The condo is a second floor unit (F201) that features two master bedroom suites (each with full private bathroom) and a third bedroom with two twin beds. There is a large private balcony with a great view of the crystal blue Caribbean which is located just steps away. If you are looking for relaxation or adventure, you can find either or both right here! For a relaxing day at the beach we provide beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards and coolers. Clean, excellent location, very safe. Absolutely would recommend-such a charming place. The only negative is the constant club music from the beach club but you can only hear that on the balcony.

We are not “resort” kind of people and absolutely loved the feeling of being at home. It had more than enough space with all the amenities that one needs. It’s location couldn’t be any better! It just a block from fantastic restaurants, a shopping plaza that I felt was a 5 mile walk, and directly across the street from the beach entrance. And right there at the beach entrance is a wonderful beach club with beach setup, great food and drinks.
We are sold! Plan on booking annually for our birthday/anniversary trip.

Great location. Very comfortable and easy to use accommodations. Near shopping and great restaurants. Easy walking. Very hot and humid in the sun but lots of shade so basically ok. Fun to go up on the roof for an early evening cocktail and watch the sunset. Thanks for a great stay.

Everything about this place was perfect! Loved the condo and the location! The owners were so easy to communicate with. And the people of Playa were friendly and eager to help as well. I would highly recommend it for a relaxing fun stay!

Location, location, location!!! the convenience that this place provides to all surroinding places such as the beach and 5th Ave is unmatched. Beautiful Place
My family and I were really impressed by the property. The cleanliness and attention to detail is most impressive. The pool was amazing and everyone was friendly from the property employees to the neighbors. We are definitely coming back to stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property is beautiful and conveniently located. Took the ferry across to Cozumel to do some diving. It was very easy and efficient. Great restaurants. Beach clubs were very fun. We would stay there again!!

Fabulous Family Christmas Week

Beautiful condo!
This is the first time we stayed in the Gonzalo Guerrero condo. We stayed for a week and we really enjoyed our stay.
Spacious rooms with beautiful Mexican decor, everything we needed was there.
Location is perfect, one step away from a beautiful beach and so close to 5th Ave.
Property Manager Trevor was wonderful and very helpful.
I can't wait to go back to stay there again!

Great Condo in a great location!
Our family of 4 stayed in Condo Toucan from December 26th to January 2nd 2020. The condo is spacious and bright and is located in a really great area close to 5th Ave but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. The beds are comfy and there is a great view of the ocean out of the living room window. There is an OXXO store right around the corner where you can get snacks and beer. We walked to the big grocery store which took about 20 minutes for our main grocery items and then took a cab back to the condo which cost about $5.00
Our group didn’t do any cooking though as there are literally hundreds of restaurants within walking distance of the condo. We did not spend anytime on the beach in front of the condo but we did walk down to Mamitas beach club on a couple of occasions and spent the day there relaxing on the beach and enjoying the food/drinks and music there. We also enjoyed the pool at the complex. It was refreshing and big enough for several people to enjoy at one time. Communication with the owners was great from start to finish. You can tell they care about their renters experience and do whatever they can to make sure whoever rents from them is well taken care of and informed before arriving. All in all we had a nice time at the Natz Ti Ha condos. Thank you Kellery!

Ambience abundant
We had a fabulous stay here! The beds a huge (king in two bedrooms and twins in one) they were super comfortable. A bathroom for each room, the kitchen was well equipped, plenty of towels, storage, and beach gear. Plenty of room for the 5 of us adults. Trevor the property manager is very helpful and accommodating. One of our party got sick so Trevor organised a Doctor to call on us (on the fridge is a magnet with Doctors details). It’s a fantastic service and stress free.
Be aware that the gates get locked at night. Not sure what time the last one is locked. Find out because if you come back late from the bars or Coco Bongo you will be locked out! There was no info in the apartment about this only info for checking in after 7pm. I think there is security at one of the gates in the South block. . So be aware!
The apartment is very close to the beach, beach clubs and 5th Ave with lots of restaurants at your door stop to choose from:)
The staff are all lovely and helpful.
There is an Oxxo and a 7/11very close to the apartment for snacks, beer, spirit and limited wine but the supermarket is a short taxi ride away!
All in all a really awesome place to stay and highly recommended.

Gonzalo Guerrero - great location!
I stayed at Gonzalo Guerrero with my two sisters for my younger sister’s 50th Birthday. My sisters had never been to Mexico and I wasn’t overly familiar with Playa del Carmen but after spending a couple of days there we quickly realized we were staying in an awesome location! We were close to 5th Avenue but tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The pool area was beautiful. The condo was extremely clean, bright, spacious and comfortable. We went on a number of excursions and always looked forward to getting ‘home’. I would stay at Gonzalo Guerrero again without hesitation! Kellery and James, thank-you for sharing your home.

Amazing!!! You will not be disappointed. Very centralized, steps from the beach and all the amenities of home. James and the entire staff was so helpful and polite. We are already planning our next trip and it will definitely be at Natz Ti Ha.

