Seaside Beach Club 204 - Oregon Beach Vacations Seaside Beach Club #204, aka Paradise, in Seaside is tastefully decorated with the colors of the beach. This one bedroom, two bath condo will comfortably sleep six guests. You can relax with your wine glass in hand while you watch the sun set over the Pacific with an unobstructed view from Tillamook Head to Gearhart from the balcony. Get sand between your toes as you walk around to the beach side of this Mediterranean style building that's only two blocks south of all that Seaside has to offer - shops, good dining and fun for all ages. Or stay home and enjoy the warmth from an electric fireplace during the colder months while gazing at full ocean views from one of the two lounge chairs in the living area. Watch your favorite movies on the adjustable wall-mounted 43" Roku Streaming TV with a Blu-ray and DVD player, or connect to the free Wi-Fi and stream movies from your device. Designed for the chef in your party, the kitchen boasts a tiled peninsula counter and is stocked with enough dishes to host a holiday dinner. Fold the leaves out on the pub-style dining table and it expands to seat everyone in your party. Watch a movie on the 37" Smart TV with a VCR/DVD player from the king bed in the primary suite while tucked under thick, cozy comforters. A Murphy bed with an 11" thick queen mattress plus a queen sofa sleeper is in the living area. The carpet was filthy and the outside patio was also. I couldn’t figure out why my feet felt so nasty. I realized after the first night I had to wear sandals in the condo. The baseboards are in bad need of repair. Very dissatisfied for 500 a night. Will not stay again.

Went to check in at 4:00PM, unit was not cleaned. Management team contacted me and stated the unit had not been cleaned and we would not be able to check in until 6:00PM. They offered a $75.00 refund which we accepted but it has not yet appeared on our CC.. Once we were able to enter the unit we found it partially cleaned. The views were beautiful and the unit was equipped with everything you need for a long term stay. less than two blocks from Seaside city center.

The balcony was our absolute favorite part of the whole place. You can see the cove and ocean from it. 😍

Perfect location
This condo had an incredible view! Large picture window and large balcony to sit and enjoy the ocean all day and night. The property didn’t have AC but opening the balcony door and using the fans provided, we didn’t miss it at all. The grounds are kept up and there is no smoking on the property which is nice when sitting outside enjoying the breeze. Furnishings are nice and comfortable. There is also a Murphy bed that was perfect for my daughter. She loved it. There are plenty of dishes and utensils provided to cook and serve a meal if you didn’t want to go out. Only recommendation I can give is providing beach towels since the bath towels are not permitted out on the beach. Other than that we loved it and hope to come back someday!

Slept comfortably, but the couch and chairs are ready to be replaced. I found myself sitting primarily on the only supportive chairs, at the table or counters.
The lanai chairs were okay, and the ocean air and view are spectacular! Kitchen is well stocked. I never could figure out how to turn on the tv, but did not care enough to call about it.
I appreciated the walk-in shower for ease & safety. And the luggage carriers for moving in & out.
It’s a lovely spot, and if I see that the furnishings are updated, I will be back.

Great location. Condo had everything we needed. Due to areas of flooding at coast, we prepared for a long drive. We arrived a little earlier than check in and property management was kind enough to allow us early entry. So great of them after the long drive.

Condo has a great view and the location is very convenient to the prom and downtown. There was also plenty of parking. Unit was fairly clean. Could use a good carpet cleaning. There were a few maintenance issues when we arrived. But, Oregon Beach Vacations staff was very responsive and quick to get them taken care of.

We've stayed at Seaside Beach Club 4 years now because we like it. A perfect view, great accommodations with well-supplied kitchen and close (walkable) to dining and shopping. We'll be back. Carpet needs cleaning but I realize that's difficult to do when occupied all the time. Our smoke detector went off and required maintenance to come 3 times (replaced the wrong one) and were professional and quick to arrive.

The location is wonderful, and the building is quiet and peaceful. 204 is lovely, the recliners facing the ocean are so comfy, the kitchen has everything we could possibly need. The unit looks recently updated, very tastefully done.
Unfortunately, the bed was super hard, a mattress topper would have been great. Otherwise, we only had one disappointment. The TV is very complicated, and the directions didn't fit at all. At shortly after 5, we called the number for assistance, and the answering service lady was quite rude, said we were too late and no TV isn't important. Finally, after a stressful conversation, we heard from the manager (wish I remembered her name because she was very understanding). Then, Phil, the maintenance man called and very nicely walked us through the process. We hope to return, may need another crash course on the crazy TV!!!

The carpet in the unit was the filthiest carpet I have ever seen, including college student living. Whoever cleaned before we arrived left food and crumbs on furniture and the floor. It was not the $80 cleanup I paid for; at most it was an $8 cleaning. One evening the water all ran as brown as coffee for hours. I was told by the building manager that it was rust, not fecal matter; I am skeptical. I called your after hours line about the water and was told that I would be contacted with some sort of refund. I was not contacted. The view was lovely, though.

Loved the condo & the view. We have stayed in most of the rental units at Seaside Beach Club, & this is our favorite because of the electric fireplace & the updated kitchen. It's the first time the murphy bed wasn't made up, so had to do it ourselves, & the can opener didn't work, but luckily I had bought one. Loved that you could now get the key at the condo with an access code. We can't wait to come back.

Bathrooms smelled like piss, the curtain in shower dark and stained, and outside of toilet bases looked dirty. There was a smashed fly on the window, and someone had left a child's hoodie behind the couch, so obviously seriously cleaning isn't happening here. Vent covers all with lots of dust on them. The little things make you question everything! Beds are horribly uncomfortable. The master bedspread obviously doesn't get cleaned in between stays. Just nasty. Spend some money and lighten this place up and get some quality housekeepers!
