Nestled in Sebastian, this lovely house for £186 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This place has it all! Situated on a double lot one is the house/pool and the other is a small nature preserve. Peace & Quiet. Enjoy the private saltwater pool and pond stocked with ducks, koi, and pan fish. You will not find a similar property as this house. Newly renovated home. Everything new. French doors open to the screened pool yard. Saltwater pool. Hanging chairs, covered dining area with Bluetooth speakers. This covered Lanai has a 250 square foot custom mosaic of an underwater scene. You walk out of the screened pool deck to a connected lot with a large pond and beautiful landscaping. A large deck allows you to BBQ and eat while you watch or even feed the resident ducks , Koi fish, and smaller panfish. The inside features marble countertops, upgraded appliances, custom tile, vaulted ceilings with mechanical skylights, large flatscreens, Bluetooth speaker sound system, the list goes on. Extra attention to detail is evident at every turn. :) This home features a complete Master Suite, with a private shower. The property offers every comfort of home and more. The private pool and its surrounding lanai, side yard and duck pond provide opportunities to disconnect from the stresses of life and escape with nature and tranquility. There are beautiful rivers, lakes and beaches within minutes as well as many great restaurants and stores for all. Kathy is a great communicator and males every effort to welcome you to this wonderful accommodation.

We enjoyed this cozy home with pool. Communication with host was great! Kathy was very accommodating and added a crib to home for us. We enjoyed the pool daily and plenty of seating and pool was larger than pictures. We will be back!

We had an amazing 9 day stay at this little hidden gem. Beautiful home and pool with everything we could need or want. Lovely quiet space with pond. The neighborhood was so nice for walking. Kathy was so helpful with any questions. We will be back next year.

We enjoyed our stay on your property for our one year wedding anniversary with our pup,! It was very well-maintained. We enjoyed the heated pool and the neighborhood was quiet …enjoyed our walks and we visited around the surrounding areas each day beach and dog friendly restaurants! We definitely would come back and visit. The property manager -host was fabulous as well , always available for anything that would arise! Thank you !

It was so perfect. Has everything you could want plus more. We loved the privacy, watching the big, fat ducks and ibis and the salt water pool. The host provided excellent communication. We loved our stay so much that we wanted to stay extra. Yet, it was already booked. We will definitely be back.

Relaxation Retreat
We couldn't have asked for anything better. The house was beautiful, the pool was fabulous, and I can't say enough about the outdoor areas. We could sit by the pool and enjoy it as well as the beautiful mosaic wall, or hang out by the pond and enjoy watching the ducks and feed the fish. The neighborhood was quite and peaceful and only a few minutes to the beach. Can't wait to go back!

In town for a junior golf event, but not yet ready to stay in a hotel, this single-family home offered everything we needed. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet and the back-yard pool/screen/dining table/grill is over the top; we entertained friends as if it was our own home. Truly delightful. We are absolutely keeping tabs on this listing if we ever need to return to the area; we would love to stay here again. We were thrown off by not getting the entry code in a timely manner, and the messaging system didn’t always work quite right with the owners, but otherwise all worked fine. (Deposit returned in three weeks, it just takes a long time right now for all rentals, IMHO)
