Top Unterkunft!

Sehr schöne, saubere Unterkunft. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Lovely stay for more days

Quiet, close to city center, free secured parking (even if at 5 min walk), fully equiped apartment.

There were some dusty spots at arrival but nothing to really worry about.

Excellent for a small family

Very clean and comfortable apartman. The city center is only ten minutes walking. Parking possibility is only 100 m from the apartman in a closed parking house.

Apartman v novostavbe, poschodovy. velky sprchovy kut, majitelia cakali pred vchodom aby odovzdali kluce. komplet vybavenie. vyhodna poloha. pesi do centra mesta je cca 10 minut. apartman je otoceny do dvora, takze velmi ticho

Pri prichode sme nemohli nikde zaparkovat, lebo na ulici nie je ziadne miesto a cesta pre elektricky. takze trosku stres. garaz je vo vedlajsom bytovom dome. trochu slaba wifi.

Modern home in great location

Wonderful apartment in a very handy location in Graz, just 15 minutes walk along the river from the very centre. It was perfect for a couple for 3 nights. The views from the bedroom are particularly excellent. The bathroom shower was huge and one of the best I've ever experienced in any hotel or apartment. Lovely little sun terrace outside with table, chairs and umbrella. Well-appointed kitchen with coffee machine and pods provided. We also used the washing machine and detergent provided, it was clean, modern and easy to use with a good drying rack provided. This apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We travelled around Central Europe for 2 weeks and this was my favourite place that we stayed. Easy check-in as well. Communication was great and Andrej's son met us outside the apartment building right on time.

As other reviewers have mentioned, the bathroom is large enough to have a toilet, but instead the toilet is separate and downstairs. This was mildly annoying for us, but it could be an issue for older people or those with small children. Also, the living room is quite small and the angle of the sofa doesn't work very well with the position of the TV...not that you will be spending much time indoors watching TV. There is a clear glass door separating the hallway and living room/kitchen which could do with some more safety stickers or frosting, as it would be easy to walk into when closed. All minor points, I would happily stay here again and was sad when we had to leave.

Nice and comfortable place to stay in Graz

Great location, just few minutes from the city center, easy to reach by foot, quit and comfortable environment, nice backyard in residential block of houses. Mr.Andrej was there exactly on time, kind communication with recommendation where to eat and where to go…garage parking space near APT. Tram station around the corner but we didn’t need it👍

A great place to stay

Andrej was extremely friendly and responsive host. Communication was prompt and easy. We've requested a cot for our little one that was set for us upon arrival (even though it was a last minute booking) - which was a great help for us. The flat was well equipped, cosy, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was quite spacious - perfect for families with little kids. Best of all was the free parking spot just across the street. In addition just around the corner there was a relatively big supermarket. Overall we had a great experience. Спасибо за всё, Андрей. Счастливо оставаться!

Very nice stay

Very cozy apartment in a nice building. Free parking included 100m away (underground parking in the next building). Walking distance from the city center (15 min), but also tram stop right out of the door.

Wc and shower not only are separated but one is downstairs and the other is upstairs. The upstairs shower room is massive, so a toilet would be a nice addition :-)

Great location just 10 minutes walk from city center. There is free parking in the garage just in the building across the street. Everything is very clean, new furniture, and little garden.

Great place, I wish we had more time there

Great location, just 5 min walk from the old city. Apartment had two floors, on the ground floor there was a very nice terrace and a small garden, which we didn’t use because it was raining. The view from the bedroom is amazing, you can see the castle hill. Owner was very helpful, he arranged for us the cot for the baby and the baby chair, even though we stayed there only 1 night. The free parking was available.

Parking was about 100m from the property.

Nice apartment near city center of Graz.

The location of the apartment is really good. It´s very quiet and comfortable. There are some restaurants and supermarkets nearby, as well as easy access to public transportation.

There are some construction work going on the street, that could make the access to the apartment a bit difficult. The couch could also be a bit more comfortable.

Exceptional

The owner was really helpful and friendly. The apartment is really modern, taken care and super functional. We loved it. And it has a tram stop just in front of the door that allows you to reach everywhere really fast, even you can get walking to all the main attractions of the city.

It is missing a bit of privacy, the terrace is too exposed to the rest of the apartments.

It was perfect!

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It is at a great location, yet very quiet. Stores close by, and the owner was very helpful.

The strong points are the location (close to the city center), the small yard in front of the apartment and the shower.

The stairs between the bedroom and the water closet are tiring.

Very good location and beautiful apartment. Has everything you need and more. The hosts are amazing. We were quite late for check-in because of bad traffic. Andrej was just there when we arrived a lot later! Couldn’t ask for any more!

Will use it again if available on a next trip to Graz.

Loved it, the flat is modern, functional and cozy. Location is perfect, quiet, but in walking distance from the city center. Host was there one minute after calling and did a quick and efficient tour of the flat and location.

The flat is equipped with a stove and oven, but microwave device would be useful. Other than that, the stairs require some attention for those with toddlers and young kids.

The best stay in Graz.

Everything was perfect.

The apartment was extremely clean, comfortable and very tastefully decorated. The pictures don’t give it justice. The garden is just marvelous. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a washing machine. I would highly recommend staying at this apartment.
