Nestled in Fripp Island, this charming villa for £248 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. 318 Captain John Fripp Villa - Distant Ocean View - Free Wireless Internet Our Captain John Fripp Villa is in a central location close to the Beach Club. Unit has raised ceilings downstairs and renovated kitchen. Tile floors throughout the downstairs living area and new (2019) carpet upstairs. New (2020) front balcony and stairs and new back balcony overlooking pool and courtyard with a distant view of the ocean. Patio replaced in March 2021. This unit is located center island with a distant ocean view from the upstairs balcony and a choice of pools with activities for everyone with the purchase of amenity cards. Sit on your patio within steps of the private shared pool (available to only those in the complex), or take a short walk to the beach or to the Beach Club's Olympic Pool, Adult Pool or Fitness Center. For the golfer in the family there are two excellent courses. Bike trails throughout the island offer another diversion for the bikers in the family. Golf carts and bikes are available for rent. The Racquet Club with ten Fast-Dry or hard courts and Pickleball Court is just across the street. On those rainy days head to historic Beaufort, South Carolina, just 19 miles away or take a short trip to Charleston, Hilton Head or Savannah for sightseeing or shopping. We are Club members and amenity cards are available for purchase with this villa. Access all the island has to offer including golf, tennis, pickleball, island restaurants, and other Fripp Island Resort amenities. Upon request of amenity cards, in addition to the fee per card, a 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount will be added to the reservation - this is required by the resort. This is a non-smoking and pet free property. Fripp is a wonderful place for a family vacation. Our family has enjoyed our visits there, the only complaints we hear are when it is time to leave! A great Labor Day weekend with easy access to the pool and beach. We were able to watch the UGA game on a nice tv. The place was well stocked with all the cookware and drink ware we could need. Thank you!

Very friendly host. Great location with easy access to the pool and to the beach. Some great renovations to the bathrooms have been done. Kitchen had everything we needed. No bad smells to report.

Smell of smoke when we first arrived..cigarrette butt on the dresser…very thin mattress cover…coffee grounds still in the pot…screen door broke in bedroom…bottom of charcoal grill broken…bottom drawer of stove very dirty… refrigerator was not cleaned and the bottom leaked water all over the floor…upstairs shower door very hard to open. We complained to the owner and she graciously refunded a large amount of $$$….felt bad about telling her all of these things but they are definetly items that need to be corrected. At the present time, unless updated, this was very over priced.

We really enjoyed our first stay at Fripp. The villa location was wonderful with easy access to the beach and pool for our little ones. We enjoyed playing at the beach and pool, fishing, golf cart cruises to the watch sunset and walks on the boardwalk with great views. Thanks for a great vacation and we will be back for sure.

Had quick access to the pool and beach, the place was very nice and the carpets were soft enough to sleep on (I didn't). Loved the wide beach and the curious, hungry deer that sauntered up to the porches. Good for families, was my wife's birthday and with the beautiful weather she was so happy. Owner was very personable, called to check on everything, but there was no need because we loved it. Thanks!

We loved our stay at Fripp! The location of the pool, beach and other amenities was ideal, right outside the door. The children could go back and forth between beach and pool very easily. The owner was very prompt in her response to our questions and easy to work with. A great time was had by all!

This property was perfect for our Father’s Day get away. The six of us enjoyed how laid back the courtyard atmosphere was. The pool was very convenient for the kids while the guys played golf at Ocean Creek. The beach access was steps away from the pool. I would say you need a beach cart if you are hauling tents, toys, and chairs. We all commented on how well the king beds slept. The owner was excellent with communication and made sure we were comfortable. We highly recommended this property! We will rent again.
