Cedars Tennis Resort, is a luxury vacation rental on Longboat Key, close to Sarasota and world renowned St Armand's Circle. This spacious 1440 sq ft townhouse includes a 1 car garage on the ground floor, kitchen, half bath and spacious living room/dining room on the first floor that includes a sleeper sofa, two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king bed the guest bedroom has twin beds (can be pushed together to make a full size bed) each bedroom has it's own full bath. There is a screened in back lanai with a relaxing pond view. Enjoy a Gulf horizon view from the living area and kitchen. The location is perfect with world class restaurants and Harry's Convenience store within walking distance. There are public beach accesses within a mile in either direction with the beach being just across the street, bike trails in front of the complex with Sarasota Bay on the opposite end of the property with a beautiful bay view and fishing pier available for guests. Must be 25 or older to rent. During the months of January thru April, rentals need to start on a Saturday in full week increments. Bikes are available for guest's use.

Thanks David for the use of your beautiful condo! It had everything we needed and more. Especially enjoyed the bikes you graciously made available to us. So many excellent restaurants in the area in addition to Publix and CVS. No need to leave the island unless you want to! Really appreciate your responsiveness to my inquiries as well.

We had a great stay. The unit is very clean, bathrooms are nice, kitchen is fully stocked. Walking distance to restaurants. Owner was easy to reach and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Longboat Key Cedar's East #521 is a beautiful place to stay, comfortable and nicely decorated plus fully stocked with everything you need for cooking. There is a lovely walkway through mangroves to the pool and fishing dock on the intercoastal. Public gulf beaches are close by. There is an abundance of restaurants in the Longboat Key area all with great menus.

The property was perfect located in a great location to shops and the beach. Pool was also a hit. There is a nice board walk to the bay as well. The house had everything we needed in it and was very comfortable.

This was a beautiful property and very convenient to the beach and pool. Great amenities, comfortable beds and good location. A small little hiccup but nothing to sweat over. David was very easy to get in touch with and overall I had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Everything was as described. I was able to take a bike ride every morning with the bike that was provided. Beach was an easy drive and we used the beach chairs, beach umbrella and cooler which was available for our use. My daughter and I also used the pool several times. Very relaxing trip and a huge plus that the weather was AWESOME!

Everything was fabulous at this rental. Nice complex, clean comfortable unit. Bright with nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen We had a small hiccup as door was locked as we tried to enter the first day but after contacting owner we were able to gain access.

A great time in LBK!!

We had a great 4 days in Longboat Key! The Condo is in the perfect location, right smack in the middle of the LBK. It had everything you might need (even beach chairs and a cooler in the garage!). It is quiet, has a great pool, a ton of tennis courts and is literally right across the street from a beautiful stretch of beach. David, the Owner was fantastic from start to finish. Looking forward to visiting in this Condo again!

We stayed at David’s beautiful townhouse when we traveled down to Florida for our wedding. The place was beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed during our 8 day stay. The beach was a short walk and private. We were thankful all the beach necessities we needed were at David’s and did not have to rent anything for the week. We will be back !

We recently had the opportunity to spend a weeks vacation in Longboat Key. Our condo was very comfortable and nicely furnished. We had no problems with the unit all week and were very satisfied with the location. Amenities are also top quality and employees very welcoming. We enjoyed the beaches and surroundings as well. Sarasota and Bradenton are very close by for all needs. Great restaurants as well (Thanks David)! We loved it!

We really enjoyed staying at The Cedars. It was a great location for our home base. We could walk to restaurants, shops, etc. Beaches were close by and the pool on site was as expected. They had a little Tiki hut and dining at the pool if we needed anything. We look forward to coming back again!!!

Really enjoyed our experience at this rental. Plenty of room and used the bicycles a lot for getting around. There is a convenience store very close so if you needed anything it was a short walk away. Walking distance to the beach also. Would recommend highly and will definitely stay there again.
