Two serene bedrooms feature plush linens, stylish furniture, large closets and modern ceiling fans for a restful retreat. The bathrooms are inviting with modern fixtures and plenty of counter space. This quiet, relaxing space is perfect for a family vacation or a romantic getaway. One parking pass for free parking around Capitola is provided. An in-unit washer and dryer are available for guest use as well. Capitola is a historic and atmospheric little coastal town with plenty of surf spots, boutique shops and a whole host of restaurants and entertainment outlets for young and old alike. The town is flourishing yet retains its distinctive and quaint character, beloved by families, dog-walkers and surfers! Please note: there is a local neighbor that holds band practice in their home periodically. It is infrequent but can be heard when they practice. We have no control over that, but the City requires them to be quiet by 10pm. There is so much to do here with access to amazing surf spots for beginners to advanced, wide open spaces for swimming, paths for long romantic walks and Capitola Beach for sand castle building and soaking up the sun.

This is a very very nice apartment. Much nicer than the photos reveal. We enjoyed staying here and would recommend to anyone.
Minor points: the garage is VERY small, but the company provides a parking pass for the street in front (don't park on the Main Street with it though, that is not permitted with the permit).
Really could use some blackout blinds. Not sure why places don't have them as standard.
Besides these two points we loved the place, one block to the beach and restaurants and Capitola is very cute and quaint. We has A LOT of fun and will be back!!

Great location and property. Garage is for small cars only. Working to put the TV back in the master bedroom. I would add a hand rail for the steps for older folks dangerous in the dark. Overall perfect location great two bedroom two bath property. Everything work clean convenient. Enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you Joanne.

The condo is right off of the main street and less than a block from the beach. But you are tucked away so when you are inside or enjoying the great deck area, you have all the peace and quiet you could want. We spent a day in Santa Cruz which was fun but we could have just as easliy stayed in town and enjoyed the beach and restaurants. It is very easy walking distance to everything and never needed our car in town.

Amazing location close to the beach and surf. Property manager was very accommodating to our specific situation. The rental was clean and had everything we needed. So many restaurants and shops within walking distance. There was also a small garage that came with the unit and parking pass to park on the street. Would love to come back in the future.

Great stay close to the beach
The property was consistent with the listing, clean, close to the beach and the property manager was very helpful. Only problem was the master bedroom TV was broken when we arrive and unable to be fixed during our stay.

This place was very clean. The pictures did it justice. The location can't be beat. Short walking distance to everything Capitola. The garage is tight and the turn around area is small.

The place was nice, clean and great location. There is a band that practices right next door nightly until 10ish. There is also construction next door. Ask about the construction before booking and just be ready for some loud music at times.

The unit was clean, spacious and large enough where we didn't feel like we were on top of one another. The location was more than ideal. My husband and I usually stay closer to the village, but this was only two blocks away from the beach and a block from the heart of the village. We did not use our car once and the unit was SO QUIET at night and early morning; it was AMAZING. I needed some assistance with the wifi password and the manager/owner was quick to help me out with that. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back to this specific unit once again. Thank you for a wonderful memory.

Amazing location and super clean!
Loved staying here! Everything was amazing! Only issue was the water/ice didn’t work on the fridge but they sent someone out asap to look at it. They weren’t able to fix it but they left a note and apologized for the inconvenience. We will absolutely be staying here again!

This place is nearly brand new and furnished perfectly. The rooms are spacious and the outdoor patio is nice. It's a short two blocks to the beach and restaurants. Although the garage parking is a challenge even for a Prius, the owners here offer a street parking placard for a second vehicle so you don't have to go in/out of this very small/narrow garage and driveway.

We enjoyed our stay in Capitola. We were able to cook and eat at the rental, we also enjoyed local takeout and outdoor dining. The property is conveniently located and we had a short walk to shops, restaurants and the beach.

Wonderful condo in the heart of the village: modern design, easy access, clean and functional. Having a garage is key for parking, but it's a tight fit... small car definitely recommended. Perfect location for enjoying everything Capitola offers!

Nice unit, can't beat the location
Stayed here with the family (2 adults, 2 kids ages 3 & 7) for 3 nights. Unbeatable location right next to the beach and food/shopping options. Was a little worried about the parking but we were able to fit our mid-size SUV (Mazda cx-9) into the garage with some maneuvering so never had to use the street permit.
Unit itself is really great. There are plenty of towels for the beach, gigantic smart tvs to keep the kids happy and furnishings are all nice. The only minor issue was that the kitchen pots/pans were a bit old and could probably use a refresh (some were flaking / damaged) but otherwise no major complaints. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The condo was really nicely decorated and located in the heart of Capitola. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. We don't like to drive while on vacation so it was perfect for us. thanks

Vista Cortile is a beautiful updated condo in the heart of Capitola. Walk to everything and enjoy the sounds of Capitola. Very comfortable beds and spacious for our family of 4. The only negative was the fireplace didn't work, I think the pilot light was out and no one was able to come fix it, but other than that We had a great time and will definitely come back!

Lovely modern and comfortable apartment
We loved our stay in this apartment. The location is great, a quick walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean, with comfortable beds. The bed linens and towels are great quality. It was well stocked with toiletries, paper towels, kitchen appliances - there was also a blender. The balcony/patio is a great place to chill out in the afternoon sun or eat takeout for dinner. Our only complaint would be that the showers need a deep clean to get rid of a lot of water markings, the laundry closet smells of mold and I wished there was a vacuum cleaner (not for when we arrived, the floors were spotless but for use during our stay). We would definitely love to come back and have been recommending the apartment to our friends!

Great location - comfortable condo
The location is great! Close to the beach and in the heart of the village. Just a short walk from Gayle’s too. The property is very nicely remodeled and comfortable. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, but you can usually find a spot with the permit available.

We've been visiting Capitola for decades. This was our favorite vacation rental to date! It is perfectly located within walking distance to all of our favorite beach views, shopping & restaurants in Capitola, but still felt private and like coming home--with it's own 2nd story sun patio and fully furnished apartment conveniences to enjoy!
