Warm, cozy & clean, updated, 3 bedroom, 2nd floor condo, on the river, with stunning, wide open, panoramic, mountain views. Nothing behind you (except the occasional "Moose") Oversized heated and covered deck spans across the main living area and two of the three bedrooms. Perfect location: It’s next to the village yet just a two minute walk to the high speed river run gondola. This unit features a fully equipped chef's kitchen, 2 steam showers, 4 Big Screen LED TV's with Chromecasts, hi-speed internet & google home. The gas fireplace in the Living room will keep you warm. There is heated indoor parking for 1 car & 6 outdoor parking spots for another (1st come, 1st serve). There is a large ski locker in the garage. The rear stairwell down from the deck gets you to a large private back yard and pathway to the snake river. Iris and/or John Tombari are available 24x7 for support if you encounter any issues Maximum occupancy is eight persons

This unit is probably our favorite that we have ever stayed in. The huge windows and deck that open up to the pond and mountains were amazing. We could have stayed on the deck all week and been happy. We were so close to everything in River Run, but yet our place felt very private because we had nothing but mountains behind us. Great location, very clean. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

The unit was exactly as advertised. Steps from River Run village and its restaurants and activities, but also in a quiet setting. Sitting on the balcony, listening to just the rushing water in the Snake River with just mountains and meadows to see was about as a relaxing as it gets. A perfect summer place for us and our kids (ages 8, 6 & 3). The unit was perfectly equipped, especially the kitchen. We’d stay again.

Such a serene setting with unobstructed view! Super close to River Run shops and gondola. Place is very nice with beautiful bathrooms and kitchen/living space. Everyone enjoyed their stay here.

We had a fantastic few days in this unit in Keystone. Spacious, clean, great location (really close to gondola and the village), very comfortable for our whole family. I would recommend it and will book again if we get back to Keystone. Thank you Iris.

Celebrated our 25th anniversary with friends and family for a long weekend. Location was perfect for our group, steps away from the festival and river run for day time activities, then secluded and serene in the mornings and evenings. I hope we get to do this again soon!

The location, amenities, and supplies in the condo were beyond our expectations. My husband is now convinced we need heated floors and a steam shower! Fabulous place to relax and plenty of space for 2 families. We will be back for sure!

Amazing Place!

Amazing Place!

I've been coming to Keystone for over 10 years and have stayed in a number of condos in the River Run village, this is by far the best one. The location was great, a short walk to the River Run gondola. Our kids were in ski school at the Mountain House base area and the bus stop was just a few steps away from the condo. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need for cooking, including a crock pot which was great for letting food cook while we were in the slopes. The views were one of my favorite parts. Beautiful snow, trees, mountains, visible through floor to ceiling windows in almost every room. Will definitely stay here again!

Close to lifts, restaurants, bars and ski rentals. Owner was extremely accommodating with fast and friendly reply to every question. The other owners/renters were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this condo.

We had a ball. Location is ideal and we hope to stay again. Thank you, Iris for helping with packages and trying to help find sitters when the Keystone Ripperoo daycare closed without much warning. Kitchen was wonderful! Real knives, lovely serving pieces, plenty of everything including the things tou don't think about like plastic wrap and storage bags. Spices galore! We especially appreciated the humidifier as we're from a slightly more humid climate...steam showers were incredible!!! We hope to return and appreciate the experience!!!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this condo. The location and view from the balcony are fantastic! Communication with the owner was fast and easy whenever I needed anything. This is a great place. We will be back again someday!

We had a wonderful stay at River Run May 31- June 5, 2021. We spent most of our time on the patio taking in the views. The overhead heaters made sitting outside super cozy because it was still chilly the first half of our stay. We ate most of our meals outside and played board games out on the deck and watched several moose munching on the vegetation right behind the condo. We were under the impression that there was air conditioning in the unit but we only saw controls for heat. The door to the shower in the master bathroom was not attached and placed against the wall and had been replaced by a curtain. I would say that shower could use an update but other than that this place was spot on and we truly enjoyed our stay. This would be an ideal location if you go during the winter for skiing because of its prime location.

Great location to the lift/gondola and River Run area. Enjoyed the convince of a heated parking garage, ski storage in the garage and heated boot rack. My family loved the covered patio with ceiling heaters but were very disappointed that we could not use the fireplace pit on the patio (it wasn’t mentioned in the VRBO description and was a selling point in our selection of accommodations). The hot tub was also low on water and not very clean. The only other suggestion to the owner would be to upgrade the pillows on the beds. They are very flat and somewhat lumpy for a condo in this price range and there were complaints from all. Overall highly recommend this property and enjoyed our stay with the gorgeous mountain views and sunsets!

We love staying here - it is a perfect fit for our family! The view is amazing! - It is a short walk away from the River Run Gondola. The heated garage and lobby area is so very handy for taking off ski boots, etc. before going up to the condo -- Honestly, we love everything about this property! We look forward to staying again!

I can’t say enough how wonderful this vacation rental was. We have stayed in CO in many vacation homes but I must say this is by far the best. The view was beautiful and the condo was very inviting. The kitchen was fully stock. The condo was walking distance to pretty much anything you needed. Iris the owner was very responsive and since it was slow season and no one was renting before us she allowed us to check in early which was a huge plus since we had a really early flight. I would most definitely rent again.
