Rehoboth is home to nationally acclaimed festivities such as the SEA WITCH & FIDDLER FESTIVAL, REHOBOTH INDEPENDENT FILM FESTIVAL, and REHOBOTH BEACH JAZZ FESTIVAL. Local restaurants cater to every palette ranging from award winning gourmet to more affordable family-style. Nature and fitness enthusiasts enjoy biking, running, and hiking the 16 mile scenic Junction & Breakwater Trail circling from Rehoboth to Lewes through Cape Henlopen State Park and around Gordan's Pond. We enjoy the area's beaches early in the morning or late afternoon when they are less crowded and the sun is not so strong. The Delaware Bay and Broadkill River are particularly nice to explore by kayak or Wave-runner. Our children never tire from collecting shells and exploring new waterways and beaches. Our condo has all the comforts of home including a fully equipped kitchen. If you should find that we have unintentionally omitted something, please call us. We enjoyed staying at this property! It is very quiet yet close enough to the beach for a quick commute. The swimming pools on property are great. The owner is available for all questions with a quick reply.

We have been renting this condo for 19 years and we love it! It is perfect for a family of 4-8. The rooms are updated, bright and comfortable. We love that the complex has a pool and we can alternate between the pool and beach. The parking pass saved us a ton of money and everything is close by: good restaurants, water park, mini golf and shopping. Gwen is a wonderful owner and is responsive and caring. We can't recommend this place enough!!

This condo was perfect for what we needed! The location is great being a very close drive to the beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The condo was very spacious and very clean. The owners were also wonderful to communicate with and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

First, Gwen is AWESOME to work with. Very responsive to any and all questions. Great place to stay. Super Clean., Spacious. Love that each bedroom has it's own tv. Gwen provided, linens, towels, books, games. Pleasantly surprised to find an electric kettle (usually have to bring one with me) Close to downtown Rehoboth, the beach and boardwalk. Rained a lot while we were there, so we ended up doing more cooking than we planned. Kitchen was WELL Stocked.
WILL DEFINTIELY BE RETURNING NEXT YEAR. Would have rebooked for this Summer but all sold out.

Although we didn’t come with young children, if u are, Gwen has literally thought of everything from books to sand toys to a high chair and potty seat.
A parking pass and sheets and towels as well as 3 chairs were included. When I had a question, she responded quickly. It was a perfect vacation in a perfect location. Thanks Gwen!!!

We really liked the spacious condo. It was quiet and peaceful even though it is not far from the busy highway. We loved the pool and the toys provided for the little ones. Parking permit for Rehobeth City was nice. The comfortable condo had everything we needed.

The rental is surprisingly spacious and has everything a family needs for a vacation. Best equipped kitchen - everything is covered down to coffee bean grinder to outlet covers for probing infant fingers. It is clean and thoughtfully decorated and equipped. Gwen is gracious and readily available. I highly recommend the property and would absolutely stay there again.

There are plenty of great restaurants nearby. The condo complex is secluded, but very accessible.

Delightful in every way!!
The unit was beautiful, clean, and spacious! Gwen was excellent in communicating with us and solving any questions we had. Overall great place. Unfortunately, the rash machine broke, which is pretty important with a lot of people. We did have access to one off site, which we used. A couple people missed having a cutting board, haha! Kinda needs hooks in the bathroom. Cute place and we enjoyed it very much.

Condo was very clean and spacious. Loved the location as it was very close to everything. The pools were very well kept. The property owner was great to deal with and was always quick in response to questions. Very great experience. We will definately be looking into staying again .

We loved our stay at this rental. Gwen was a good communicator and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The condo is larger than it appears in the photos and has a well equipped kitchen. Our only disappointment is somewhat of a design flaw in the building. The deck has very high walls and therefore when seated (in the furniture currently there) you only see the tops of the neighboring buildings and not the lovely water retention basin below. Would almost be better to just have a window there, so the view is not blocked. If the outside space is not important to you - this will not be a big deal. And of course - this has nothing to do with the owner or condition of the lovely condo! The location was great. We could walk to Rehoboth boardwalk (but need to cross Route 1) and had easy access to shopping and restaurants.

Didn't want to leave!
Everything was great and clean! We loved every bit of our stay other than 2 of our kids got sick and we decided to leave early because of that. If it wasn't for my 4yr old being miserable and throwing up we would've stayed the whole time. The beach was only a 5 minute drive and very easy to get to along with the outlets and other shopping places/ gas stations. I would recommend to anyone looking to book their getaway here. Gwen was so willing to help with the kids too even with her busy schedule! We will definitely be back and book with them again!!!

Rehoboth Vacation 2019
This Condo in Rehoboth was perfect for us and our vacation!! The place was spotless and spacious for us!! We enjoyed the awesome amenities including the pool and deck!! The location was behind Big Fish Grill on Coastal Highway and it was surprisingly very quiet!! So it made our stay even more relaxing than we anticipated!! Would highly recommend and the owner was quick to respond to our needs.

Good location, spacious, great amenities
Gwen's place is really well located for accessing all Rehoboth has to offer. We visited Dewey Beach, Funland, Cape Henlopen State Park, and Lewes. The pools in the complex were a great plus! Gwen provided everything we could possibly need and was very responsive.

We had a great time and the condo was just the space we needed. The kids toys, games, and books were a great addition and my daughter loved playing with them.

I would stay here again.
Pros: Great layout, clean, included beach chairs, boogie boards, towels, linens, and lots of kids stuff. The Y is only a short walk away, lots of big windows!
Cons: On the far side of Coastal hwy, not very walk-able area, no spices (not even salt), no fitness center or basketball court, need a TV in all three bedrooms.
Suggestions for owners: Create a binder (with map of area, best local places to go, grocery store, complex rules, safety information - where is the nearest urgent care, etc.) Black out curtains, hand held shower head. Need more (and better) pictures of condo in your ad-what you have does not do it justice.

Intrusive owner
My family vacation started with the owner, Gwen, showing up at 4:15 pm and staying an entire hour. She stated the reason for her showing up to the property (15 minutes AFTER CHECK-IN) was because her maid notified her that the previous vacationers left linens in the dryer and the beach chairs need to be replaced. I was wondering why the maid couldn’t fold the linens from previous vacationers and why it took the owner AN HOUR to do so. I do not think the owner was happy to see an African American family renter her property. The look of pure shock on her face when we answered the door spoke volumes. Also, the fact that she took an hour of our vacation time going from room to room folding (and refolding linens). She appeared to be looking for something. I’m not sure what she expected to find amongst our belongings, as my husband and I were traveling with 3 children and a senior citizen. I observed her unfold a towel just to refold it. It almost seemed she did not want to leave her property in our hands. So sad. We had our own linens which she obviously saw because we hadn’t had a chance to finish unpacking. She decided it was necessary to go from room to room, having the audacity to ask my 5 year old if the toy she was playing with belonged to her or the condo. No worries, we left all the second hand toys where they belong. It would have been more appropriate for the house keeping to be done between the 11 am check out and 4 pm check in period. If Gwen would have simply asked us if we were going to utilize the linens and beach chairs provided, we would have replied no and she/the maid could taken care of these things after we had checked out. When the owner finally left, we decided to go for a dip in the community pool where we ran into another woman who did appreciate having to share a pool with my family. Needless to say we will not be returning. I hope others have better luck!
