About this house rental
Located in Lower Grand Lagoon, this lovely house for £268 per night is a great choice for your next break. Our family owned, professionally decorated 3-story beach house is just steps from the whitest sand beaches on the Gulf. Indulge in elegant Tuscan beach décor and unwind with beautiful beach & sunset views from the second and third levels. The house makes for a fantastic gathering for two or more families or large groups to share. If you're looking for a luxury beach house right on the Gulf with all the amenities you need for a relaxing beach vacation, this house is for you! Luxury Accommodations: Walk through the front door and you’ll be greeted with 2300 sq ft of upscale coastal living. First floor includes 12’ ceilings, tile floors, 42” TV, fireplace and a stately kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops. Second level accommodations include an entertainment area with wet bar, powder room and walk out balcony, an open loft with a 32” TV (w/DVD), 2 twin built-in beds, and a pull out couch. This level also includes a spacious bedroom with queen bed and private bath. Third level has two bedrooms each with their own private bath. The first is the master bedroom with a king size bed, Jacuzzi tub, TV, fireplace and balcony. The second is a spacious bedroom with a queen size bed and TV. Additional amenities include: private pool, gas grill, washer/dryer, wireless internet, free long distance, plenty of private parking (4-5 cars), and 2 pack-n-plays. Prime Location: Less then 100yrds from the beach our home is on the much desired beach side of Thomas Drive. You won’t have to cross a busy street on your way to the sugar sand and emerald green water. It’s centrally located 3 miles west of St. Andrews State Park or Captain Anderson's and 7 miles east from Pier Park premier outdoor shopping and dining. If you’re looking for more entertainment, there is plenty around. Six golf courses in the area, marina & fishing pier, Panama City Beach Winery and several famous restaurants like Hammerhead Fred’s or Coconuts within walking distance. What more could you ask for? Some house rules to keep in mind before booking: 1) Sorry. No pets allowed. 2) The primary registrant (credit card holder and person signing the lease agreement) MUST be 25 years of age (legal photo ID required upon request) and MUST be an occupant at the home during the entire stay. 3) Upon confirmation of your reservation a rental lease will be sent to you and is due within 1 week of booking. We had an absolute blast!!! The house was great. It was equipped with everything we needed on our vaca!! The pool was great when we didn’t want to be at the beach. Location was extremely convenient to all we wanted to do, and to the beach access. The host were wonderful. They are very responsive to all communication. It was so relaxing to just get away from the stresses of life. We will definitely be making this our vacation spot from now on!!!

House had plenty of room for 4 adults & 3 six year olds. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to start our day-- Coffee for the adults & pancakes for the littles. Girls had a blast diving & swimming in pool but due to size of pool we had to pay extra attention to keep them out of each other's way. We loaded our wagon twice daily for trips to the beach with no issues coming or going. It was a short walk & everyone we encountered was very nice & respectful. The outside shower was a welcome treat before entering pool and the outside hose made rinsing all our stuff so easy before packing for home. Our location to the beach, nice restaurants, shops, the piers as well as St. Andrews park made our stay loaded with activities, treats, & fun. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Enjoyed the house, nice decor, the owners have stocked it well inside and out. They provide really good beach chairs and it's a short walk to the beach. The pool is a nice alternative when you've had enough beach. Beware that the master bedroom is on the 3rd floor, and it's a hike up those stairs, glad we brough light luggage.

We stayed here in July 2023 and had a wonderful time! Plenty of room for two families. The home was clean and well equipped. Parking, access to beach, and proximity to things to do were all excellent. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful time and the house was great! Tons of room for the whole family. Having a private pool is a must for us so it was awesome to be able to hang at the pool after enjoying the day on the beach. Or if some didn't want to go to the beach, they'd stay back at the house and lounge in the pool. The beach entry so close to the house makes it very convenient to get to and from. Walking over after dinner to watch the sunsets were breathtaking. Waking up, taking our coffee for morning walks on the beach are just as amazing. We had one day where the dolphins were very close to shore and hung out for hours. It was so cool to watch them! The house is conveniently located and we were able to walk to many places nearby. However, the front road is slightly busier than I prefer but not too bad. Our family really enjoyed themselves and had a great time. Paul and Josh were great and easy to communicate with. We appreciate you and thank you for allowing us to stay at your property. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the week and we made many memories that will last a lifetime!

