Located in Siesta Beach, this charming condo for £157 per night is a great option for your next trip. Beautiful Panoramic View of the Gulf of Mexico and unobstructed city views from this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath non-smoking condo with two large bedrooms. One room has a king-size bed and the other has two queen-size beds. We provide beach towels, umbrella and toys. Unit is directly across the street (100 yards) from the world famous Siesta Key Public Beach, which is consistently rated in the top ten beaches in the USA - recently ranked #1! For families, this is the only stretch of beach on Siesta with lifeguards on duty as well as concessions and public restrooms. It is extremely convenient, family friendly and safe. This 6th floor unit is quiet, private, and spacious and is one of only 24 units located in this 7 story building. Recently renovated, it features new appliances (including washer and dryer) and furnishings, 3 flat screen TV's, BluRay/DVD player, and wi-fi. All the comforts of home. This was our second time to stay at this condo. We are already hoping to book it for a 2025 visit. The hosts, Bill and Julie, go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect before and during the visit. This unit, the location, and view made for a relaxing 2 weeks.

Had a great time celebrating the Holiday at this condo in Siesta Key. Location is perfect with beach access just across the street and about halfway between the North and South ends of the beach that both have shopping and dining. No need to drive to those locations as there is a trolley stop in front of the building that will get you to and from. The Condo itself was very nice with plenty of our room for our family of 5. Owners were great to work with and communicated regularly with us leading up to and after our trip.

If you are searching for an immaculate condo that offers amazing views within very close proximity to one of the best beaches in the country, look no further. In addition; the hosts are incredibly responsive - we had an issue at the beginning of our stay with the lock to the entry door but it was addressed immediately with no problems afterwards. The communication from start to finish was stellar!
It is a well appointed unit with everything you would need including beach equipment. Transportation is incredibly easy as there is a trolley and other options to get around the island. If you stay here, you will certainly not be disappointed!

This condo is directly across from Siesta Key beach and on the trolley route. Just a short bike ride to restaurants shops and grocery. The owner was super responsive and thorough with all communication and provided helpful tips ans things to do. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need including beach chairs umbrellas and supplies such as fish and laundry soap. We really enjoyed the condo and location! Highly recommend!

We loved this condo on the 6th floor with great views. The condo is located right across the Street from the beautiful Siesta Key public beach. Great restaurants in either direction. We enjoyed visiting a different beach every day all within a 20 minute drive. Perfect location. Condo had good floor plan and very clean. Host was easy to work with.

We stayed for a full week over the summer and had a blast . The location is great. The place is stocked with everything you need housewise . The bedrooms are comfortable and big. Fabulous condo with great, updated furnishings. Perfectly clean! Trolley access right in front of the tower, and directly across from public beach access. It is a wide point in the beach, so be prepared to walk on that soft, lovely sand for a little bit to reach the water. Even so, we were very, very happy with this condo.
Lots of nice beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and coolers provided. Bill and Julie are EXCELLENT hosts, with friendly, prompt, thorough communication. They even provided a document with local restaurant and event information. Would recommend without hesitation!

This condo was the best condo we have ever rented. It was beautiful and had all the amenities that you could possibly need/want. The location was perfect. Across the street from the beach and about a 20 minute walk to the Siesta Key Village.
The owners responded to any questions that we had immediately.

Perfect vacation at this amazing condo. Bill and Julie very easy to work with, very accommodating and gave detailed instructions to help us upon arrival. Condo is large beautiful and the the views from both balconies are stunning day and night. We did not have a car so the free trolley is a great way to get around the island, it is also an easy walk into Siesta Village where all the restaurants and shops are. The beach which is just across the street is the place to be!! White powder sand, turquoise clear water and sunshine galore!!! What more do you need?? Our first time to Siesta Key but certainly not out last!!!☀️🌴

Everything went well from the time we got to the property until the time we left. Water was shut off for all tenants from midnight until 8am one night which was no problem as long as we were notified and a problem with one bathroom stool that was fixed as soon as we let the owner about the problem.

