Nestled in Burlington, this charming condo for £118 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. You will love this completely remodeled, late 1800's duplex. We have full time tenant/caretakers in the front apt, with the short term rental in the back of the house. It's a luxurious suite, with all the amenities for a relaxing, delightful stay in Burlington! Uniquely situated with a private covered deck and off street parking. This is a one bedroom, one bath efficiency apartment. The open living space has a full galley kitchen & stackable washer/dryer. A high efficiency cold climate heat pump heats and cools the unit. There is a natural gas firplace for ambiance and extreme cold weather provides heat back up to the heat pump system. A very high quality queen sofa sleeper ( Note: NO cross bar ) sleeps 2 for additional guests, maximum 4. The apt comfortably sleeps 4, but the space is small. NO MORE THAN 4 PEOPLE ALLOWED, STRICT FIRE CODE. NO PARTIES ALLOWED, NO EXCEPTIONS. The 3 season covered porch adds more space to move about and relax, with a sofa, chairs and table. The very large porch windows give you a sense of being outside, with privacy shades-a great place to take an afternoon nap during warmer weather. There is a private, fenced in yard, shared with our on-site tenants/caretakers who live in the front apt. Please respect their space-there is a separate table and chairs near the porch for your use, the rest of the yard/furniture belongs to the full time tenants. PLEASE NOTE: Both apartments have separate, private entrances. You will enter your apt at the rear of the house, through the back yard gated entrance. The SIDE PORCH BELONGS TO THE FRONT APT NOT THE SHORT TERM RENTAL. We've included many nice touches like organic bed linens, marble kitchen countertops, subway tiled shower, heated bathroom and kitchen floors for cooler weather comfort. Included also is a high quality Nikken Air Wellness filtration system-making the "Burlington Walkabout" truly a health and wellness retreat. You have off street parking for max. 2 vehicles. Parking on the right side of the driveway on the cobblestone ( The left side of driveway is the caretakers parking )

Property is lovely, clean, and updated. Just as listed and perfect for a weekend away. So close to the main strip - it felt like we could easily access our "home" at any time.

Right in downtown Burlington so it is walkable to that area. Also not a bad drive up to Stowe if you like to ski. Kitchen was good for light cooking if you do not want to eat out for every meal.

It was a great location, parking for my rental car and the amenities they had were great! I could have coffee in the morning to get me going without having to waste money for a few days. It was quiet and I love the aesthetic of the decor. Also close to everything downtown, I walked everywhere that was local. Great place to stay!

Property was warm and inviting. Great place to stay in and watch a sports game but close enough to downtown to walk to everything. Lots of nice extras included such as coffee and creamers and snacks. We will definitely come back.

This property was comfortable in every way. It was centrally located, and yet still quiet and peaceful. The owners have thought of everything you might need to be comfortable. The furnishings were tranquil and beautiful. Communication was excellent. I can’t say enough about the wonderful experience we had in this rental!

This airbnb is the ideal location for walking around to either the lake front or Church St. The apartment was very clean with many accommodations. Quick reply back from the owner. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again in the future.

The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The location was close to everything -Church St Marketplace and the waterfront! We walked everywhere and only used our car to travel to other places of interest -Shelburne and Stowe. Would love to stay again for a sister’s trip!

Loved this cute little apartment. Very comfy and clean and has all you need. For a work trip, I wish the wifi was a little faster but other than that, it was lovely. Recommend this place for sure!

We loved our stay here. My husband and I stayed with our 3 year old, and the bedroom had enough room for us and our son’s small travel bed. You really can’t beat the location of this house- we walked to the waterfront area (Skinny Pancake and the Echo center) and Church St. several times. The hosts were very communicative, and house instructions were thorough. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked which made packing for our trip so much easier! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great weekend staying at this property. Laurie, the property manager, was extremely responsive to any communications/questions, and even recommended some local sites and activities to see while we were there. The apartment is in a great location for walking around the city, access to the waterfront and bike/running paths. We walked and bikes everywhere!

Always great to spend time with our daughter and friends. Easy walk to August1, the Flynn and Church St. Only difficulty was accessing the internet…info on Vrbo sheet was not accurate. Found the updated version posted. Very comfortable, enjoyed the porch.

We loved our stay here. The apartment is beautiful-modern yet has so much charm! It is well decorated and has everything you could need. Even coffee and little creamers in the fridge! The unit was very comfortable and easily walkable to the lake, restaurants, Church Street Marketplace and the bike path. We didn’t take our car out until we left. The bed is a little soft (which was fine for me but not so much for my husband). But we both still loved our stay and would definitely stay again. Laurie is very responsive as well. We highly recommend both the host and the apartment!

I share the aesthetic of this cozy, clean,contemporary cottage. Just the right amount of antiques for interest too. Everything you need and then some. Great access to the water, shopping and restaurants. Can’t wait to come back!

We has a great 3 days in Burlington. Property was located so that we could walk to just about everything we wanted to do. Easy access to the bikeway for the runner in the morning, nice walk to the Ethan Allen III, and very easy walk up to Church street for all the activity there. Property itself was spotless, perfect size for the 2 of us and very comfortable. My favorite spot was the porch area to stretch out with my book late in the day

This Burlington property was perfect for our family. We had two of our kids with us (15 and 19) and this was a great place for us to call home while we were visiting our other daughter who is a student at UVM. You can absolutely walk many places and it is helpful to have a place to park your car "at home" so that you don't have to worry about parking in town. Still, it is conveniently located if you do want to venture out of town for groceries or further exploring. I would highly recommend this property!