We loved staying here! The space was great for our multi- generational family. College kids stayed on bunks/roll out on second floor. Parents (we- fifty-somethings) stayed in the bedroom on second floor. One couple with a five month old stayed in the queen bedroom, and the second couple with an 8 month old stayed in the king bedroom, both on the third floor. The people staying on the third floor do have to walk through the lounge/bunk/roll-out bed section of the second floor to get to the first floor, but the college kids wore ear plugs at night and slept as late into the morning as they needed. If you are used to sleeping in a super dark room, I would recommend bringing a sleeping mask because most beach homes do have lots of natural light. On the main floor, we had everything we needed for cooking and dining. The walk to the beach is not bad at all, but if you have new babies you will want a stroller or carrier to get them there. The wagon and beach chairs are a plus. Being more of a residential neighborhood, we thoroughly enjoyed having our spot on an UNcrowded beach. The private pool area was convenient and especially appreciated by the new parents with babies. We would definitely stay here again!

This house is amazing! So clean, bright, spacious, and fun. Kitchen is big with everything you need even a bar on each side for all the kids to sit while you cook breakfast. Pool is great for the kids. They have all kinds of toys out there even a beach wagon. The beach is so close. Really short walk. The bedrooms are big. Beds are comfy. Second living room with bunks is great for the teens to have their space. Three balconies to escape to. Large dining table for large family. Paul and Josh are great hosts. They answer questions immediately. Everyone had room to spread out. Love love love this house. Do yourself a favor and rent it.

We had a great week with friends. Beautiful house and Had plenty of room for the 6 of us (3 couples). The walk to beach was very short. The only issue we had was no key to unlock the back gate to rinse the sand off before entering, but we managed, so not a big deal. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a really nice property. The private pool is nice, but we couldn’t use it because it was just too cold. There was also a lot of road noise but probably due to it being spring break, but the property itself is lovely.

Very nice home. In an excellent location to everything from ocean, grocery stores and a variety of restaurants. The owners thought of everything for the house utensil, pots, extra towels, and linens. They even had a first aid kit, card table and a wagon with lawn chairs to take to the ocean. If and when we go back to Florida I would likely stay here.

The house was amazing. It worked so well for our family of 5, including 3 college kids. Loved the open kitchen area, and it had everything we needed to cook with. The pool area was so nice and right off of the living room. With the beach only a very short walk, very short, it was perfect to go see the sun rise and set .
The owners were so easy to communicate with and always prompt in responding.

Very nice home. Loved the proximity to the beach, just a short walk away. The location was close to everything. We didn't love the location off of a main road the first two days due to a motorcycle event, it was extremely loud into the night, but once that was over, it was quieter and a nice location. The homeowners provide everything you could need and the kids loved the pool.

Beautiful house big enough for the entire family to spread out and have their own space. All the bedrooms were nice with comfortable beds. There were plenty of extra sheets and blankets for the 2 pull out beds. Loved the short walk to the beach. Kitchen was completely stocked with every size of pots and pans and every cooking utensil you could need, which was great because we cooked all week. The grill was in good condition. We used it twice with no issues. Pool was wonderful for the kids with nice sitting area to watch them. Close to restaurants and activities. Gas station and Ice dispenser directly across the street, but the freezer actually made enough ice for our day cooler to the beach each day, which was very convenient. The owners have thought of everything to make sure your vacation is perfect! We have no complaints at all and would definitely stay here again!

Plenty of of dishes, cookware, silverware, spices and anything else we could have needed. Beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon available. Paul & Josh were quick to communicate with us and answer any questions we had. House was clean and set up was great. We had an uostairs toilet issue and then had plumber come very next day to fix the leak. There were many spices left for guest use in cabinet. We would rent from Paul & Josh in the future!

Wonderful property near beach
The house is very well kept and conveniently located to both the beach and activities. We were very pleased to find that the beach was uncrowded and beautiful. The beach wagon, chairs, and towels were appreciated by the adults and the beach toys were appreciated by the kids. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in PCB.
