Nestled in Kiawah Island, this charming house for £559 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Welcome to Kiawah Island! This is the perfect home for friends or family gatherings and or quiet get-aways! Conveniently located in the beautiful West Beach Village of Kiawah Island, this spacious home is great for vacations. This recently updated home has hardwood floors in the main living areas and is located on a quiet cul-du-sac, surrounded by large live oak and palm trees. This home offers a quiet setting but easy access to all of the action. A private swimming pool and expansive deck is right outside your back door and within 30 feet you can access 25 miles of bike trails to ride, walk or jog. We have 7 adult bikes and 2 children’s bikes available for your use. There are also 4 beach chairs, beach toys and a beach umbrella available. ** Please note that the pool can be heated in the off season for $55/day ** This home makes a perfect home base, whether you like to kayak and explore the tributaries of the Kiawah river, play tennis at the nationally recognized Roy Barth Tennis Center - a 10 minute bike ride away - play basketball / volleyball / soccer at Night Heron Park, or play golf at also one of the nationally recognized golf courses. If your thing is to shop, you can visit the shops at The Sanctuary Hotel, or visit Freshfield's Shopping Village (2 miles away) or beautiful Charleston (25 miles away). And of course, the beach: shelling, sun bathing, walking, swimming, surfing, or just reading a good book on one of the least busy stretches of beach on Kiawah. This home offers a nice open floor plan with plenty of room for everyone. The dining room has table seating for 8 plus 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter which has a large eat-in bar/island making serving easy. In the morning enjoy your coffee on the screened in porch - just off the dining room. There is a 50' HDTV to enjoy after a busy day on the beach or in the evenings while you wind down. The master bedroom has a king size bed with attached private full bath. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed and a single bed, the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. These 2 bedrooms share a large, full bath with the vanity/sink area separate from the toilet/shower area. The 4th bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed so sleeps 3. Enjoy coffee and breakfast poolside in your own backyard! Or after a day at the beach, come home to a relaxing afternoon by the pool. We have an outdoor dining table that seats 6 and 6 lounge chairs as well as various pool toys that are there for you to enjoy. Wherever you find yourself on the island, this comfortable home will always welcome you back. The propane grill is always ready for your use. There is a full gas tank in the garage should the one on the deck run low. The island offers wonderful children's camps filled with exciting daily activities and excursions. A marina with deep-sea fishing and sailing charters is located at the nearby Bohicket Marina. Easy access to the city of Charleston is a great addition to your vacation. Several restaurants are present on the island as well as in the city. FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE THIS HOME HAS WIRELESS INTERNET SERVICE AND CABLE TV AVAILABLE IN THE GREAT ROOM AND ALL BEDROOMS. This home is managed by the homeowner but we have a house manager who is available to help any time should something come up. We are here to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. The home is equipped with all the comforts of home. Our family has enjoyed and cherished our time on Kiawah for over 30 years. We have put together a welcome package that you will receive a couple of weeks prior to your stay with information on the house and on the island, including various places to eat and visit. We loved our stay in Vivian's beautiful home. It is spacious, well equipped, in a great location and very clean. The pool is beautiful and heated comfortably even in late December. We loved exploring the island on the provided bikes, and there are enough extras that if a bike had a problem we could switch it out. We would definitely stay here again.

My three siblings and I stayed here for a long weekend. The four of us are over 60 and wanted to get together and reminisce about our Mom, who we lost last year. A couple of us have mobility issues after knee surgeries so we needed a house without stairs to the bedrooms. This is a beautiful, one story, four bedroom home that had everything we needed. The pool and waterfall were perfect and we had a great time on the bikes on the numerous paths winding through this beautiful community. We walked the beach and rode around Kiawah Island looking at the houses/gardens/etc. The kitchen had everything we needed for some great meals. And we stayed up till midnight every night talking and laughing. Thanks for an excellent sibling trip in a beautiful home. Perfect!

Short bike ride to the beach, but we could also park the car when we had a lot to carry. Homeowner had great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Beautiful beach decor that made us feel like we were on vacation. Sheets and towels smelled wonderful. Plenty of dishes, silverware, and glasses to eat several meals. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Kiawah.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. It is located in such a convenient location. The pool was great for before and after we went to the beach. The bikes that the host has provided were great and we rode them a lot. The kitchen is well equipped, and we enjoyed meals around the dining room table. We really enjoyed our overall trip. The house was nice, the location was super easy on and off the island and to the beach…my only grip is that I missed having the night sounds and quiet from other places we’ve usually stayed at (the traffic from the main road was much louder then I would have expected). We enjoyed the pool when not at the beach (just make sure you de-web the patio before everyone goes out each day)! Looking forward to our return next year.

Great location of the kiawah island and the gated security was perfect! House was lovely and had all the cooking items you would need. Pool and yard was pretty and a lovely place to, stay at. We will want to go there again! Host wrer very informative and gracious as well!

Where do I start? The house, the heated pool, the neighborhood and a terrific owner! All excellent. Best vacation we’ve ever had. The house comes with complimentary bikes which we used to bike to the beach and shops. The owner gave us tons of suggestions from dining to golfing! The house was immaculate and fully stacked with everything we needed for our stay. Vivian, thank you so much! We will definitely be back. 5 stars all around!!!

This house had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation at the beach. While the husbands played golf, the wives and kids enjoyed biking to the beach, swimming and exploring the island amenities, including facials at the Sanctuary Spa. The home was so close to the beach - just a short bike ride. We hope to stay here again in the future!

My family absolutely loved this place. Plenty of room and what a great layout. Used the pool everyday and enjoyed ourselves to the fullest.. We will definitely stay here again... We've been coming since 1979 as a family and i rate this place one of the BEST we've stayed at... Vivian was such a great HOST... Thanks again!!!!
