This beautifully decorated villa has 3 large bedrooms with 2 bath . It is a luxurious villa with peaceful and spectacular views of lake. Minutes to shopping, restaurants etc.Highway 192 & turnpike, but set in peaceful, relaxing neighborhood. First class fully furnished with high standard furnishings and AC . Master sized room with a queen sized bed, walk-in shower and ensuite. Large double bedroom and large room with twin beds adjacent to washroom . Two lounges ,sofa beds , 2 x TV with cable ,Comfy seating . New carpets in bedrooms and Lounges , New tiling for floor . Best gourmet dinning with large dinning table for family and friends next to the kitchen . Large pool (heating at additional cost), patio, barbeque, newly added furniture for garden . Access to internet ( just bring computer along ). Beds: 1 Queen Bed, 1 Double Bed, 1 Twin Bed, 1 Sofa Bed. Just 15 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport. Disney, Sea World and Universal an easy 20 minutes drive as are major shopping malls - Millennium, Florida,, Buena Vista, International Drive, etc.

The house was in a great location, you could reach everything within 10-25min including amusement parks/outlets.
The house was equipped with everything you need.
The only thing that bothered us was that the bed in the master bedroom was extremely creaky EVERY time we moved.

It was nice pool was turning green but they came out and fixed it some of the walls need to be repainted need blinds in the living room can see threw curtains but it was ok

I truly enjoyed my stay at your home. But it definitely needs to be updated and the bedding is very worn and faded.

Although once the pool was clean we enjoyed it and the lake view. Size was good . All towels and sheets pilled and badly worn. Pots and pans were beat up badly. We will not stay again.

My vacation stay here was very pleasant the home had everything we needed the pool water was nice and warm we loved it so much definitely would stay again if we are in the area and a great neighborhood

Great value & location
My wife & I stayed here with our 3 teenagers. Plenty of space, 20-30 minutes from Disney parks & other attractions. The poil was great on hot afternoons as well as in the evenings... We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for family
This house all around was a fantastic place to stay. Our only complaint would be the beds are not comfortable at all. I slept on the couch the whole week because it was more comfortable than any bed in the house. Screen over pool could use a serious overhaul but an AMAZING place to stay and I would stay here again if the beds were updated.

We had a great holiday. Good location. Villa was spacious, tired and dated. Garage with washer/dryer was dusty and very cluttered. The pool area was not the best, again the flooring tired and needed a good scrub. The parasol was very grubby. With a few tweaks it could be much improved. The owners and company were very helpful and responded quickly.

A house that suited us perfectly. quiet area and the terrace with pool overlooked a nice lake. We could sit outside and enjoy breakfast and dinner in the company of passing birds. The places we wanted to visit were close by. Quick and easy contact with our host couple. Thanks Bob & Vicky for this time.
