UN OASI DI PACE CON MASSAGGI SPETTACOLARI

A 25 minuti in taxi da sapa city ma in una zona tranquilla e rurale molto bella. Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione con ampia scelta preparata al momento, porzioni abbondanti. Ci hanno organizzato due tour per le due giornate che avevamo a disposizione (un trekking di 4 ore con ragazza di etnia Mong e un tour personalizzato di un'intera giornata con varie tappe) e son state molto belle. Piscina a sfioro con zona idromassaggio molto bella e pulita. Abbiamo fatto 2 massaggi terapeutici al corpo e son stati meravigliosi. Camera nel bungalow ampia, spaziosa e luminosa.

Тихо в будни

Тихое место в будни, в выходные все номера заняты. Красиво в округе, есть, где погулять, массаж делают хорошо. Бассейн небольшой, вода выглядит чистой. Можно взять скутер на прокат за 150 тыс донгов в сутки. Персонал помогает вызвать такси. Учтите, в выходные и праздничные дни такси от Сапы в два раза дороже стоит (300 тыс донгов). Рядом есть магазинчик, где можно купить воду и газировку.

Мы бронировали делюкс бунгало - по фото он был с красивым видом на рисовые поля, но когда нас в него привели, оказалось, что все, что видно с балкончика - это дорогу и шиномонтаж (вилла 10 на сколько я помню) Мы не были на это согласны и нас увели в другой домик (в котором сразу два номера, и внутри комната хуже и меньше, чем делюкс), но вид с балкона был красивый и мы согласились там остаться, тем более другого варианта не было, хотя мы жили здесь три ночи, а все остальные приезжали на одну ночь в выходной. То есть заняты другие дома были только одну ночь. Было не приятно. Завтрак по меню (в будни) намного лучше завтрака по системе буфет. Советую ехать сюда в будний день . Если выбираете бунгало делюкс для 2х - их совсем мало (судя по общему фото) и вероятность велика, что вам заселят к шиномантажке! Еще рядом с отелем нет ресторанов и кафе в шаговой доступности, но можно есть в ресторане отеля - там в основном вьетнамская кухня.

Tolle Bungalow Anlage in mitten von kleinen villages

Der Service des Personals. Es wurde sich regelmäßig über WhatsApp erkundigt ob wir noch was brauchen oder alles okay ist. Die Lage ist super, wenn man direkt ein bisschen los wandern will. In die City braucht man ca. 30 Minuten und kostet in etwa 250.000 d.

Das essen im Restaurant ist okay, aber nicht wow. In der Unterkunft sind wirklich viele Hunde, die ständig bellen und jaulen und sich untereinander Fetzen. Einer der Hunde hat uns ständig etwas am Pool geklaut.

Great villa, friendly staff, love the herbal bath

We stayed here for 3 nights and the staff was wonderful. They were very attentive and gave us many helpful advice regarding where to visit, and how to prepare for the hike which turned out to be quite muddy. Food at the restaurant was also a great option if you don't feel like going into the town center. We used their spa service (the herbal bath and massage) a few times and it made our stay very comfortable.

The location was beautiful, outside of Sapa so you could relax and take in your surroundings and a short taxi ride took you where you needed to go.

Nothing the property itself was fabulous, we were upgraded to a villa and the room was absolutely amazing. Could sit on the balcony for ever taking in the view.

Уголок спокойствия и умиротворения.

Персонал очень дружелюбный и клиентоориентированный. Уровень выше чем в 5-звёздочном отеле. Вкусная еда. Если вы едете за отдыхом в дали от людей, то тут все условия для этого. Мы сходили на массаж и в сауну, прекрасно провели время. Спасибо за гостеприимство. Мы обязательно вернёмся к вам.

This is the place to get away from the city!

This place is about 30 minutes from Sapa Town, and we loved it for the peaceful natural surroundings, clean air and wonderful view overlooking the reservoir and dam. There are daily hiking tours (half day and full day). We took the half day tours that brought us through the local villages and padi fields. "Walking" through the padi fields was a unique experience for us. The crew at the Villa are attentive and prompt. My special thanks to Su, Son, Chilli and Huchi for their prompt and cheerful service. Tom (the owner) was also kind enough to introduce the social aspects of the villa. Nice job! Finally, what sets them apart is, they contacted us after we checked out to share that we had double paid for transport from the Villa to Hanoi. Now, that is honest and certainly highly commendable. Well done!

We saw some small spiders and flying ants in the room. After thinking it through, I suppose that these are unavoidable because of the natural environment that we are in. It would be nice if the room had a fridge.

Absolutely amazing

Everything was exceptional, such a beautiful place to stay. The rooms were quite spacious and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was nicer than any restaurant or cafe in the town. the staff are just amazing! Such beautiful kind people and their English is excellent.

