Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations.If the grill is locked up then it is not to be used by guests as it is the home owners personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation we can arrange a rental grill for your stay. House was ok. There were a couple of issues with a broken door and bed when we hot there

We enjoyed the location of the property very much. It was minutes away from shopping and less then 25 minutes away from Disney! It was not as clean as we thought it would be but wasn't horrible I suppose. We would use this property again.

First off, this was around the time of a hurricane Isaias due to hit the Florida cost. Which meant our traveling plans kept getting delayed. Management was excellent in helping me far as that. Check in was a the day of your arrival they give u a code for the front door to check in. When I walked in the property was clean smelled clean as well.. I immediately noticed some damages. The paint on the wall on the side of the breakfast bar was scratched off and peeling. Looks like people may have keep hitting it with the stool while sitting there. The dinning room table has a small area where paint was missing as if someone cleaned it with a product that ate the paint off. Door knobs in the first floor bedroom leading to the patio was loose.. There was plenty of dishes and pot sets, but Some of them were burnt up from previous guest burning food. There was a broom but no dust Pan, vacuum, mop, No dish rags to was and clean counter but there was a dishwasher. No dish liquid or paper towels which I already expected, so that was fine. There was extra sheet set and towels and washrags there could of been more but with the washer and dryer we managed. The closet in the hall kept a lot of the extra towels and rags. NO POOL TOWELS! Please make sure to bring or purchase toilet paper as well. The bedrooms rooms were clean and neat the "theater room" was a great addition BUT The projector was useless couldn't stream anything so we couldn't use that. Movie night didn't take place . Game room was great no complaints there. Pool was great there's a gate around it which I loved because we had 2 toddlers with us. Hot tub was a waste it did not get hot so please ask about that before your stay. There was a pack in play, 2 strollers, and a bouncer in the closest by the stairs. What they didn't have which I highly recommend is that they need to get a highchair to add. Location GREAT! Accessible to major stores, Target, super Wal-Marts, Aldi, dollar tree, dollar general, 5 below that's just to name a few. All fast foods and restaurants close by and property only 15 mins away from Disney. MAJOR THING!! We were not notified about the gates at the resorts closing at 7pm. You have to go the main gate and PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU GET A PARKING PERMIT needed to enter after 7pm. Overall loved the place! Would definitely recommend..

This is a GREAT house but I have a mixed review. Pros: It’s furnished well for a vacation rental. It is a short drive to Disney. It is a convenient walking distance to Target. There is also a Sam’s Club and Walmart close. We loved the themed rooms. The beds were comfortable. Game Room was a blast for the kids as was the community pool. We also enjoyed the screened-in pool at the house. The house is well stocked with plates, glasses and silverware. Nice large capacity washer and dryer. Each bedroom has a tv with a Roku attached.
Cons. Had a terrible experience with check-in as there was some miscommunications between staff at the management co. The whole experience was unprofessional and frustrating. The house has a surprising amount of wear for how new it is. Several broken door knobs, etc, huge marks on walls, etc. Because of previous reviews, we knew to bring a pump for the basketball game - which was needed - we also had to buy batteries. Hot tub does not get hot. No pool towels. House has very few bath towels not even close to the number of people the house sleeps. We had to buy a bunch of towels. The projector upstairs is not set up to stream anything and can only play DVD’’s - So it was useless to us. Microwave is broken so there is TINY countertop microwave. No overhead lighting in any of the bedrooms or living room and some of the lamps don’t work. We stayed over July 4th so maybe this is unique - but we had people on 3 sides of us playing LOUD music until 1am every night. Be aware the houses around are all vacation rentals, had drunk neighbors on one side and high neighbors on the other. Often loud explicit music playing and neighbors battling with the volume of their music. One of the drunk neighbors confused at which house they were at, kept trying to get into our house at night, (and actually walked in)

We then had to pack up two families, Clothing that was already put away in drawers, cleaning products, groceries, household items, pool toys, everything. Ice cream, and dairy products were ruined.
The Saturday night that we checked in, and the Friday night before we checked out we unfortunately were in the middle of a massive party that went on all night.
The police need to be called due to the volume of noise.
Management does not return phone calls, or emails. We are informed that we are only the third people to have stayed at the house, but the house look like it had survived way more than that. We took photos of the damage.
I would definitely not recommend this neighborhood, the week nights that we were there we’re OK, but on the weekends the neighborhood turns into a frat party, Not a good choice for families especially with very young kids

Game room looked great, but none of the pool sticks had tips, The one air hockey puck was worn out and so thin it wouldn't stay on the table, and the basketballs were all flat. So the game room was a bust (which was half the reason we rented the house). Several of the door knobs to the rooms were loose (all they needed was to be tighten). Front door dead bolt wouldn't open all the way without pressing hard on the door to relieve any pressure (dying battery). Finally the cable didn't work properly in the family room (only 11 local channels) or the master (sound for all the channels, but no picture), etc. We called management 3 times over a 6 day stay and were told that someone would come out but no one did. If I was the owner I would be concerned over the long term maintenance of my property.
