Unhelpful and rude staff

The room was very small and the bed sheets smelt musty. The staff were unhelpful and one member of staff Ahmed I found to be rude and unprofessional towards me. My last hotel in Osaka had arranged for an item I had forgotten in a hotel in Kyoto to be posted to the Koko hotel in Tokyo. I hadn’t asked my Osaka hotel to do this as I was going to take a train from Osaka to Kyoto to collect the item before going to Tokyo. My Osaka hotel who were incredibly helpful told me to give the Koko hotel in Tokyo 2000 yen on arrival to pay the postage and they would give me change once the item was received. Ahmed on front desk on Koko hotel served me and I asked if he could give me a receipt or piece of paper showing that I had paid for the postage so when I came back to front desk and if there was a different member of staff it’s clear I had paid for the postage. Ahmed initially said he couldn’t provide a receipt to paper to say I had paid the 2000 yen and informed me in front of other guests loudly that he was doing me a favour by receiving the post, he would never receive post again for another customer and spoke over me loudly and I found him condescending. He eventually gave me a piece of paper detailing the 2000 yen I paid and told me the as he gave me this paper I had to make sure he got it back, for what reason I don’t know. The next day when I asked another reception staff if my post had arrived they had no idea what I was taking about and waved their hands as if I was in the wrong hotel. I showed them Ahmed’s piece of paper and then they went and got my post. When I went up to my room I had a note from Ahmed that my post arrived and I should collect change. I went back to reception and showed staff that when they gave me the item I should have received change and they then gave it to me. It all felt like an unnecessarily difficult experience with unpleasant interactions with staff.

Did not disapoint :P

Locatie was goed. Voor een rondreis Japan was dit een goede eerste hotel om in te verblijven.

Was weinig info over wat er te doen was in de omgeving hier had ik wat meer van verwacht. Beetje gesprek van wat komen jullie doen en heb je hieraan gedacht.

Fantastic

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Hotel is conveniently located within a few minutes walking distance from the subway station. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Идеальное местоположение, номер маленький, но уютный, просторная ванная, полный набор всего необходимого для проживания, каждый день уборка номера, новые тапочки и халаты, приятное постельное белье и удобные подушки

Номера редко пылесосят, если заглянуть под кровать, можно ужаснуться. На двухместный номер положено одно одеяло, и тем, кто привык спать под разными одеялами, придется долго упрашивать персонал

Our hotel was clean and provided us comfort and the best service during our stay. Location was great and near Hamacho St

Internet was fast, location was great (Uber Eats delivered fast and there was also Lawson nearby), easy to find, staff was friendly and went up-and-beyond with our questions (helped us translate texts and printed us some tickets when we needed).

Toilet-paper was almost as thin as air, if I have to have any complaints.

location is not bad, but still far away to the mall.

My parents wanna change a room because the bed's size is too small. But we cannot change because it will cost too much. I don't know why. The other room is two beds room, very suitable and comfortable and cheaper. So weird.

Great location for travelling with kids.

Friendly staff. The kids loved waving at them when we entered or left the hotel. Great location for us traveling with kids as there were a lot of different metro lines nearby so we could pick the one we needed without needing to transfer. Also a nice playground nearby.

All hotels we did during our trip and a small package for the kids. This one doesn't. In fact, it is like the kids didn't exist for them. We didn't get any towels for them either. Don't use their laundry services. Stuff doesn't get clean, and drying takes ages. Better spend your money in the nearby laundromat for a cheaper price and a better service.

Propre, élégant et proche des métros

L'établissement est très beau en extérieur comme intérieur. Les chambre sont propre et moderne. Salle de bain à la japonaise avec frigo et télévision. Shampooing, savon et autre produit dans la chambre et/ou disponible à l'accueil. Proche à quelques pas du métro. L'accueil nous a commandé un taxi à 5h00 du matin et nous l'avons bien eu à l'heure. Rapport qualité / prix je recommande À l'accueil à disposition, balance pour peser ces valises, et machine pour retirer de l'argent. Des boissons gratuit sont disponibles à l'entrée de l'hôtel

Rien à signaler, que des points positifs Peut-être un peu loin des gros axes touristiques mais avec le métro japonais on navigue très vite entre chaque quartier donc je recommande

Super hôtel au cœur de Tokyo

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement près de la station Hamacho. La proximité des konbini (Lawson, 7eleven, FamilyMart, Ministop). Le confort de la chambre ainsi que de l'hôtel en général.

Davvero confortevole e discreto. Posizione a due minuti dalla metro, in quartiere tranquillo. Stanza accogliente e impeccabilmente pulita.

