House was very clean, had more than everything needed for cooking and relaxing for our entire stay. Grill on the back deck was perfect for dinner on a beautiful evening - convenient to restaurants, shops, golf course and AFA area. Owners very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

This house was perfect for our family, and absolutely exceeded our expectations at every level. We usually bring all of our own necessities when we rent, including specialty kitchen items, my chef's knife, bathroom supplies, etc. But these were all not needed for this house! It had EVERYTHING, including gaming machines for our teenagers, a fully appointed kitchen that allowed me to cook for a 10 person sit down meal, and all the little things that you might forget.
We will definitely stay here again!

Wedding Week!
We stayed there during the week of our daughter's wedding. We had my husband and I, my best friend (who was also the pastor for the wedding) and her husband, and my mother. It was the perfect space for all of us. Our daughter stayed with us the night before her wedding in the bunkbeds with grandma! We were 5 minutes to nice walking trails, and close to food, etc. It was a great place to stay!

My family and I visited the property for a week while our boys visited the Air Force Academy baseball camp! It was very warm and welcoming. The boys loved the downstairs and the games and movies provided! The location was centralized to different shopping centers, food, even things to do with the family. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and look forward to booking again in the near future!

This is a beautifully decorated, comfortable home that met the needs of my husband and I upstairs and my son, daughter-in-law and their two children downstairs really well. The home is in a small, neat, fairly new neighborhood that felt very safe. It was quiet. Very convenient to get to major roads and shopping. The location, the amenities, the views, the hosts…perfect! We were so close to all the activities Colorado Springs has to offer. The house was gorgeous, stocked beyond belief and immaculate! This is one of our favorite spots we have booked. You can not beat this house in this area!

Family Friendly Home
My family of 5 took a trip to Colorado for family vacation. My wife and I have 3 boys ages 15, 12 & 10. We loved this home because of all it had to offer our family and how close it was to activities and restaurants. My boys loved having the downstairs area to themselves. They Loved watching movies, playing X-Box, and the arcade games. My wife and I stayed up stairs and had our own tv in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances and utensils we needed. The balcony view is beautiful.
Overall this was one of our favorite rental homes we have stayed in. We hope to book it again when we come back next summer.

Colorado Springs Vacation
The property exceeded our expectations! It had everything we needed and then some! The house was so clean and cozy! Our granddaughters loved the game room which had a conversion type pool table that included multiple games. The game room also had Pac Man and Centipede arcade games! These were great for grownups too! 👍� The location was perfect! I would highly recommend! We won’t hesitate to book this rental again the next time we are in the area!

Family Vacation
Property was just as described in a nice quiet neighborhood. Worked well as a 'home base' for us. We were able to go up to Denver to a day as well as head south for things as well. Lots of restaurants to choose from within 15 minutes. My boys loved that they had an Xbox.

We’ve been to Colorado Springs several times and stayed in homes each time. Our two families that stayed agree this is the best! Clean, great spaces, had everything we needed for the stay.

Awesome family getaway
Couldn't have asked for a nicer setting for our family of 7 to stay while attending a wedding in Monument. The townhome is in a quiet and very clean neighborhood setting. Beautiful views outside the pack patio. Everything was like staying in a nice upscale hotel with attention to the little details. There is shopping and entertainment nearby making it easy to get supplies when needed. This location is very central for siteseeing for Garden of the Gods, in Monument and the Air Force Academy. Would definitely stay here again.
