Perfect home for a S FLA trip. Comfortable, well decorated, great beds, fresh bathrooms. Quality furnishings - Gated neighborhood is safe and quiet. Back yard pool and screened in porch are really nice. Well supplied kitchen - brand new Samsung washer/dryer. An easy place to hang with a sophisticated coastal FLA vibe. Location is prime without the A1A traffic and commotion. Upscale Neighborhood contains some of the nicest homes in FLL ranging from $2-30+ million. Property manager was very professional and responsive from initial reservation through the entire stay. Will definitely stay again when going to FLL!

We were in town with the family for a football game. The house was great. Perfect for our stay. Excellent location and proximity to the beach. A couple small issues came up but the host was very responsive. I would absolutely book with the host again.

Amazing property with lots of attention to detail. We were there to work the boat show so didn’t get to really use the home and all its amenities it had to offer but was a beautiful place to stay. We will be back next year 😊

We had a great stay at this fabulous house. It's much bigger inside than the photos suggest. The kids love the pool - definitely much bigger than most pools in the area. We just love the location. Quiet but still an easy walk to the Galleria and lots of great bars and restaurants. Have booked another day later this year and definitely will be booking to come back again next summer.

My girlfriends and I were looking for a weekend away to relax and enjoy some time together. The house was perfect! It was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. A majority of our time was spent poolside. The owner had plenty of outdoor space, towels and pool floats. As for location, it’s within a 5-7 minute drive to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The homeowner couldn’t have been more accommodating. She responded to any questions I had through out the booking process and leading up to our stay.

We were in Ft. Lauderdale for the wedding of our niece. With our folks and mother of the bride, your home became ours with the special touches of a heated pool (yes, we swam in record lows) and pool table providing terrific competitive entertainment! The layout, beautiful kitchen, comfortable rooms and first class bathrooms made us not want to leave! With my niece and new husband living here, we hope to return.

Had a fantastic first trip to Ft Lauderdale while staying here. Homes is beautiful and in walking distance to shops and the beach. Comfortable for 6 adults in our group and could have accommodated more people. Communication with the host was easy and very helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

Belle propriété. Cependant, il y a des souris dans les murs. L’homme à tout faire est venu boucher un trou sous les armoires (pour les empêcher de venir dans la cuisine car elles avaient mangé un bout de pain sur le comptoir), mais visiblement, il y en a dans les murs. Nous les avons entendu à plusieurs endroits. Nous avons aussi eu une toilette qui a coulé (elle a été réparée), et une douche dont l’eau coulait vers la chambre par le mur. Bref, une maison qui aurait besoin d’un peu d’amour et d’une mise à niveau.

Beautiful and well decorated property. Lots of usable space. Kitchen is fully stocked and beds were comfy. Pool area is super nice! House is in a gated, quiet community only a mile from the beach. Had a great time and definitely recommend!

This property was so beautiful and the owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed at this property for a 4 day bachelorette weekend and the owner Vivien was communicative and let us check-in earlier in the day based off our flight schedule. We were so thankful for the amount of supplies available at this house to go to the beach (beach chairs, coolers etc.), cook in the kitchen, and swim in the pool (floaties, noodles etc.). The location of this property was so perfect because it was close to everything on our itinerary. We felt very safe in this gated community and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway to Fort Lauderdale. Thank you again Vivien for your wonderful hospitality :)

Great house in a beautiful neighborhood. Well kept. All the comforts of home. Plenty of space for multiple families. The owners were very responsive. The home was nice and clean. The towels smelled like they were truly freshly washed which isn't always the case. Great location. Would highly recommend! Glad we stayed here:)

The home is in a great location. Neighborhood is beautiful and close access to the beach, Las Olas Blvd and Galleria. The property itself is beautiful inside and out. It's spacious, clean and decorated very nicely. Overall, just a very good vibe. The owner was easy to reach and stayed in touch with us throughout the visit. If in the area again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here.

Our stay here was excellent! First and foremost Szusanna was very attentive and quickly responded to any questions we had. Upon our arrival there were a few things we mentioned to her that were “damaged” and she quickly let us know that it was from a previous visit and not to worry, and someone even came out to take care of the fridge door while we were there. She let us know how to use the pool vacuum and adjust the thermostat which were both very helpful! The house has everything you need! Towels, beach chairs and coolers, pool floats, all kitchen amenities! The pool table in the game room was a huge plus, the boys loved it! Our favorite part was the enclosed porch in the back yard. It was so peaceful and a perfect space to enjoy your morning coffee. The rooms were spacious and perfect for each couple we had. The house exceeded its pictures, and those were amazing to begin with :) Location was amazing!! You can literally walk to Publix for groceries. Las Olas Blvd, the beach, and Fort Lauderdale Blvd were a very quick Uber ride! This was a much needed vacation for us all and we will absolutely come back! Thank you for letting us stay with you! :)

Very beautiful place and clean. Property manager very nice and helpful quick responses if we need anything. I will most definitely stay here again. Close to the beach, mall and grocery stores. I highly recommend if you travel to this area to stay at this property .

This property was as described—large, spacious, and in a lovely neighborhood. The pool and backyard were so nice you could almost just vacation there! The amenities were all there as were cooking pans etc. Billiard room and screened in porch were bonuses. Host was accessible and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!!
