O hotel tem uma ótima localização em relação aos pontos turísticos da cidade, o quarto era amplo, limpo e tinha boa iluminação. O banheiro, apesar de ser espaçoso, não tinha chuveiro, somente uma banheira individual. A internet funcionou bem.
Apesar da boa localização, o final de semana foi barulhento a noite toda, por conta de uma casa noturna bem próxima ao hotel. O esguicho da banheira não tinha suporte de parede para ser usado como chuveiro/ducha. Os travesseiros eram altos demais, o edredom era muito quente e não dispunham de outros travesseiros ou cobertores mais leves.

-très très bruyant (on entend les autres clients dans leurs chambre, mais aussi les gens qui se battent dans la rue à 6h du matin, nous obligeant à appeler la police pour pouvoir dormir!!!!)
-la chambre était très vétuste, la douche n’était pas très propre et il y avait de l’eau dans la salle de bain à l’arrivée
-facturation normalement en avance via booking, au final faite sur place

La ducha daba asco, toda rota y muy vieja, el baño en general era pésimo. Estaba muy descuidado y se te quitaban las ganas hasta de mear.

Muy caro para los servicios que ofrece. No tiene armario, el lavabo se entapa cada vez que lo abres, la bañera inunda el cuarto de baño mojando todo, no reponen cosas esenciales como papel higiénico, tienes que pasar la vergüenza de pedirle al dueño personalmente rollos de papel, que te da de uno en uno, muy cutre! Vinieron a arreglarnos la habitación porque nos quejamos a un número de teléfono. Pone recepción 24h y es mentira, no está allí nunca, tienes que llamar por teléfono. El barrio a pesar de ser el centro de Bruselas, unas peleas debajo de nuestra ventana increíbles de gente muy borracha, se escucha todo, gritos, coches etc. Nada confortable para el precio que tiene y como lo venden.

Locatie kort bij Gorikshallen, in een uitgangsbuurt. Pal in het centrum van Brussel, lawaai van de terrassen. Afhankelijk van je wensen is dit een leuke locatie of niet.
We betaalden 120 eur voor 1 nacht, niet goedkoop voor toch een ouderwets hotel.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel. Et le réception était très accueillant et très serviable.
Le fait qu'il n'y a pas de clé pour accéder à l'hotel. Il fallait sonner à chaque fois qu'on était en dehors.

I saw all the previous reviews and was scared. When I arrived at the hotel I had a really positive experience; the very kind receptionist allowed us to check in 1 hour earlier, the hotel is old but clean and maintained. the location was the best it could be in Brussels, the room was small but very comfortable and clean, the bathroom was also small but very functional. an excellent surprise!

The hotel location is perfect.
We didn’t get an access card to enter the hotel. We had to call the owner every time which we found a bit odd. Also the room has No fridge, No boiler, No Coffea, No shower Gel and No hair dryer etc. In short it’s not fun to stay inside the room as it has No facilities, but the great location made up for it.

The Hotel was in the center of all the sightseeing facilities.
The check-in times and the room were way too small and the showers were not working or it was too cold or too hot.

The hotel is under new management. The refurbishment has been carried out with taste and keeping elements of the previous design, which give a sense of history (back to the 1980s). But all of this has been done carefully. It is a small hotel with very reasonable prices in one of the busiest neighbours of Brussels also at night. The windows are modern, so the noise, which is inevitable in this part of the city can be kept out - even though you may decide to keep them open and sleep through it, which I did. The manager is knowledgeable, professional, helpful, polite and cultured and the overall experience was excellent.

Check in did not go smoothly, 4 bank cards were not accepted by the hotel’s poorly connected visa machine.
The room and the bed sheets were not clean.
Water in the toilet seat kept pouring non-stop all night
The shower hardly pours water.
ZERO privacy. Had to speak very quietly since figured out how thin walls were. I Was hearing other guests talking, even using the toilet!! Their mobile vibrations and notifications!! For this very same reason, i hardly slept.
Smell of smoke and weed even though the booked room was in a non-smoking floor..
