About this house rental
The house was completely renovated. All new hardwood floors, kitchen, bathrooms, stainless steal appliances and fixtures. The house has an eat-in kitchen, bar with wine refrigerator and three pristine bathrooms! Upper deck around entire top floor (great for entertaining!), lovely landscaped yard, outdoor shower, parking for four cars, great open layout with the main area on the second level! Ample seating all around. In addition to eat-in kitchen there is a large dining table/area and breakfast nook. In-unit full-size washer/dryer. House sits on a corner lot of a quiet street and we use the house personally so it is kept very clean and up to date. Bedrooms: Master bedroom with one king-size bed (en-suite bathroom!), bedroom #2 and #3 with queen-size beds, and bedroom #4 with two single beds (willing to change bed for monthly tenants). All bedrooms have built-in closets and the house has three full bathrooms, one upstairs and two downstairs. Additionally, split unit ACs were installed in each bedroom so everyone can control their own climate. There is also a large split unit available on the main floor for comfort as well! A short ten-minute walk to town and beaches, with a skateboard park and basketball courts just a five-minute walk away. The nearby town of Montauk has every amenity possible: great restaurants, hikes and a great golf complex with other amenities. Any questions please email -- VERY QUICK RESPONSE TIME! Great four bedroom home with a excellent open floor layout. Easy walk to the beach, town, and Surf Lodge. Also very close to Montauk Downs. Would recommend to groups.

This house is one of a kind. Very updated living space and kitchen. And every bathroom has been updated as well. We stayed a long weekend in Montauk and the house was located close to everything! We did have a rental car so the only thing I would suggest is to do that. This house is great for a family vacay or a friends get away. We can’t wait to rent again in the near future! The owners are amazing and so very helpful with any questions!

Perfect house for a large group or family. The entire inside of the house was recently renovated and it is in outstanding shape. I went on a golf trip with a bunch of friends and it was in the great location, very close to Montauk Downs (short drive/long walk). Also a short drive/cab ride into town or the beach. Two thumbs up 👍!

I stayed here for a wedding and the house was perfect for me and my group. Great layout for big family style dinners and hanging out. The house has a large wrap around deck that offers great views. The house was clean and spacious. It's close to town but still in a neighborhood with plenty of privacy. We walked to Soulcycle and MTK Brewing Company. The Owners were very responsive and easy to deal with. I definitely hope to return. Highly recommend!!!!

What a great place. Plenty of space for our large group. The deck is great for lying in the sun or having a sunset glass of wine. BBQ space is perfect for outdoor eating. The living area is comfortable and spacious. All the bedrooms area downstairs so those looking for an early night can while others can stay up chatting with one more glass of vino. Easy walk to the shops, beach and Surf Lodge. The owners were a delight to deal with as well. Highly recommended.

My family and I rented this property and had a wonderful experience! We loved the house because it was clean and roomy. You can definitely spread out and not feel crowded. The deck was great and the location of the house was also perfect. Close to town and close to Ditch Plains which is beautiful. Also a short ride to Hither Hills, another beautiful beach. The renting process was a breeze and the owners were beyond pleasant. Renting this property was a pleasure!

Several friends and I stayed here a few weeks ago and had an absolute blast. It was a two second drive to the beach, few minutes to town, and the house itself was comfortable for all of us. The whole renting process was seamless and by and large led to a great experience. I would strongly recommend renting this property if you’re visiting Montauk and want the whole experience (beach, town, location, etc…).
