TLC and a new cleaning service.

The view was beautiful. The location was fantastic. Over all clean, we could not use the coffee pot due to old coffee grounds that had molded. Before we went to the beach the floor was very gritty like it wasn't swept. Overall was a great stay just a few minor things.

We loved this condo. It was spacious and the lay out was perfect. Also perfect is the view from the gorgeous wrap around balcony. We were close to the elevators, stairs & trash shoot. The elevators were clean, cool & fast. Easy access to the pool & beach. Great location also. We plan to stay here again next year.

With this condo being an end unit, it has many windows and spectacular views. The majority of the wooden blinds were broken so we were unable to enjoy the view. The huge balcony only offered an old table, 2 broken kitchen chairs and 2 metal chairs that were rusted and rough. Both shower units are very old and discolored as well as the shower handle for the faucets were broken and about to fall off. All insides of cabinets needed to be cleaned. A lot of crumbs, stains and smelled bad. The floors were not clean and it was very visible in the bathrooms. It also looked like someone cleaned the TV’s with pledge. On our day of departure, the cleaning lady entered the code and walked in to our unit at 7:30am unannounced. Never rang a doorbell bell or knocked. Check out wasn’t until 9:00 so we were still in the unit and it scared us. On a positive note, the beds slept well and the condo is very spacious. The pools and hot tubs were very clean and well maintained. The tiki bar was a favorite for everyone.

We rented this particular condo to get a full view of the ocean. Being on a corner we did have spectacular views. Overall the location was good close to the golf course we played at. This condo is very spacious. The corner units have 3 bedrooms. Sorry to see out time end here at PCB. Will definitely be back.

Great condo, but...
The condo had a great layout, nice decor, comfy beds, close to necessities, but...
Heated pool and hot tub closed and we were not informed before arrival. Renting in December, these amenities played largely in our selection process. Outdoor space very sparsely furnished and ended up pulling out dining room chairs to be able to enjoy the space. Seating in family room for 5 so again, we used chairs. Small things I know, but they played largely in overall experience.

We’ve stayed previously and loved it so much we wanted to stay again. The condo has recently been renovated and has all new appliances. Ecdi staff and gulf crest staff was amazing and very helpful. My favorite thing to do was sitting on the balcony.Only thing missing is more patio seating. Just like before this was a perfect fit for our family and we will be back again
