The details on the listing are very misleading. This property had 3bedrooms and 1bathroom, all of which are up a very steep stair case! I accessible to ANYONE with knees issues! The property is in the slums of Cincinnati and it “looked” very unsafe. Traveling with my 90 year old Mother and Grandchildren, we could not stay there for those reasons. The owner was contacted the minute these issues were seen. Her husband answered and said she was asleep (7 pm). He assured me she would call first thing the next morning. I did send e-mails and continue to call. I did not hear from her until I called VRBO to ask for a refund ( the next week). This property is not well kept-grass not cut-hole in wall if bedroom just to name 2 things. I would not suggest anyone stay there!!!!!

This was a great house for our family of 11 to use while we were in Cincinnati for the weekend. We fit comfortably, although one bathroom meant we had to be strategic about the shower schedule. There were plenty of blankets and towels for all. The window air conditioners kept the house cool on some very hot days (90+). The neighborhood wasn’t great, but we felt safe and it was close to the sites we wanted to see. All in all, a nice choice for a family weekend!

First off: Great price. $150 a night is hard to beat for this many people. Of course there is a cleaning fee but that was average price and to be expected. Second: Location. It was nice to be fairly close to the freeway and attractions like the zoo. We were also only 30 minutes from the Creation museum and 45 minutes from the Ark Encounter. And as for the house itself; we all liked it very much. The beds upstairs were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets and pillows. Overall I was very close to giving it 5 stars. The main thing holding it back was only having one bathroom. If you plan on having 14 people like we did, a bathroom schedule is needed :) We did have plenty of hot water. One other thing was the neighborhood is not really the cleanest or most inviting. But I'm from rural Wisconsin and am not used to big cities. But I will say we had no issues with neighbors or anything scary and the house has a good security system so we felt safe. And last but not least: the host was great! She was very accommodating in letting us stay on such short notice ( less than 1 days notice) and we really appreciated that. I would definitely recommend this house to anybody that needs an affordable, comfortable place to stay and that is in a nice central location of Cincinnati.
