David, the property manager was wonderful, which set the tone for the week-end! The property is beautiful, updated and comfortable-the views spectacular (despite beach reclamation project). Short walk on the boardwalk to restaurants, shopping, and the heart of the quaint town. Perfect pre-season get away!

It is not often that things live up to expectations, but this vacation condo exceeded all of mine. The ocean view is spectacular and the boardwalk location makes it very easy to walk to the main strip. The main living areas are spacious and the beds and furniture are very comfortable. The kitchen is modern, clean, and sleek.The owners made getting into the property very easy. We all had a wonderful time at this property and recommend it highly.

This is a beautiful 2-story condo, perfectly located on RB's boardwalk. The kitchen is lovely and well-equipped; the living area is spacious with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The main bedroom and bathroom are huge (also with ocean views and a deck), and the other bedrooms and bathrooms are very comfortable. The building itself is a small condo building and clean and quiet. David was an excellent host, super attentive and helpful. We're returning!

Beautiful place, great location. We were able to bring the family pet. Park located next to property for walking him. Very responsive, helpful, friendly staff. Great experience!

We had a wonderful week staying at this fabulous property!! Morning sunsets from not one but two decks, quick walk to the beach, spacious comfortable bedrooms, wonderful area to gather in the kitchen/bar area. Quick walk down the boardwalk to amazing restaurants and shops. Loved everything about it!

The condo was fabulous. First the beachfront view was the highlight. Hearing the waves whenever you wanted and to see the sunrises, beach life and serene beach times was perfect. The beds are comfortable, the linens/pillows were cozy and ample. We ordered sheets and towels from Coast Beach and that was great too. All appliances, glass/dishware, utensils are in great condition. The place is very large. Hallways are open and ceilings are high, you don't feel claustrophobic and it's two floors. Two gorgeous, large balconies with nice furniture. The couch and chairs in the living area are very comfortable and roomy. Everyone has privacy in their bedroom nooks. Central air conditioners work great. Next is the decor. No Beach Life signs here. Elegant artwork, rugs, lighting, storage and closets/drawers everywhere. Viewing the art was such a treat! The lobby is secure and even has a nice sitting area. Elevator to your condo and nice hallways to your door. Grerar Lake is steps away and is also beautifully maintained, walking paths, benches, playground. Parking is provided one car (close) and for two cars about a block away. David C. provided all needs to check in seamlessly and was available for any questions/concerns during the stay. Even the person who cleans the condo and front lobby was so nice! Everyone in our group loved Unit E.

First David (the property manager) is the best. Met me on time to provide me keys to place. Was communicative throughout process if we needed anything. Outstanding pro. Second property is great. If you are looking for a large and well featured condo in Rehoboth this is your pick. Updated everything. All was clean and working. Great wifi speed if you need to stream or Zoom.

The property manager was very nice and offered a few times to get me whatever I needed. I was also lucky enough to extend my rental. Kitchen well equipped and bed was comfortable. Very pleasant stay despite being sick.

Plenty of room and the balconies provided the perfect view while eating, sipping, or just chatting. Kitchen was very nice and had just about everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

With two balconies looking over the boardwalk and beach, the water was not that far from us (the beach there is not super wide, so the sound of the waves is easily heard in the condo). Since the condo is not right on ground level (the first floor of the condo is on the 2nd floor), we didn’t have noise from people walking on the boardwalk, either. Plenty big enough for our family to spread out, and the three full bathrooms were great! The only thing we thought could have been better was the amenities (no sheets, towels, hand soap, or kitchen basics (no cooking oil or spices). But that is standard among many beach rentals, so as long as you know what to expect, it’s fine. The condo is also just a short block away from a lovely pond and park, which made it easy to walk the dog each morning. I’d definitely stay there again!

We loved staying there. The place is really big, which wasn't obvious in the pictures. We loved the location: right on the beach and you can walk to the boardwalk. The only thing that was less than perfect was the Wifi. If one of us was streaming, we couldn't stream something else on a different device. If we had one recommendation it would be to upgrade it. Besides this, it was a perfect stay and we would recommend this place.

Wonderful property manager solved any issues

A huge space for a 2 bedroom condo. No windows in the entire back 3/4 of the condo make it kind of unusual and slightly claustrophobic. No balcony. Kitchen floor literally falling apart and needs to be replaced asap. Great location ..walk to everything. No issue at all with our dog which was the main reason we chose this listing. David, property manager, was helpful but unobtrusive.
