Situated in Osage Beach, this lovely condo for £203 per night is a great option for your next trip. This is our second property at Lake of the Ozarks. We take care of our condo AND our guests. A 5 star review is our goal with every stay! Stay with confidence. ********BOAT SLIP INCLUDED WITH YOUR RENTAL!! Our 10 x 30 boat slip is available for your use every night. The boat slip is literally 53 paces from the bottom of our walk off deck. Whether you are looking for a family vacation, couple's retreat, golf getaway, or a girl's weekend, our condo offers something for everyone. This freshly updated, tastefully decorated 3 bedroom, two bathroom, 1300 square foot condo has everything to make your weekend getaway or family vacation memorable. This is a 3 bedroom, two bath LAKEFRONT condo at the 21 mile marker in Osage Beach inside of a no wake cove. The Outlet Mall, Big Surf water park and many restaurants/night clubs are within minutes from the Ledges. Sycamore Creek Golf Club is a couple of miles up the road. Blue Moon marina rents boats and personal watercraft and is right around the corner. They also offer launching of your own boat and trailer parking. The Ledges complex offers two beautiful swimming pools OR a sandy beach area to swim. The pools are open until 11 pm nightly. There is also a sidewalk right off the deck which will lead you directly to one of the pools. The Ledges also has security officers on duty. The living room is open to the deck and has a 50" flat screen "smart" TV with cable and DVD player. We've tried to include every convenience to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The deck spans the length of the condo with plenty of seating to enjoy the beautiful sunsets while sipping a couple of your favorite beverages and grilling burgers on the brand new gas grill. Our kitchen is thoroughly furnished from dishes/cookware/utensils and stainless steel appliances. Make your own meals or enjoy take-out from any of the numerous restaurants and grocery stores close by. The Master Bedroom has king size bed with its own bathroom, TV and a sliding patio door to the deck. Second bedroom has queen size bed and a twin bed with a TV/DVD combination while the third bedroom has a queen size bed with a TV/DVD combo. A brand new full size Maytag washer and dryer is also included with your stay. *****FREE WIRELESS INTERNET ***** FOR HEALTH REASONS, ABSOLUTELY NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE CONDO. PLEASE RESPECT THIS RULE OR I WILL KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT. Check in will be 4 pm.....Check out will be 10 am $300 refundable damage deposit will be required and you must be 23 years of age to rent.

Our stay at this condo was delightful. Check in and working with Mr. Herndon was a breeze. The condo is set up perfectly for kids. We could sit on the deck and watch the kids fish from the dock. The boat slip is well protected and had easy access. The kitchen is well supplied. Our grandkids enjoyed the beach, pool, and feeding the ducks. We would definitely return to this rental.

Great location within Lake of the Ozarks. Everything was nice and clean. Only one minor issue - washing machine did not work properly. Hopefully that can be fixed!

The condo was in a good location, near pools and a nice view of the lake. The patio was nice and the kitchen had all the plates and glasses we needed. There were some minor repairs that could be done to improve the condo, such as tightening doorknobs, toilet upgrades, kleenex, etc. It seemed a waste to have to turn on and off water heater when the place is continually occupied. Overall, we had 7 people and all slept comfortably. I would stay here again, if in the area.

Tom made himself available on check in day when I couldn't locate the door access code. The deadbolt on the front door did not work, but the lock to the door knob did. The master bedroom is very roomy and the entire condo is like new and very clean. The grill was a bonus as it had a very large surface for a large family and the deck had a lot of space and stairs going directly down to the docks. We would definately stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We had a wide age range of people in our group, from infants to a grandpa. The condo was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. We had one small issue but Tom was quick to respond and it was fixed immediately. We spent much of our time out on the back patio/deck. It was extremely nice being able to walk right off the deck. The kids loved watching the boats coming in and out of the dock. We will be back!

We had a nice stay in late August. We have stayed at the Ledges several times and enjoy the grounds very much. We had a few hiccups with the property (burned out lights, missing batteries in remotes, wifi login was incorrect, dryer was not working) but we still had a wonderful stay. Kitchen was stocked with anything you'd need to cook your meals in, condo was clean and updated, and communication with the owner was seemless.

Tom was quick to reply to my messages. The property was updated from the other condos our friends stayed in. Beds were comfortable which is typically my biggest concern. We were barely in the condo so didn’t utilize much of the kitchen or the deck; however, the fridge looked new. Only suggestion- I would make a note on the check out list to leave parking passes. We remembered but can see someone forgetting.
