We spent a couple days here after holidays with th family. Location is great, beach access is great. I only had two concerns - the bedding was scratchy (I’m picky that way), and the head of our bed was a wall away from the traffic, which could get noisy, especially if an emergency vehicle was going by. Scott is a great host, and communication was awesome. I would stay here again for a short stay. Thank you for sharing your property!

My family and I stayed a week at this property. It had everything we needed & expected. The property is in walking distance to so many different adventures to choose from! Management was beyond helpful & answered any questions in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this property & we will be eager to choose this property if given the opportunity again!

It was super cute and had everything we needed. Close to everything also. It was also nice to know i could call or text if anything came up. Very nice place and will hopefully be back next year if available.

Property was cute but multiple issues with electrical and also quite a large coating of drywall dust everywhere. Property Mgr was contacted after a few missteps. He seemed to be in a bit of denial but after I sent a video of surging bathroom lights and appliances that had been off and on all night he agreed there was a problem. First repair was ‘a bad outlet’. This, however , was NOT the problem as the surging and power outages continued.. I’m now in day 3 of 4 1/2 days booked. Property Mgr let me move next door into a much smaller unit with no dishwasher, limited supplies overall but the brightness from the windows was great. Unfortunately, there was a problem with this unit as well. Drywall dust everywhere and the toilet and sink were both plugged and now I’m waiting for ANOTHER repair man and this is supposed to be a vacation… I have to deal with things like this at home, didn’t plan on it for a vacation. Property Mgr offered a return to the previous unit that was now ( supposedly) fixed. Nah- that was enough shuffling for me. When I returned home the following day I considered all the hassles I’d gone thru and felt I was due a refund. After much back and forth I was given basically a day’s refund. Not exactly generous. My opinion on this/these units is that they are cute, old, good location. There is no real checking by the owners or property mgmt as to the condition of the units. Obviously there were a great amount of repairs done, likely after the hurricane. My

OMG! I can’t believe how wonderful this quant little two bungalow is. The property is well kept, and the amenities were everything one would need. Such as outside grill (very clean and useable), beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, wagons, boogie board, swim noodles and much more. The location is literally two minutes from the beach and a five minute walk to John’s Pass which is a must see if you have never been to the area. Everything one would need is provided, all you need is your outfits. My only suggestion for the homeowners would be to provide updated plugs for cellular phone, tablets, watches as there were no ports for USB cords. We will most definitely reach out to Scott for our next stay in that area. Thanks again for giving us the opportunity to stay.

This adorable, modern cottage is just steps away from the beautiful gulf shore. Conveniently located (walking distance) to John’s Pass and local breakfast cafes (Lisa’s & Sweet Brunette). I had a very relaxing vacation. Thank you.

The location was awesome, 2 minute walk to the beach. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The area was quiet and within walking distance to several eateries. We had breakfast at Lisa’s and the omlet was great. Communication with the host was easy and the response was always quick. We can’t wait to stay again. Next time we will rent both units. Such a great place and a beautiful beach to enjoy.

This was my first time using a VRBO and I couldn't have had a better experience. This piece of property is a gem! I couldn't ask for better communication with the owner, location-it's right there by the beach and tons of amenities to use at the property. It was absolutely perfect for us! You will not be disappointed! If we ever go back I will stay here in a heartbeat! :)

Loved that this little bungalow has everything you need and was a 2 min walk to the beach, a FABULOUS restaurant- Lisa's Cafe, a well as 15 min walk to John's Pass fun and shopping. Scott (owner) was quick to respond as well as helpful. Well be back!

I have been coming to this area for years because my only son and grandchildren are here. I always stayed at hotels. This was so much better. I will continue to stay here every time if available. The host was most gracious and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at Scott's wonderful cottage! Definitely would book it again!! We were steps from Johns Pass and the beach. Scott was an excellent hot and took care of the minor requests we had:) we'd give him more than a 5 star rating and highly recommend his VRBO Cottage. Thank you so much!!

The cottage is as described in the listing. Questions were answered within minutes! Bonus is the full sized washer and dryer. The location is on a busy road but otherwise it is perfect if you are looking for beach time and quick drives to any shopping or restaurants. Breakfast at Lisa's, just across the street. You will not be disappointed.

The property fronts a main road on the east side, but a quiet lane to the west. Parking at the unit is very easy and access with luggage and groceries a snap. The beach is spectacular and literally 90 seconds from the unit. If you are a beach walker, you have to walk Madeira Beach. When we arrived the unit had obviously been freshly cleaned and made ready to us. Furnishings are comfortable. Huge flat screen. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils. Would rent again without hesitation.

This was a great family vacation with friends. The house provided everything we needed to make the trip great. The beach is a very short walk from the house. Lisa's across the street was good for a late breakfast. John's pass has so many shops to walk through and multiple food options. We had an amazing time for a short weekend.

Bungalow was as is seen in the pictures. Perfect for my family of 4. Clean with necessary amenities. Check in and out was very easy and contactless. Less than a football field walk to the beach. Wagon, beach chairs and beach towels provided. Full size washer and dryer in bungalow. The only con was road noise but other than that definitely great property for the price. Scott was easy to contact and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect spot for walking to the beach and a few food places nearby. The only downside was the bedroom was a little loud from Gulf Blvd. But it didn't bother me much.

The cottage is exactly as seen in the pictures except to my great surprise there was a full-size washer and dryer, all the appliances were top notch. We had no problems once we learned how to use the television which Scott graciously helped us with. We enjoyed the outside sitting area which was very quiet only steps to the beach. The bed was so comfortable I wished it would fit in my suitcase.

easy access to beach... parking for two cars (per unit --- smaller unit also has 2) Nicely decorated. WONDERFUL front porch, very comfortable. Heavy traffic during day. Very fast moving.

Great property in a very convenient location. We were a three minute walk from the beach and within walking distance of most restaurants and shops. We had everything we needed and the place felt very safe and comfortable. It’s advertised as sleeping four but you probably could sleep five especially if you had small children. Scott, the property manager, was very nice and accommodating. If I had to pick a negative, the only issue for someone might be the road noise. This place is right on a busy road but this is what you sacrifice for convenience to restaurants shops and the beach. I would highly recommend this place
