Amazing Stylish Apartment.

The decor was incredible. Beds super comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The location is unbeatable - right in the centre of Reykjavik! Easy check in process and when we had an issue with the WiFi password, staff were quite to respond. Great place for 4 adults to stay. Would totally recommend.

Minor gripes - the shower flooded the whole bathroom. Once 4 adults had showered the room was soaking, but this seemed to be a theme across Iceland! Also, the advertised toiletries did not exist!!

2nd time we have stayed here, and we wouldn't hesitate to book again.

The location is at the bottom of Reykjavik's most photographed street (Rainbow Street).Great bars, restaurants and bakeries nearby.

Una settimana a Reykiavic

-La posizione centralissima vicinissimo a Laugavegur la via pedonale più famosa di Reykjavik sia per lo shopping che per la vita notturna ricca di ristoranti pub e quant'altro. -Indicazioni chiare e precise per il checkin -Arredamento molto piacevole e funzionale con tutto ciò che può servire durante un soggiorno.

Nulla . Ho un unico consiglio ed è quello di inserire uno specchio in più, oltre quello del bagno, per dare la possibilità a più persone di potersi truccare contemporaneamente.

Great location

- great location on top of the rainbow street, two minutes walk from Kronan and a lot carpark in zone 2 available in 2/3 Min walk. - shower with hot nice and hot water, good water pressure. - well working radiators. Place was nice and warm

When we arrived they forgot send us a email with the door code so I have to contact them for it and the lady wasn't the most happy person in the world as " everything is in the email" which nobody sent to me :) The floor in the apartment was messy. Living room and bathroom floor was covered with white paint and was dusty. Thick dust under the bed. We didn't have enough of knifes and fork one each it's crazy + 4 dishwasher capsule as we stayed for 4 days. That mean you can't run the dishwasher twice because there is not enough capsules and also you cant do it once per day because there is no enough knifes and forks. There is no tea spoons at all. Cookware are very basic, frypan not the best condition. Every single cup is cracked or chip.

Very enjoyable stay despite some minor annoyances.

Great location and really comfy beds.

No washing machine. It hadn’t been cleaned under the sofa cushions there was bits of food, apart from that it was spotless. No cot when we arrived even though it had been requested. However this was rectified really quickly but it arrived without sheets.

A stylish apartment right in the centre of Reykjavik. Great amenities and a luxury look & feel. I would highly recom

The amenities were great. The apartment was spacious and had everything you need for a relaxing night in. The location was perfect, on the rainbow street. Bars, restaurants and shops are a stones throw away. The iconic church is viewable from the windows.

The bathroom was small for 4 people and the shower did spill water everywhere, but that did not bother us.

Prima appartement maar dat een update vereist en betrekkelijk veel geluidsoverlast.

Groot appartement met veel faciliteiten. Ruim zitgedeelte, grote keuken en koelkast. Bedden waren prima en veel kastruimte.perfecte locatie midden in de stad.

Veel spullen waren wat gedateerd of aan vervanging toe. Vooral in de badkamer moet onderhoud plaatsvinden, aan het raam en vensterbank, maar ook de douchekop bijvoorbeeld. Ook was er een raam van binnen kapot. Maar dit kan allemaal behoorlijk makkelijk worden verholpen volgens mij met een update. Wat mij verder stoorde was de geluidsoverlast van de andere bewoners van het appartementencomplex als deze het trappenhuis ingingen. De deuren vallen heel hard dicht en zorgt voor veel lawaai dat vooral in de avond en ‘s nachts vervelend is. Ook is er behoorlijk veel geluidsoverlast vanuit de straat, je hoort de gesprekken van de mensen die voorbijkomen erg goed en er komt ook elke ochtend vroeg een vuilniswagen langs. Maar goed deze laatste punten zijn uiteraard onvermijdelijk in de binnenstad. Betere geluidsisolatie is de enige oplossing.

Could do better, wouldn’t stay again.

Location good and nice views.

It needs a fair bit of maintenance. 3 out of 4 balcony doors unusable, no windows open, lots of peeling paint on windowsills. The one balcony door that did open had only one latch at the bottom and no door handle. Bit of a strange smell that we attributed to the sofa. It’s 4th floor and no lift, the stairs were hard work.

Nice location. Space needs some improvement

Excellent location.

There is a lot of mold on the windows and they make the area look dirty. There is no door in the shower, so the water spread all over the bathroom floor when I showered. There is no shampoo or shampoo holder in the shower area. There are no nightstands in the bedrooms and reading lamps.

Information not easy to see; would prefer paper copy in apartment rather than online where you have to click on a dozen items to see the data. They instructions are also almost nonexistent. We never could figure out how to use the stove top or the oven. We couldn’t even open the oven when you try to open the oven the whole oven comes out of the counter.

Good location but poor communication by the company

We were told we would have a ground level apartment but it was up 17 stairs. We were told we could check in between 10-11 am but it was locked and not yet cleaned until 1 pm. Difficult to communicate with staff. They didn’t even answer the phone the first time when we were stuck in the hallway waiting.

Great location! Next to the big car park if you rented , perfect for walking the city if you didn't.

The apartments were in a fantastic location. We could see the iconic church from our window and there were nice restaurants all within a block or two. A perfect location for walking the city.

There was a lot of pain chipping in the bathroom (on the ledge by the shower) and a cracked window in the master bedroom. Also, communication was a bit slow. We would have liked to have had an extra set of linens in case my son wanted to sleep on the sofa, and there was a better place to stow luggage on our check out day, but all we could do was send a note and hope it was OK with the landlord (we didn't get a reply when we asked).

The location was great yet a bit loud which is fully normal in such a central place.

It would have been great with better fitting blackout curtains to keep even more light out but not a big issue for us.

Long August weekend in Reykjavik

Very well located in the heart of Reykjavik but you need to be prepared for a noise during night on Saturday. Comfortable beds.

Location was amazing for exploring and one of the best views in Reykjavik.

Open shower was a little annoying as it got the whole bathroom wet!

Overall we had a comfortable and great stay in the apartment!

Great location, spacious apartment, Disney channels on tv were great to keep kids engaged; apartment was equipped with all things required

Was expensive and bathroom was very small and not well designed ; water from sink often flowed over and water from the shower wet the entire bathroom.

Good stay

Nice location in the center with paid and free car park nearby, close to the church and the harbor. The apartment is clean and we like that kitchen is well equipped for us to cook.

A minor downside to the location is the noise from people partying at night, especially Friday and Saturday so beware if you want a quiet sleep. We requested toilet paper and a dishwashing sponge but got no response, only automatic reminders about check in-out. The toilet/shower room is quite small and water easily spills on the floor.

The best location in the city, super comfortable apartment, well equipped and spacious

A shower corner with doors would be a better solution, without the door, the shower was showering the toilet and water was everywhere (even if we tried to shower on as small space as possible :-)). But the apartment is gorgeous!!

The location of this place is excellent. It sits right on the confluence of Reykjavik’s two most popular streets. Everything is just a couple of minutes walk. Some very good restaurants are just around the corner.

Our apartment was on the 4th floor and the building has no elevator. It could be a bit of a challenge for elderly guests. Due to it’s central location it could get noisy, especially on Saturday night when the hustle and bustle never stop.

Great location. Very clean. Very spacious. Great heating. Lot of thought had been put into the things provided for in the apartment. Shampoos. Coffee pods. Tea bags. Netflix. Dish washing tablets. Allowed check out at 11 am instead of 10 am. Very quick to respond. We had a great stay. Thank you.
