Welcome to The Clubhouse at The Trestle Building! An historic building with amazing views of the Lower Harbor in downtown Marquette. You'll be in walking distance to everything downtown Marquette has to offer, including Ellwood Mattson Park, restaurants, bars, the bike path, the beach, the Ore-Dock, the breakwall etc. This condo is one flight of stairs up from the Rosewood Walkway and opens to an expansive living space with four bedrooms, two full baths, a powder room and a top-of-the-line cook's kitchen. Nine people can stay here (six to eight adults comfortably) with a King Room, two Queen Rooms and a bunk room that will easily sleep three (full size mattress on the bottom bunk, twin on the top). We have WiFi, of course, cable, a six burner gas range for cooking and a deck to sit outside and enjoy the views. There is no onsite parking (you might find a spot on the street and we do offer three parking passes in the Baraga Lot just one block away from the apartment!). Come enjoy our place - you're going to love it!

I don’t want to lose this hidden gem but it’s truly the best rental in Marquette. Its absolutely stunning and the host was amazing. No notes. Would highly recommend. It’s right downtown right above the wine shop. I’m telling you if you’re browsing thinking about it just do it. I will only ever rent this place from now on.

We love Marquette and decided that for this trip, we would try to find someplace in town to stay. The Clubhouse was the perfect location. Downtown with the view of the harbor and ore dock from a nice sized deck. And Oredock Brewing and the Vierling just steps away! Beautiful condo with a large family space due to the open concept. It’s just as represented in the photos, clean and bright. Very comfortable beds and nice sized baths. The kitchen is very well equipped, my sister needed an electric mixer for a dip, and she found one! Melissa, Ryan and Leanne were on top of everything, they are superb hosts. We have already reserved again for a family trip next summer.

We really enjoyed this amazing condo in the heart of downtown. We were able to easily enjoy all the fun aspects of being in town while enjoying the paved trail along the lakeshore. This condo exceeded every expectation for our whole family. Thank you for thinking about all the small things that make it easy.

This property is amazingly beautiful. Owners were immediately responsive. Views are breathtaking. Kitchen is perfectly appointed. Enormous space - countless bedrooms and bathrooms. This was a wonderful place to stay when traveling to Marquette with a large group of people. The price is steep, but you do not feel cheated. The bedrooms were nice, the kitchen was well-appointed, and the living area was a great place to spend time together or watch a football game. Plus the location is about as good as you can find in Marquette--just blocks from basically anything.
As for small things to be aware, the process of finding and getting to the rental can be annoying. It's difficult to unload when there are cars parked on the street. The road noise can be loud in the front bedrooms. Heating and cooling was somewhat uneven between the bedrooms (perhaps expected in an old building). And asking guests to take shoes off to prevent Covid-19 is no longer believable in 2023 (when snow, slush, and ice are all the reason anyone should need).
Overall, these are small niggles that should not deter anyone, especially those with a larger group, from renting this place. It has to be one of the better places to rent in Marquette!

This property has everything you could ask for. I hesitate to keep going because we want to be able to keep booking it. We already tried for another stay but they were booked.
It is well appointed and well situated. We love the location. Walking distance to food, shops and the university.

This condo couldn't have been more perfect for our recent family vacation in Marquette. View of the water! Spacious bedrooms & baths. Great open kitchen & living area. The extra touches like the welcome bowl of goodies, umbrellas at the entry door, coffee and basic supplies were perfect. The location puts you in the heart of downtown and Lakeshore Drive so walking everywhere was fun & convenient. Loved the MQT decor and how beautiful every single room was. Can't wait to make another trip back in the future.

We had a nice experience at the Clubhouse. It was exactly as shown in the pictures. It fit 2 families easily. LocAtion in town was perfect, walking distance to everything we needed and of courese a quick drive to Marquette Mountain!

The owners were very easy to work with as well as the local contact for the property, could not have asked for more a must stay at property for any small or large group who are visiting Marquette. The property was also fairly priced for the value. All and all totally awesome!

A fabulous way to turn fifty
The Clubhouse was a beautiful property with the best location in Marquette. We walked to local breweries, coffee houses, and restaurants. The weather was unseasonably warm for a Marquette November, so we were able to sit on the patio and look over the Ore Dock and Lake Superior. Lots of memories made in a very special place.

Best Marquette visit ever!!
My husband, brother and sister-in-law and I have been traveling to Marquette in October for many years, and have stayed at many rental homes and hotels—the Clubhouse far surpassed our expectations in every way! The space itself is gorgeous—light and airy, beautifully decorated, and meticulously maintained. The downtown location is great for walking to shops and restaurants, and is a perfect jumping-off point for exploring the area. We were able to communicate with Melissa and Leanne easily, and they always responded immediately to any questions we had; they were always so pleasant and helpful!
We would recommend the Clubhouse for all the things that make it so special—everything is high-end, lovely, and every detail has been thought of to make for an enjoyable stay!

Absolutely fantastic!!! BEST location!
This was our second stay and not our last! We love this place! It has everything you need and the owners go above and beyond! It was very clean and spacious. Beautiful decor and the view is amazing. Awesome location- close to many restaurants, shops and bars. We cannot recommend this place enough! I hope I’m not over recommending it because I want it to be available next time I need to book it!! :) Thanks for a great stay!
