Schöner Aufenthalt

Das Personal hat einen Superjob gemacht und unseren Urlaub so angenehm wie möglich gemacht. Auf jeder Etage standen Wasserspender, was den Aufenthalt auch nochmal entspannter gemacht hat, da man nicht ständig Wasser kaufen musste.

Food and relaxation

We had a fabulous stay at Bahia de Palma. The food was amazing with great options. The staff was friendly and eager to make your stay as good as possible. The pools were available for you to relax, so was the Spa.

Would stay here again!

The view was amazing, the room was lovely. AC worked fairly well but wish it went lower. Free cava on arrival was a nice touch.

The breakfast could’ve had more options. The bathroom needs more ventilation. Would’ve been nice to have a parking lot on-site.

So clean and smelt amazing. Staff were lovely. Champagne and wet towels on arrival. Beds super comfy. Nice food and a great spread. Pool very clean - if a bit shallow.

Only niggle: certain staff would hover over you with the tablet when signing food/drinks to your room and would continually ask ‘do you want to leave a tip?’ ‘Are you tipping?’, rather uncomfortable and felt obligated to do so, even if it was just bringing water to the dinner table. Some would snatch the pad away if they saw you didn’t leave a tip.

Excellent hotel, clean with great staff.

As soon as we walked into the hotel, you could just smell & see how clean it was. Staff welcomed us with clean wet face & hand towels to freshen up and a glass of fizz, which is a really nice touch. The hotel was extremely clean. The breakfast was amazing, such a good choice of food and everything tasted great. Our room Had every thing we needed we had the room where the balcony extends around the hotel which is great

I think it would be nice to have free tea and coffee in the room rather than having to pay for the coffee pods

Exceptional

I had an amazing time at this resort. They greeted me with a great champagne and was quickly brought into my room. The view from my room was amazing and the room was very clean and had everything I needed within the room. The beach is right behind the hotel and along the strip with several shops and restaurants at your disposal! The restaurant has a ton of options. Breakfast was great! You have the option to have eggs made to order and same for dinner you can have your meats (steaks/fish) cooked to your preference. I really like the bar as well, but liked the restaurant a little better. Shoutout to Sergio at the reception desk! Answered all my questions and was super helpful!

Perfect beach location

The location is great! The breakfast had a lot of variety and was very good. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The view from our room was perfect. I liked that there was a musician at breakfast and after dinner hours.

The room is tiny. If it didn’t rain during our stay, it wouldn’t have been that big of a deal because we would have been on the beach or in the pool. But, it was a tight fit for two people.

Very good location and welcoming staff. Buffet for breakfast and dinner was great.

Sea view rooms also face the promenade with a load of bars playing loud music. Would recommend earplugs if you plan to sleep before midnight.

Very comfortable beds, it is important for me. Ocean view, close to the beach.

Everything was in the white color, it was quite depressive for me. Next time I would take a bigger room, the small one was too small.

Pleasant accommodation right by the sea, decent price/performance ratio.

We stayed for 8 nights, the hotel is fairly newly decorated, although the rooms with the extra charge are not very large. The food in general is great and there's a really large selection of food, but honestly it's pretty much the same type of food after a few days. Plus even for the all-inclusive only breakfast, lunch and dinner are served and the bar is not open at all for snacks. You can go to the beach, but for two sunbeds and one umbrella you pay 55 euros per day. Staff very nice and helpful.

Great stay at the great hotel surrounded by great staff!

The hotel was great. We were on "all-in" and starting from breakfast to dinner the food was really, really fresh and tasty and a lot of different options. We didn't use the pool as we prefer "open waters" like the beautiful sea just a few steps away from the hotel. The staff one of the friendliest I've ever came across. Bravo and thank you for doing your best to make sure are stay was superb:-)

Delightful stay at this beautiful hotel

Junior priority suite had a massive and comfortable bed. Amazing sea view from the balcony. Roof top bar and pool area was beautiful. Main pool was very clean and plenty of sun loungers. The food quality was excellent. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and polite. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The spa was excellent and the lomi lomi massage was wonderful. Access to the beach was brilliant.

The timed slots for food and no room service. It was a long way into Palma and taxi fares were expensive. No dedicated sun loungers on the beach for hotel guests and it was expensive to hire them.

Let's hope that next year the weather will be better!!

We have been coming to this hotel since 2015, since the time when it was called Cupido, everything is of good quality, with a special mention of the staff at the reception, they are strong in solving any difficulty that may arise.

Six days out of ten with temperatures of 36-38 degrees were terrible, it was impossible to leave the hotel, except for a few hours early in the morning

beds were definitely not comfortable! more like 2 army cots. rooms were average ikea decor but super clean.
