This is a fantastic property. The location is great. It is about a 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney, so it is close enough to go back and take a little break instead of having to be at the parks all day. The house was very clean and close to many restaurants and grocery store. The host was very responsive and check in was easy. We will definitely try and stay here again next time.

The house was PERFECT for our family! Lots of space for 7 of us. The kids loved the bunk bed. My husband and I took the master suite and the bed was SO comfy and the walk in shower in the ensuite was just great! Everything was clean and we had everything we needed! The walk to downtown Disney and both parks is very easy and we took advantage of being so close to the parks that we walked home in the afternoon for a rest before walking back to the park for the evenings! We loved the pool and used it multiple times as the week was a very warm one!! Thank you for a great VRBO experience. We will recommend your rental to anyone who is looking for a place in Anaheim and would be happy to come back any time!

Location to Disneyland was a bit to far to wall with smaller children. Property was older in a bit run down.inside the unit was nice. Would probably not stay here again

When we first arrived we were unable to get in with the code provided. The host had forgotten to update the keypad and had to look up a different one for us to use. So we were likely using the code from the previous occupants which felt unsafe. As soon as we walked in we were surprised at the quality of the home. The photos made it look clean and updated but they were very misleading. Looking at the photos now they have things blocking the questionable parts of the home. A lot of the amenities in the photos are also missing like the slide on the patio and toys in the bunk room. The worst of our experience was that when we arrived the ceiling was caving in one of the bedrooms. We contacted the host and they were unaware of the situation. They came over to look at it while we were out and called telling us to just sleep on the couch until they could have a contractor come the next morning. We asked for a refund so we could stay elsewhere and they said that could be discussed the next day and to just sleep on the couch. Long story short, after the first night it was deemed unsafe by a contractor. Rather than giving us a refund the host was going to have it fixed WHILE WE WERE STAYING THERE!! We spent the entire first two days of our Disneyland vacation trying to figure out this mess when the host should have immediately offered us a refund to stay somewhere else from the beginning. He agreed to a partial refund on the second day and we left. Do not recommend.

We stayed for 11 days and boy did we love it!!! The condo had everything we needed and more. The space was set up so nicely with great sized bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms (having 3 toilets was key to getting out of the house early for our daily activities!) We enjoyed the pools and the walk to Disney was short and sweet with shaded areas to keep out of the heat! Thank you for this wonderful place to stay!!

Home was clean and just the right size for my family of 6. Walking distance to the parks ( about 15-20 min to the tram). Parking space is right in front of the home so easy loading/unloading, more than enough fresh towels, and area was quiet. Definitely recommend for a Disneyland stay!

Our stay was great. The Storybook Villa is perfectly situated, a short walk from Downtown Disney. It is a nice unit with plenty of room both inside and out, an easy access to the pool, close to various shopping areas with a parking right in front. Overall, a really nice stay in Anaheim. Thank you!

We had a great stay. The home is well maintained and stocked with household supplies. Minutes away from Downtown Disney and Disneyland walking. Beds were so comfortable. The hosts were so helpful and accommodating to our needs, easy to reach as needed. My kids LOVED all of the little Disney touches throughout the house. We would definitely try to book again for our next visit!

We loved the location of this Villa. It was ideal for all of our needs. Plenty of space for 7 people. I would suggest having more than one dish towel. A few dish towels and dish cloths would have been appreciated. We hand washed certain items and ended up using way more paper towels than necessary. Also enjoyed having laundry facilities. We packed light knowing laundry could be done. However, there were only 2 detergent pods left, so we did end up buying laundry soap and leaving it there because we could not bring it on our flight. Overall it was great and I would stay here again. I will also be recommending it to friends. (I'll just let them know that the floors/stairs are squeaky, but that's expected in an older condo). :) Thank you!

This townhouse is located a short walk to Disneyland. There is room for plenty of people and it is well equipped. For families with little ones, there are a couple of strollers and play pens. If you are looking to visit Disneyland, you can’t beat this location or the reasonable price. Owners are fantastic to work with.

The location is amazing, only 10minutes walk to Downtown Disney security and that’s with four over 65s and two young children. The house was sufficient for what we needed but could do with some updating as it looked quite tired and grubby in places. The bedroom with the bunk beds has zero storage so when staying here with my husband and two children it was incredibly cramped and nowhere to put our things. I had to ask my mum and mother-in-law if we could use some of their wardrobe space in the other two rooms. The host asked for details of everyone staying prior to our arrival so they could personalise the experience, but we didn’t find anything that was specifically for us. The children were excited to find the colouring books and crayons left for them on the table only to be disappointed when they found most of the books had already been completed by someone else. For the price and location we can’t complain, but some things could be improved.

Overall a very good experience. Especially handy to make the trip back and forth from Disneyland each day. Appreciated the strollers, numerous beach towels (the community hot tub was fantastic), plenty of bathrooms, and nice little patio. Oh, and the beds were super comfortable.

Loved how close the property is to Disneyland. We were able to easily walk to the Disney tram and walk back from Downtown Disney. The green space was good for frisbee throwing. The pool was super cold, apparently the heater has been out for a while now. But the hot tub was nice and toasty and empty when we showed up to enjoy it.

The location really is about as good as it gets for Disneyland. It met our family’s needs for our trip and I would stay there again. The unit could have been a little cleaner. The bathroom floors were super slippery. No shower soap. (Hand soap at sinks was available.) Water was turned off from 10-noon for an “emergency.” This was challenging for our group that included a baby and grandparents.

We had plenty of room for our family of 5. We used the double stroller to walk to Disney for the day. Parking was right next to unit. Decorated for the kids birthdays. Thank you! We didn’t use the pool and missed watching fireworks but you could hear them. We were too jet lagged to watch when we arrived :(

We enjoyed our stay at Josh’s condo for our family Disneyland trip. It was a convenient, easy walk to the parks and it was great to have our own space traveling with my parents and son rather than being cramped in a little hotel room. Definitely worth it to go with a condo vs a hotel, and would stay at Storybook Villas if we ever return. The home was clean and as advertised with great attention to detail.

Can’t say enough good things about our stay! The location is fabulous, especially for those visiting Disney. Host provided many essentials when traveling with young children and it was so nice not to have to pack a high chair, pack n play or stroller. Plenty of space (we are a family of 6), comfortable beds, detailed email from host prior to stay, clean, and close to Disney…all reasons we will be back!

Proximity is excellent for walking to Disneyland. The overall condition of the condo is not as good as it looks in the pictures. It does have 3 decent sized bedrooms. Bathrooms are small and have a faint smell of old diapers. I was a bit disappointed in the overall condition of the condo. But sizewise it fit our family of 5 teenagers well. And again the proximity was good for Disneyland
