Nestled in Green Lake, this lovely condo for £123 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This private, stand-alone apartment is located on our property, but completely separate from our house. It's located above our detached garage and separated by our garden. It has it's own entrance in the back and parking space located in front. This decent size apartment will comfortably sleep up to 4 people; 2 in the bedroom and 2 on the queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. And if you have little babes, we can offer a pack and play, a toddler cot and a high chair. There is a full-size bathroom and kitchen suitable for your needs while visiting. Soothing colors and warm lighting make this a perfect place to rest between your busy Seattle adventures. Take time to enjoy the surrounding amenities while you are in town. Walk two blocks to Greenlake park to enjoy some of the many great things the park has to offer whether you want to be active or relaxed. Go for a run, bike or rollerblade around the 2.8 mile lake. Or, go out on the lake for a swim, paddle boarding or boating adventure. Those looking to relax, take a stroll around to the many unique coffee shops, restaurants and stores. There are also many kid-friendly activities around the area like a wading pool (2 blocks from apartment), playground, play fields and a well-liked zoo up the hill. The apartment is conveniently located to major roads like I-5 and Hwy 99. It is also just a few blocks away from the E line, which leads to downtown and the 48 for a quick ride over to the University of Washington and the many surrounding neighborhoods.

Perfect! Great location, close to freeway for jetting off to any locations within Seattle or for a day trip outside of town. As a mom with 2 young boys the washer/dryer was a major plus. Clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants and coffee, and major community park which we did take our kids to play at. Already letting friends and family know about a wonderful place to stay if in Seattle.

Small but cozy place, perfect for our trip. Two of us stayed for five days and were quite comfortable. We came out to hike the national parks and it was so nice to have a centrally located homebase!

This second floor apartment is very well decorated and comfortable. The owners live close by and were helpful and easy to communicate with. The little house has lots of windows, well organized kitchen, nice little bathroom, and a great tv. We were in Seattle to visit family, but the Greenlake nest was so pleasant we did not want to go anywhere, except maybe to Duke’s Chowder house around the corner for a nice meal. Thank you to the hosts for creating this home away from home, we would love to stay here again in the future! Emily and Charles Wilkins

The place was lovely and clean and a perfect spot to rest in between family outings! Communication was excellent and we really appreciated the accommodations for our little one! (They had a pack n play set up for us and offered a high chair as well) We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Seattle!

We loved staying in this bright apartment. It was very open and airy with lots of windows. It was clean, cute and comfortable! The location was ideal. We walked to the lake for a morning run and got coffee from Urban Bakery. On our second evening we walked to Zeek’s and had a yummy pizza.

Our stay at this rental was so enjoyable. It was the perfect size for my boyfriend and I and was very peaceful. The interior is beautiful. Convenient location.. free lake park is not a far walk. Cost of Uber into downtown was reasonable. We plan to revisit Seattle and will definitely keep this rental on our list!

This unit provides a great value option for staying in the Seattle area. It is easy to get to from the freeways, walking distance to the lake and good restaurants (Duke's was fabulous) in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Grocery and other shopping was a short and easy drive down 85th. Having a washer and dryer set in the unit was a great time saver for our trip. The television had cable access and a DVD player. The AC worked well on the hot August nights of our visit. The off-street parking for two cars was greatly appreciated. A couple of things not mentioned in the listing: the bathroom is only accessed through the bedroom (which can be awkward for guests on the fold-out); the kitchen does have a full compliment of standard appliances but it is not what I consider "full-size" since the range door nearly hits the sink cabinet. There is limited counter space. The amenities could use some updating, but everything worked. Getting a room in the Seattle area can be frustrating, and this room is a great value option for a couple, or a family with small children.

Great location, a really easy hop over to the zoo or Downtown. Very clean, it suited us well for the weekend. I wish there was a dish sponge and dish clothes provided so we could do our dishes. But other then that the place was great, and we will definitely stay there again.

It was a perfect Place for me & my son. 5 minutes walk from the GreenLake. Very comfortable house. There are good stores around. Beautiful neighborhood and near from the bus stop. I'm sure I'll go stay here again.

This apartment worked well for our needs (really just a place for us to sleep). The apartment was very clean and tidy. It looked like the kitchen was well equipped, though we didn’t use it. One thing that I would note is that the bed in the bedroom is pushed up against the wall (out of necessity due to the size of the bedroom ). Because both my husband and I get up during the night to use the bathroom, we decided only one of us could sleep in the bed and the other one would sleep on the couch. That worked fine for us but should be taken into consideration by future guests.

My family has stayed here multiple times in the last few years. It is always enjoyable and perfect for two adults and two (small) children. Perfect location - close to most everything that Seattle has to offer. The hosts are always responsive and the apartment is always very clean.

A lovely private space in a great location.

We visit Seattle two or three times each year and we always stay at this little above-garage apartment if it is available. It is literally a couple of blocks from Green Lake itself and from major bus lines, shopping, etc. It is a very private space, above the landlord's garage, therefore above the street, separate from their house and you feel like it is really your own. It has a washer and dryer, a little kitchen with everything you need. It's in a quiet, lovely neighborhood. Moira is quick to respond if you need her for anything but otherwise you may not see her at all. If you like the Green Lake area, this is the place to stay.