Beach paradise
We very much enjoyed our stay. The Zelterman's and Trevor were very accommodating and helpful. Views were amazing and perfect walk along 5th Avenue Orr the beach each night. Only a couple downsides I misunderstood and thought there was cable or satellite there is not, but you can get on streaming services. The other we were in the front master and each night was very warm in there even with the ceiling fan going and 2 portable fans. But all in all was a great trip. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Fabulous family vacation!
We loved our stay in this condo! It had everything we needed to feel at home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans and more. The view you see in the pictures is the exact view you will wake up to every morning. The condo is stocked with books, music cds and movies for downtime. There were chairs, an umbrella, pool floaties, snorkel gear, etc. available to take to the beach or pool. The workers at the condo were kind and very helpful. We had the ultimate family vacation and would come back again in a heartbeat! It's central location to 5th Avenue was great too!

Beautiful view from the livingroom and balcony. Beds are very comfortable. Loved the feel of the whole condo, and it was very clean. Had everything we needed for cooking had we chosen to do so. We were very comfortable and felt very safe. Location was perfect for enjoying all of the offerings of Playa. An easy walk to restaurants, shopping, the ferry to Cozumel, and of course the beach.
Would have given 5 stars, but for one thing. The hot water was inconsistent. Many days 2 or 3 of us would shower consecutively with no lack of hot water. Other times we ran out of hot water in less than 5 minutes on the first shower. That was somewhat inconvenient at times.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this condo, and would rent again if I return to the area.

A real gem in Playa!
This condo was spacious and well decorated with a real Mexican flare! The beds were very comfortable, and the 3 bathrooms were a bonus for our family of five. Excellent location ; truly 60 steps to the beach. A 5 minute walk to the wonderful and lively 5th Avenue where you can find a vast variety of restaurants, shopping, kiosks for local excursions, and even entertainment. Very well stocked kitchen. There were also beach chairs, coolers, ice packs, beach umbrella, beach toys, beach towels, bath towels, everything guests need for a pleasant stay. All we needed to do was take a few trips to the Mega grocery store. ( A short walk there and an inexpensive taxi ride back). The staff on site were all very helpful and courteous!
Kellery and her husband were outstanding to deal with, all emails and questions were answered within 24 hours. The information packet provided was also extremely helpful! Full of wonderful suggestions and previous guests experiences and recommendations.
My family and I fell in love with Playa, we will return!

memorable Thanksgiving getaway
The four of us thoroughly enjoyed our week stay in this well-located condo. The vibrant colors inside and the convenient beach/pool experiences greatly contributed to our positive vacation. So many aspects to like but especially enjoyed being able to walk to everything! The condo was comfortable and seemed to have everything we needed for the beach and pool. Staff at the complex was especially helpful and seemed to appear out of nowhere to answer questions or bring extra water jugs, etc. The pre-arrival instruction booklet prepared by the Zeltmanns was EXCELLENT. All needs and questions were anticipated and covered thoroughly. Our agenda was to relax and visit and thoroughly enjoy the beach culture. Mission accomplished! Thanks so much for the wonderful setting!

Perfect getaway condo
We enjoyed our stay at this spacious three bedroom/three bathroom condo. The condo provided a great view of the ocean and was located just a couple of blocks on the ocean side of 5th Avenue. It was clean and well stocked. Clearly written details about the condo and sites in Playa were provided. Beach towels and TVs were in every bedroom. We walked to Mega to purchase groceries. The condo staff were very helpful and closely monitored the property. Beautiful pool and gardens.

We had an amazing time!!
This property was everything that you see in the pictures! The Zeltmans were great and answered every question we had so quickly. The property staff were amazing! Miguel greeted us and carried all our luggage up the stairs. We asked the front gate for water on our way back from dinner one night and Miguel beat us to the condo! They were there to assist with our luggage when we left too. We enjoyed the Encanto Beach area. We paid about $6.75 per beach chair and beers were $4.00, it was very clean and no one approaches you there. We ate at Yo Taco and Rocco's and Lucky Luciano's and a couple other places, but also bbq'd at the condo. It was very relaxing and we had a great time for my husbands 50th. We had 6 people and it was perfect. Helpful hint: Go straight down Norte 38 and on your left hand side you will see an Oxxo, which is like 7-11 in the states, close place to buy ice. Bring bug spray - those mosquito's are pesky!
Overall - we will be back!! Couldn't have asked for a better time, place and location!

Loved this condo
Condo suited our needs perfectly. I really loved the location. Close to everything, but not in the center of it. Everything was well appointed and maintained with the exception of some minor plumbing issues, but maintenance staff was onsite to resolve the issues. Pictures are 100% accurate. The condo is decorated beautifully. Perfect spot for our family of five to enjoy the Maya Riviera.

It's always so nice to arrive on vacation and find the accommodations to be exactly what you expected. The owners were so pleasant to work with, quick to respond and a wealth of knowledge. Our trip this year included our adult children and our grandsons. The 3 bedroom 3 bath were perfect. We never felt cramped for space. I would like to comment on the maid service we received, this had to be the absolute best maid service we have ever received and we've traveled for years! This unit is equipped with everything you'll need right down to beach chairs. This was our first time on the north side of Playa. 5th Ave is very close and will have everything you need but this is the new side of 5th Ave. The growth in this area continues as Playa continues to become so popular. Playa is one of our favorite vacation destinations!

My husband and I were here with our 2 adult girls. The condo was bright, well equipped and perfect for the 4 of us. It's at the begining of 5th st, which is not the "high" end, which we really preferred. Much more local fun and we were able to do whatever we wanted, without the "party" pressure. The pool at the condo was nice and all the staff were super helpful. The beach in front was just right and the sunrises beautiful.
