Very comfortable KING bed in open bedroom and there is lots of storage, fully equipped kitchen, newer heating and air unit as well as ceiling fans in bedroom and living room. This unit also has a very nice balcony with outdoor seating and GREAT views of the ocean! There are elevators through out complex as well as laundry facilities on each level. Great location - easy to get to - getting inside is a bit of a challenge at first but once in and settled it was quite perfect. Beach access is great - having the bikes to ride into Coligny and around town was fantastic. That was actually the game changer for us. Condo is a hair small but who stays inside anyway when at the beach! Would stay here again!

We had a great stay and would definitely come back. The location was perfect - direct access to the beach and we biked everywhere for lunch, dinner, shopping, etc.. The bikes were great to have. The condo was the perfect size for the two of us. We really enjoyed our long weekend!

We absolutely loved the location, the quiet community and our stay. The owners provided everything we needed, were super responsive and it’s a lovely little condo. I could see how it might feel small for a family with smaller children but was just what we needed for my family (with our preteen boy and teen boy). We were able to set up a tent and chairs and spend the whole day at the beach. And it’s so close we could just pop up for a lunch break and head right back down. The bed, sofa bed and even the beach chairs they provided are super comfy too!

My wife and I had a nice stay at this property for 4 days. The property was the perfect size for two and just a short walk away from the beach. We really appreciated that the unit had all amenities, including beach chairs. Unfortunately the beach umbrella was found to be broken and rusted when taken out of its bag, so might be something to keep in mind if heading to the beach on a hot sunny day. The only hiccup we had was coming back to park the car after being out late one evening. First come first serve was no problem for where we park in the parking lot, but we didn’t realize that there’s a chance that all parking spaces might be taken, leaving you questioning where to park the car. But even then, Lori responded to our message and gave us tips on how to handle that situation if it happened again during our trip. For that one evening, we risked parking in the other lot designated specifically for a different building than ours.

We loved the location of the property. It is close to Coligny Plaza, which is filled with shops and restaurants. Lori communicates super well which made the whole process easy. The bikes were also a favorite for us. It has everything you need for a cozy beach stay.

We had a wonderful stay. This was a really nice condo and if I come back to Hilton head i would definitely stay here or and rent another condo from the owners. They were very available and so very helpful and easy to work with. This condo number 136 Sea Side Villas was a one bedroom and perfect for me and my husband. Would have been tight for more than two people but owners who were wonderful to work with said they owned some bigger condos. Definitely would rent from them again in one of their nine condos in Hilton Head. Others from our party stayed at Sea Side also and also were very pleased staying at these condos, One couple who came to our room said our room was so nice; they said theirs was nice but liked ours better especially the flooring and shower. They were only people from our party of 17 to visit our room.

Very cute and well kept place. Excellent check in procedures. Bikes were very good. Ice maker in refrig. didn’t work until I found the switch on the inside area of box. Still Ok really didn’t need much more. It was full when we arrived. Great spot on beach and rinse area is great. Could use more outlets near beds. Excellent place!

The condo is updated and very clean. The location is great, and it’s within walking distance of several great restaurants and shops. Nice view of the ocean from the balcony and very easy access to a beautiful beach. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I have always wanted to check out Hilton Head. We decided to do this on our trip home from Florida. We stayed at Seaside Villas. The communication I had with the owners was top notch. The condo had everything we needed. The bikes were definitely a nice bonus to explore the area. We hope to return sometime in the near future.

Very nice, close to everything. I liked the view of the ocean, however, sitting on the patio was loud from the AC and being right by the parking lot was loud, along with the leaf blower guy. Not complaining, everything was nice.

The unit was easily accessible, very clean, and very nicely updated—great location, biking, and walking to everything. On the beach, all the amenities. 2 pools on-site, I would give the pools a 7 out of 10 for cleanliness. I would defiantly stay again, I saved this in my favorites.

Excellent location close to the beach! Nice that it took only a few minutes walk! The condo was incredibly clean! The shower is awesome! We had a great week on the island! Definitely will try to rent Lori & Scott’s condo again next year!