The unit is very clean and well stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. Bill and Julie are wonderful hosts and are quick to respond to any questions. They provide detailed and helpful instructions. Everyone we met at the pool was very friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect and the views can’t be beat. We are already planning our next visit to Siesta Key and this condo.

This is a perfect rental with a superb location. The view of the beach is almost panoramic. You can walk across the street and be on the beach in 5 minutes. (It looks farther away than it is). There is ample patio space with chairs and a table. The trolly comes by about every 15 minutes or so, (we never waited more than 5 minutes so maybe its sooner) You can take it anywhere you want on the island. We took it to the village one night which is probably a good idea as parking can be a challenge at night. We also popped on and off one day checking different shops, restaurants, and parks out. I texted/emailed or talked to the owner several times, both before and during our stay. Bill and Julie are very attentive and they were a call away if anything needed to be done. The rental had a good start of essentials which was very much appreciated. We actually, didnt need to buy any more dish soap, trash bags, paper towels or toilet tissue for the week. The cleaning crew also left some condiments in the fridge which was greatly appreciated. (Ketchup, mustard, mayo, salad dressing) Its such a waste to buy these things for a week and then throw them out upon leaving. The condo is quite comfortable. A king in one bedroom with a full bath just outside of it, and the 2nd bedroom has a full bathroom and two queens. It was our first visit to Siesta Key and its a new favorite. If you have not experienced this sand, its incredible. It feels like you are walking on flour. We will definitely be returning.

My husband and I had an enjoyable stay at this property. We have stayed at many VRBO properties across many locations and this experience by far far exceeded our expectations. Bill and Julie were amazing to work with, exceptional communication, and the property was stocked with necessities above and beyond. It was conveniently located to the beach and overall mist and amazing week spend in Siesta Key!!!

We really enjoyed our time at this property. Bill and Julie were great hosts. The condo layout and location were perfect for us. We played a lot of tennis, swam in their great pool and had a world class beach across the street. The views from the balcony were also great. We rented bikes for the week which really worked out well for quickly getting around the island.

Condo was in great shape and fantastic views/access to beach/bike riding to the village/ nice-clean pool. Forgot my tennis gear-otherwise 2 outstanding courts. Owners were very professional and easy to reach-especially important as we had to evacuate early due to Hurricane Ian. Look forward to coming back in the future

Siesta Key is by far my favorite place in Florida. This was our first time to rent this beautiful condo, but it will NOT be the last.
The location was perfect, the condo set up also perfect. Everything you need is here!! We literally sat out on the patio every morning and night for the whole week loving every second of it.
Bill and Julie were very informative about the area and what to expect, as well as a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

We had a really nice time staying at this property.
The views and sunsets were absolutely the best from the terraces.
The apartment was clean and had plenty of towels.
Location is good...right across the street from the beach.
We also used the pool on the property and it seems to be well maintained.
We ate in several of the recommended restaurants and they were good. Most were in a short driving distance.
All in all, a nice vacation.

We communicated any questions to Bill (the owner) and he is extremely responsive. Better to communicate with the owner rather than a 3rd party.

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. Everything was exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable, amenities were great, and the location was perfect. We have been going to SK for thr past 10 years and typically stay near the village; however, this place suited us perfectly. There were plenty of sand toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. we look forward to staying again next year!

This property was just right for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. The condo was clean, and all the details for a beach vacation were covered. The furnishings, linens, and beach equipment provided were excellent. I appreciate the details the owners provided for using the condo (detailed and easy to follow), along with a list of activities and local attractions. We hope to go back again in the future!

Modern with breathtaking sunset views
First time to Siesta and we are very happy we chose this property to stay at. The location is perfect, just a short walk across the street to the beach and close to all the local restaurants and activities. The property was stunning; it was clean, stocked with everything we needed plus, and the sunset view was breathtaking. The owner was great to work with; kept me updated and gave me all the info required to check in and out of the property. 5 stars for sure and already looking at the calendar for next year!

We can't say enough about this condo! To begin with, Bill and Julie were the easiest people to deal with. They were attentive and quick to respond with any question or concern we had. The condo itself was located in a perfect location: easy access to the beach and trolley stop. This was our first time to Siesta Key, and we have already made plans with Bill and Julie to return!