A 3-Star Hotel That Feels Like a 5-Star Hotel Stay

We were so impressed with this hotel’s comfy room, cleanliness, professional service, beautiful design and great location! We just had a horrible 1 night stay at a 4 star hotel and I was requesting to smell their room before I booked it. The staff was very understanding and professional, and accommodated to my strange request. We booked the double bedroom 37m², room on 12th floor and the view was facing the city. It was a beautiful view!!! We could also see a little of Tokyo Tower! The location is quiet but sooo connected! 1 min walk to Hamacho Station (Shinjuku Line), less than 10mins walk to Ningyocho Station which has 2 lines Hibiya and Asakusa. The nearest convenience store is Lawson, 7-11 and Family Mart are further around the area. We loved the room so much! Very spacious, beds are so fluffy and comfy. The toilets are spacious as well with a bathtub. They provide amenities on level 1 which you can take and the bath salts are amazing for sleep!! I also loved the hair ampoules, love the smell and it soothed my dry hair. My husband loved the lotion and moisturizers. They also do daily cleaning and changed our pajamas and slippers everyday. They have detergent-free laundry machines (600¥) which was super convenient. We were very impressed with this hotel, and would stay here again next time!

Location was excellent for our family & close enough for an affordable taxi ride from Tokyo station

Location was great. 3 different subway lines within 10 min walking distance, and less than 10 min drive away from Tokyo station if taxi is needed

Pajamas that were on the bed was left on top of our luggage or on the floor after their cleaning service.

Near subway. Room not clean.

The staff were helpful.

There was some hair on the wall in the shower when I checked in; and there was one day, I found one long hair(I have short hair) on the bed after it was cleaned.

出張での利用で、ほぼ気持ちよく過ごせました。

ロケーションが良かった。明治座の隣だったので、タクシーの運転手さんへの行先の指示が簡単で楽だった。

パフュームのきつい匂いがエレベータ内に残っており、その時間だけ辛かった。

Gostamos de tudo. Desde a higiene e o cuidado com os hóspedes em detalhes, até a localização próxima a estações de metrô. O Bairro é tranquilo, tem um serviço de conveniência 24h perto e tudo com muita segurança.

Não há nada que desabone esse hotel.

LAST STAY IN TOKYO RECOMMENDED

No breakfast booked, hotel was very comfortable, bedroom was the largest that we had during our stay in Japan, all needed available, ice, fridge, water boiler, etc Overall great stay.

Location seemed a bit further out to a central area, seemed more like a business district, underground is relatively close.

Lille værelse på fint Tokyo hotel

Hotellet var fint og rent og vi har heldige at have udsigt direkte til Tokyo Tower. Der er dejlig tæt på en subway, så man hurtigt kommet videre rundt i byen.

Der var ingen serveringer af morgenmad eller andre måltider, så det skal man ud i byen og finde. Værelset var meget lille til to personer. Dobbeltsengen var lille men ok for os, men der er faktisk ikke plads til at have en kuffert åben samtidig med at man kan komme rundt. Tokyo hotel værelser er små, men det er som om, at det bliver lidt for småt.

I left my Bose headphones in my room. Checked out and then went back to the desk to ask for them. They they said they couldn’t find them. So basically one of the staff stole them. It was the last days of my trip and was gutted

Super Lage, Ausstattung, nettes Personal und nichts zu bemängeln!

Super Lage, ruhige Umgebung, direkt am Ufer des Sumida Rivers, gute Anbindung und nettes Personal!

Nichts! In den Zeiten der Aufenthaltes von Ende Oktober bis November ( zwischenzeitlich in Japan unterwegs) hat sich das Angebot des Hotels erweitert und es wurde seit Anfang November auch ein Frühstück im Hotel angeboten. Sehr schöne Idee!

Pretty mediocre

Decently sized room and kind of cheap price.

- Room was very bad smelling (the carpet or something else reeked a smell of poo/farts) - The reception was ALWAYS filled with people's luggages and packages, wasn't so nice seeing that every time you entered the hotel. They should definitely invest into a luggage room. - The location is not that good. Bad communication to the metro and you have to change total of 2 trains to get into Shibuya for example. - The bar/lounge in the reception was always closed, no one was serving anything there. I don't understand why they have it if no one is using it.

地理位置：非常好，围绕在浜町，人形町，水天宫前三个站的酒店。门前就是公园，周围安静。酒店：一楼有个休息的大厅，很多住客会在这聊天休息看书。二楼还有滚筒洗衣房，不需要带洗衣液还不错。服务人员英文都不错。房间：床太舒服，每天睡不醒lol

Clean, modern

Clean like most business hotels and a little larger than most; modern refreshed design and amenities. Nice park and neighborhood (our room had a view of Amezakeyokocho).

Actually not as convenient in terms of public transport as some, depending on your needs -- the Hamacho station next door only serves the Shinjuku line and the Ningyocho station is a walk away. No direct route to Tokyo Station.
