Nestled in Kiawah Island, this charming house for £308 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental features 3 bedrooms, an open floor plan, and a large screened porch. The home is about a 10-minute bike ride to the beach. The well-appointed living and dining rooms have vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and a dual fireplace (not for guest use). The living area offers a sofa, 3 chairs, a 40" flatscreen TV, DVD player, and external speakers. In the dining area, the large farmhouse table is ideal for family dinners or entertaining. There's a wonderful selection of books and games for those evenings when you just want to hang out and enjoy the serenity of Kiawah. The fully equipped and newly renovated kitchen has white cabinets, quartz countertops, brand new stainless steel appliances, plenty of pantry space, and a wall-mounted TV. Each of the 3 bedrooms have a private bathroom, walk-in closet and flat screen TV. The master bedroom, has a king bed, access to the screened porch, chair and desk, Bose radio and a luxurious bathroom with large glass door shower, jacuzzi tub and dual vanity. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a chair for reading, Bose radio and a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom features 2 twin beds, a chair and bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink on the large screened porch that has a gorgeous view of the 7th fairway of Osprey Point golf course. You can also catch some sun on the open-air deck that features 2 lounge chairs and a gas grill. Guests do not have access to the garage. The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park. Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining. Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours! RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email. Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This the 4th year in a row we have stayed here. Perfect space for my wife, myself and my 2 adult children. 3 BR's 3 Baths, everybody gets one. But, it could definitely use some upgrades.

The property was just as advertised. The home was spacious. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The screened in porch was amazing. The location was perfect- right on the golf course and a short bike ride to the beach. The internet worked well. The beds were comfortable and the home was very quiet! I would rent this home again on another visit!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house. Beautifully decorated. Lots of seating areas. Our favorite was sitting on the screened in porch watching the golfers. Location is a little far from beach but fine by bike. Best part of location is right across from tower to watch sunsets. One other family favorite was the ice maker! Always love vacation in Kiawah and this was another great Akers Ellis home.

It was well stocked and nicely furnished. We spent most of our time and had dinners on the screened porch, enjoying the golf course views. Our bike ride to the beach was 10 minutes and lovely. The home was clean overall, but needs a deep clean of baseboards, corners, kitchen drawers/cabinets, under furniture. We would stay here again.

The screened in porch was perfect for early am and our dinners. The house is beautifully decorated and the ice machine was an added and well used bonus!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home that needs some updates and maintenance . Bathrooms and kitchen need to be updated. Kitchen cabinets need attention, lights under kitchen cabinets do not work, ice maker makes a loud noise and we had to turn it off, oven light does not work, towel rack in master bath is broken and soap dish in queen shower is also broken. Front walkway was slippery and needs to be cleaned. Just felt that due to the condition of this home it was overpriced. Comfortable but not a 5 star rental.

We enjoyed staying at this lovely home. The area was beautiful, quiet and very private. It had nearly every amenity you could ask for. A few constructive suggestions that could have made the stay perfect would be to have a garden hose available for use, as the rental chairs, umbrellas and cart we used (thanks to your VayK Gear rental credit, which we really appreciated) was to be clean before returning and this was a little challenging without a garden hose. Perhaps one was available and we simply were unable to locate it. It also would be nice to have access to the Heron pool (we would gladly pay a fee to do so and would certainly respect the rules of the pool/owners if that is something that group might be interested in offering rental guests of the island at some point in the future). Lastly, we had trouble securing a kayak tour at the only facility on the island that gives them because they wanted us to secure a different island pass than the one that was emailed to us via the realty company we went through. They wanted a pass that was given to us directly from the owner. These things would not keep us from returning, but would have certainly enhanced the experience even more. Overall, a wonderful trip.
