The ground level has its own entrance/exit leading to the backyard and stairs to access the upper levels. The ground level has a washer/dryer and blackout curtains on all windows for light sensitive guests. The loft bedroom features a queen size bed and is accessed via a ladder-style staircase. The footing is very secure and there is a handrail, but it is steep and not recommended for young children or if you have accessibility issues. Not all windows have blackout curtains in the loft and light sensitive sleepers will prefer the basement bedroom. The second level features a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, dining table, full bathroom and living area. There's an outdoor table on a deck, with spectacular panoramic mountain views.
