Situated in Frankfort, this lovely condo for £179 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Luxury 3 bedroom, one bathroom Condo located right in the heart of Downtown Frankfort. Less than 3 blocks from the Lake Michigan beach and directly across the street from Stormcloud Brewing (M Live’s Best New Brewery)! Steps from the Historic Garden Theater, downtown restaurants and all the Frankfort has to offer! This beautiful Condo is located above Frankfort Hardware, and does require 2.5 flights of stairs for access. Unfortunately, it is not handicap accessible. Bedroom one features a king bed and closet, and bedroom two a queen. Bedroom three is complete with a queen bed and beautiful view of Betsie Bay and Jacobson’s Marina. A pack-n-play is also available. The spacious wrap around couch pulls out to offer an additional bed. There is a TV located in each bedroom and the main living area. There is a small blue ray and book collection in the south facing bedroom in case you find yourself with a rainy day. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials needed for cooking and eating in, or treat yourself to all of the best food Frankfort has to offer, just steps from your door! There is a reverse osmosis filter in the kitchen, so you don't have to worry about lugging bottled water either. The bathroom is complete with a shower and washer/dryer, note that there is no tub in this condo. Towels are provided. WiFi and cable, as well as Netflix, and Amazon Prime video are available throughout. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Parking is available for one car directly behind the property, additional free 24hr parking is only one block away in the City Municipal Parking lot. Snow removal is provided. Bike parking: A space is available outside (covered) to lock bikes. Some guests choose to carry their bikes to the second landing (2 flights of stairs) for indoor storage. Beautiful views of the water, and a great location in ‘downtown’ Frankfort made this an unbeatable location. 20 minutes from Crystal Mountain. Also great space for 6 adults. Thank you for hosting our family!

This was the perfect location and perfect size for our small family. Excellent walk to downtown with all the shops and restaurants. Beautiful view of the water. Clean property. Will definitely stay again.

The condo was in a perfect location. It was fabulous to look out the window and see the water. Everything was very clean and exactly as described. We loved the little gift basket with treats. It was a lovely touch. Josh was easy to reach and had quick responses. I hope to come back in the summer. Thank you for sharing your home.

Great location, excellent view, roomy, impeccably clean. Right above the hardware store in Frankfort's nice downtown, block or so from the beach. Bakery and bagel place right near by that I'd highly recommend. Nice home base for seeing the Sleeping Bear Dunes area. Would 100% recommend and would come back

Spent an incredible weekend to enjoy the beautiful leaves. The residence was an easy walk to restaurants lake and shops. Loved the bay view also. It was sparkling clean and had everything necessary to make our trip amazing!

The condo is amazing, and better than the VRBO pictures. We were totally surprised and impressed!!! The condo is so very clean, well maintained, decorated beautifully. The table is large, and perfect for us for family board games in the evening. The hosts Kate and Josh made many kind efforts to make the stay excellent, and providing for things we might have forgotten. The location is truly perfect, and near my favorite bookstore. Thank you so much Kate and Josh for making our vacation amazing! Very comfortable! I will return, if can fit into your rental booking schedule. Thank you Kate and Josh. Everyone is so very nice... We traveled in for a weekend convention and decided to stay here rather than drive in each day from Traverse City. We convinced a couple to cancel there hotel and stay with us. We all loved it. Full kitchen, large sectional couch, snacks were left in a basket on the table (thank you). Very clean and spacious. We will definitely stay here again. So much better than a hotel and the view is awesome! The owner of the marina was fun to talk to and he'll let you walk along the docks. Great small down and walking distance to do many nice places. Thank you, again.

My husband and I picked this spot because of its proximity to the Ironman start and because of how comfortable and inviting it looked online. What an absolutely wonderful place to stay! Clean, quiet, close to everything. We immediately felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The balcony was the perfect spot to drink coffee in the morning and to listen to the water and seagulls. We would definitely stay again!

This downtown apartment provides a great spot to spend time in Frankfort and nearby points of interest. There are two and a half flights of stairs to enter the apartment. The view of the marina and Betsie Lake from the living area and deck is great. The apt is above/behind the hardware store and you have no "neighbors," so it's nice and quiet. It was well-stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. It's located next to our favorite ice cream shop (The Cool Spot) and close to some good restaurants, including Stormcloud Brewing Company across the street. It is also within walking distance to the beach. Communication with the owner was easy. Overall, great place for the money. Thank you, Kate!

The location, cleanliness, accommodations and conscientiousness of the property owners were all top notch. The rental was very clean and had everything that we needed. The location on Main St made it super easy to get to the beach, restaurants and shopping. As noted by others, it was still a quiet location with views of the marina. The 3 bedrooms afforded everyone some space, the living room was very spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. When we had questions, the owners were incredibly prompt with replies. We had a lovely time in Frankfort over the past week and these accommodations were a major reason why.

The location of this rental is perfect for shopping, dining, going to the beach and grabbing an ice cream before bed. All kinds of stocked items make the stay more enjoyable - a welcome basket, shampoo/soap, bug spray, baggies, kids toys and plenty of towels/linens. The only area for improvement would be to have a new couch that is easier to get up and down from. We enjoyed our stay as a big family of a grandma who called Frankfort home many moons ago! Will rent again for sure.

We had a great experience staying at Josh & Kate's place. Communication was great, the condo was clean and orderly-just as described. Location was perfect, short walk to restaurants, shopping and the beach. We also appreciated the little touches like the snack basket and a variety of kcups flavors. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay! There were soooo many added touches throughout the property. The hosts went above and beyond. And when the Keurig didn’t work properly… there was a replacement in less than 30 minutes!!! It doesn’t hurt that right below the property is a hardware store! We really hope we can stay here again. It was great to be downtown but not feel like it. The view of the bay and harbor are spectacular! One of my top 2 properties that I’ve stayed at….

It was very spacious with a great view and well stocked kitchen. There were common food items in the kitchen which makes the experience much nicer than a lot of other rentals since it actually usable. Location was excellent.

A Very nice place to stay. 5 minutes walk to the Frankfort Beach. Also the host responded quickly. The Frankfort beach is clean, fun and sandy. There are incredible views, especially sunset. Because of only one bathroom, it is better for a family not more than 4 or 5.

As an owner of a vacation rental property, I view my rental experiences from a different perspective. I notice details and characteristics of a property that a good host takes pride in providing to their guests. This place marked all the boxes. I always felt my family and belongings were safe and secure. Kitchen, bath, carpet, linens and all surfaces were meticulously cleaned. We loved the downtown location, the view of the harbor and privacy of an individual unit. The layout and space of the unit was great for the price. We felt very much at home. I’ll hopefully visit again for a future golf weekend.