Location is a little out of the way, 20-30 minutes however we absolutely loved it with the scenery and peace, the owners are kind enough to allow you to rent their bikes aswell so the trip in and out of town was extremely pleasant with the scenery

Great staff, nice place

The staff is super helpful and friendly. They want to help you all the time without trying to sell you tours or sth. Only if you want sth, they give you advices. The restaurant is average, but with a rented scooter you can also reach other ones. The huts are very clean and cleaned every day. All in all we would defnetly stay here again.

The spa could be a bit better. The massage lady we got didn't have a lot experience, the herbal bath was OK but with mosquitos. The sauna was great. The view from the bungalows is nice, but close to the street. But this is critics on a high level.

Maravillosa estancia

El staff increíble. Nos pillaron buses a Hanoi muy bien de precio, nos consiguieron taxi a sapa y nos llevaron las maletas a otro hotel para que nos las guardaran en el centro. Nos dieron late check out gratis porque nos estaban haciendo el laundry. La piscina con vistas chulisimas, la habitacion maravillosa. Nos encantó.

La única pega es el restaurante, la comida es carilla y regulera.

La vue est magnifique

Le personnel a été plus qu’adorable avec nous. Nous avions notre bus pour Hanoi à 22h45. Non seulement ils ont tout booké pour nous, mais en plus ils nous ont laissé notre chambre jusqu’à notre départ. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel lorsqu’il fait beau. La piscine et la vue sont magnifiques!

Nice staff, but a bit more invest would be good

The was one really friendly guy at the reception desk Who fulfilled us all wishes. The garden was also really wonderful. The view is nice, but there is also a big electricity pole right in front of the hotel

It was not really clean and the furniture and everything is a bit old. There were dead bugs under the bed and also the bed linen were that used,that you can see it- should be renewed. In our last night there was even a cockroach in the room - But ok, thats nature.

Excellent!

We like everything about it. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The ambience was so relaxing. We also love the staff who were so accommodating, nice and helpful. They made sure that our stay would be 10/10. We had this order-all-you-can breakfast, and the food were superb. We just want to go back again to Sapa and stay longer in this place.

Remanso de paz

Remanso de paz y tranquilidad. Habitaciones muy amplias, cómodas y limpias. Ligeramente alejado de Sapa pero en realidad ahi hay poco que hacer y se pueden realizar los trekkings desde el hotel sin problema. Buena comida, buen servicio, siempre atentos a lo que necesitábamos y las vistas son increíbles. Muy recomendable alojarse aqui si visitas Sapa.

Luxe bungalows with great view and pool

The bungalows are big, clean and with a balcony. We had 2 bedrooms with each a bathroom. Beds are good! Swimmingpool with a great view!

The staff is friendly and definitly willing to help. The service and The food in The restaurant can better.

Very good

The staff were fabulous. The location is amazing and breathtakingly beautiful. The open infinity type pool with the mountain view is a greatest feature of the hotel. Staff were really friendly and humble. They tried their best to make us comfortable whether it be the facilities, breakfast or checking and out experience. They arranged taxis and helped however way they could. The rooms had a balcony and the views from them were simply amazing.

The rooms were not so clean. The sheets were dirty and stained. We had cockroach in our Suite room. We requested them to clean and replace the sheets, but possibly both times got lost in translation. The family room for its size was not really a family room. Was small for 3 people and felt very squishy. The family room chair was 1 and extremely dirty, making you feel not wanting to sit on it. The buffet breakfast was not the best with not many options. Possibly more veg and chicken/beef options with any international cuisine would make it more attractive. The hotel restaurant also did not serve tasty food. It maybe due to them not having a professional chef. The entire restaurant, food etc was managed by very young kids.

It’s a nice place to stay to relax and get a break from the business in your life.

It’s very peaceful and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was a little far and not easy to access, but it’s a small price to pay for the quiet and calmness. The staffs will help to call for a cab to and from the resort when asked.

Superb

My partner and I had an amazing stay at Eco Villas & Spa! We enjoyed the location as it was quiet and had a remote feeling with a beautiful view over the valley and mountains. The accommodation consists of a number of standalone bungalows all with a private balcony looking over the valley. The hotel offers breakfast and dinner options, as well as a swimming pool and spa facilities. The accommodation offers guided trek tours which is recommended if you decide to go away from the common roads. We signed up to go on a 20km hike through the mountains and returning via the valley. A hike that was basically barely following any path hence the importance of having a local guide. Amazing experience! Great and affordable food, hence we didn’t bother with going any other place for dinner.

you have an amazing view from the bungalow terrace, the restaurant terrace and the pool. the staff is super friendly and very helpful. We also used the spa offers (hot tub and massage) which was very relaxing after a day of hiking. We also booked a cooking class for a five course menu which was held outdoors with the stunning view. you can have good hikes starting from the accommodation and compared to Sapa town it is very calm. It was one of the best accommodations with the best price for value we had in Vietnam so far.
