About this house rental
Situated in Boone, this lovely house for £96 per night is a great option for your next vacation. You will absolutely love this warm, modern home in the woods. You will enjoy the home office, lightning fast internet and extensive TV choices, while relaxing at home. It is perfect for a family vacation to the mountains and convenient for business travelers. It is close to Appalachian State University, multiple parks, hiking, Rocky Knob for mountain biking, etc. The upper level condo offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first level bedroom has a set of bunk beds with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top. There is a walk in shower and laundry facilities in the first level bathroom as well. The loft bedroom has a stylish queen-sized bed and large walk in closets. There is an in-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. There is a modern desk and comfortable work chair with LG 24” monitor for your home office needs. The kitchen has all the modern conveniences. It is set up with all that you will need for your stay, including basic hot breakfast items, a Keurig coffeemaker, as well as tea, sugar, and a wide array of spices. The living room has a large flat screen TV with a Firestick and Alexa. Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Hulu with Live TV are available. The internet is very fast, 200 MBps. The driveway is moderately steep. In the winter a four wheel drive vehicle would be ideal. Parking is allowed at the end of the street when the weather is icy/snowy. *Note: on top of our usual thorough cleaning in between every group of guests, we are now disinfecting all frequently touched things such as light switches, door knobs, etc. We always wash all laundry between guests, clean all bathrooms with disinfectants, wipe down all kitchen areas with disinfectants, and vacuum and mop all floors. We strive to provide a clean and safe environment for all our guests. If you have any questions about our cleaning practices, feel free to reach out. There are tenants in the condo below. Please be aware that noise after 11pm needs to be kept at a minimum. No parties or large gatherings of any kind are allowed. This condo is in a family neighborhood and parties are not possible. There is one camera on the deck overlooking the driveway.

The property location is fabulous! A little outside of Boone, so it is quiet and secluded. A very easy drive into town. We were visiting our son at App State and the trip to campus was about 9 minutes. The house is big enough for a family of 4 or 5 to stay comfortably. Great amenities in the kitchen and the property is well kept. Top of the driveway is a bit steep, but workable. Will definitely stay again next time we're in Boone!

This stay was incredible. My friends and I were coming from Florida driving through the night and the host was very accommodating and let us check in early. The space was larger than expected and was more than enough space for the 5 of us. The two bathrooms was very helpful as we came for a ski trip and needed to be quick with the showers. App ski mountain was only a 15 minute drive and everything else central in Boone was less than 10 minutes away. A great coffee shop and climbing gym is only a 20 minute walk or 2 minute drive. The place was fully equipped for any needs we had, especially the kitchen was in great condition and even had a large Brita filter. We would absolutely come back.

We absolutely loved the property. If I could give it double the stars for cleanliness, I would. Place was immaculate -- i walked on the carpet with white socks on and my socks remained white! Kitchen is well stocked, fridge is also super clean. Light switches are labeled, which I thought was very neat. The house is situated in a residential area on a mountain and gives you the feeling that you are in a remote location, yet its within 10 min drive to Walmart and Food Lion in either direction. The owners were easy to communicate with and very responsive. To summarize, everything in the house was convenient, which allowed us to pay attention to our leisure time. I would definitely stay here again.

The place was a little hard to find in the dark, but other than that it was a FANTASTIC weekend in the mountains!!! Brilliant fall foliage right outside the windows - and a clean, comfortable, totally functional space for the five of us (we just brought a sleeping bag for our sofa sleeper). The upstairs master bedroom suite was spacious and beautifully appointed. Downstairs owners were so nice and accommodating - we will definitely stay here again!!! Five stars /full marks / A+!!!

More spacious than anticipated. Private and quiet neighborhood. Easy to find. Far enough from town that u escape the hustle and bustle of campus but close enough to be inviting for dinners and shopping. Hosts r very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay here. We cooked a lot at the house and the kitchen amenities were great for that. We had little ones with us and it was a good fit for them - not a lot for them to get into trouble with and a good front porch for them to play on. Communication was great as we had a couple questions during our stay. Overall, very happy with the stay.

Quiet yet close
This property was fantastic, we did a short term stay for work and they had all the amenities for living we could need. Extra sheets, towels, a fully stocked kitchen! The property is quiet, near the end of a street, but only 6 minutes from down town! The property manager is quick to respond with any type of need. It was an absolute dream to stay here and was perfect for our needs.

Fortunately, we only had snow one night. We were unable to drive up the driveway and when we tried to walk up it, I fell, so I had bruised knees for the rest of our trip. Not the fault of the owners, just the nature of that driveway. Definitely something to consider if you're staying in the wintertime. Otherwise, the house is very nice. Also, keep in mind it's a two story and the master bedroom is upstairs.

Only issue was steep driveway. Paved, but steep. Otherwise very quiet and nice home. Would recommend. AC unit downstairs, but large windows upstairs for plenty of air. Did not require AC on this stay. Easy to adjust heat settings in each area. Very comfy couch and oversized chair in living room.

Long Weekend Get Away
My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to make our weekend get away very special! The front porch was perfect! The view was amazing. My youngest daughter loved the trees and woods. Thanks again for helping to make our stay memorable!

Excellent choice for a stay in Boone
Beautiful place with great convenient location. Loved the porch! Like being in a treehouse. The driveway is definitely steep--but two good flat places to park. The only hitch was initial trouble getting the check in directions--we were able to get hold of the person for check in after we arrived, however, so it was all good. Would love to stay again, think it was already booked for our next visit unfortunately. Highly recommend.

I was completely speechless when we arrived. Everything was beautiful and the detailed care that had been taken in stocking the kitchen and rooms was perfect. This secluded home was the perfect place for me and my family. I can't say enough!

This home was very clean and worked well for our family of 5. It is in a great location; very close to Boone, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and Blowing Rock. The owners were a joy to rent from and we had a fantastic time in our trip.

Great for the price!
We enjoyed our stay, we were out of the house most of the time, exploring Boone and meeting friends. The neighborhood was nice and quite. The roads are pretty steep and curvy, I was glad that I had a big car :). The owner, checked on us from beginning to end (good communication)

Great place to stay in Boone
Such a nice quiet place to stay with plenty of room for my wife and I. The internet was fast as advertised. I worked one day in the home and had no connection issues at all. When we arrived it was a hot day in Boone and temperature inside was 79, so we opened windows to cool it down. The next day I let the property manager know the AC wasn’t working. Come to find out there is no AC, which typically is not needed in Boone. I was fine with the breeze from the windows but apparently another guest had commented about the heat as well. Within a couple of hours after contacting the manger, the owners showed up and installed a window AC unit. I really appreciated their concern for their guests. They were super friendly and humble people who truly care for others. Overall my wife and I enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again the next time we are in Boone.

Our ASU graduation weekend
We picked this lovely house (instead of a hotel) for our stay in Boone to attend Appalachian's graduation and we are so thankful we did! The house was clean and very welcoming with everything we needed and then some! Having our coffee on the front porch was the BEST! We will be back!
