À refaire sans hésitation , et à conseiller pour une pause détente.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la vue magnifique depuis le balcon sur Grazalema . Nous n’avons pas pu apprécier cette très belle piscine , à cause de la température extérieure un peu fraîche pour la saison.

Agradable

Habitación amplia con terraza hacia la zona de la piscina y fantásticas vistas. Está ubicado en las afueras del pueblo, pero en 5 minutos andando te plantas en la plaza. Personal amable y sin problemas de aparcamiento.

El desayuno solo puede ser buffet... no hay posibilidad de otras opciones como desayunar únicamente un café con tostadas. Aunque en general el hotel está bastante bien, en pequeños detalles se le va notando que más pronto que tarde necesitará de una reforma.

WE will surely return to this hotel in the near future because we enjoyed the location and the staf

The location and price for the room was good and the hotel was easy to find. It only took approximately 12 -15 minutes to walk down to the center of town which was really great.

The breakfast was okay, but it would have been more enjoyable if they had better coffee and fruit beverage machines. The coffee wasn't up to par and the juices were super sweet and hard to drink due to the heavy amounts of the sugary substance in the drinks.

The views from our room and pool area was spectacular. The staff very accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable and affordable. We would definitely stay again.

THE place to stay in the Sierra de Grazalema

Yes, the place has clearly been in operation for a couple of decades judging by the furnishings, but everything is in good working order. My room was fitted with two wider (1m20?) beds; nice - uncommon in Europe. The view from the rooms is simply wonderful. How nice that one can order a cold beverage in the hotel bar, take it to one's room and enjoy it on one's own private balcony, overlooking the pool, the town and the mountains! The hotel restaurant is good and affordable with fast and friendly service. I really liked this place, as I did all of Grazalema and its environs, whilst the room rate was very reasonable.

It's just a detail, but the beds are fitted with a 'pillow' that covers the entire width of the bed. This means that one can't really position the pillow in the way one might like (e.g. hug it in some way). If you, like me, are used to sleeping on your belly this can be a bit of a hassle. However, I managed.

Exceptional

Simple, clean lodgings in a beautiful location. Our room had doors that opened up to a view over the town and the mountains. It was the perfect place to be based to hike in the nearby national park. The restaurant was also tasty and affordable. We liked it so much we added an additional night stay.

Signage around the pool was a bit unclear. There was a sign saying it was out of order but many guests were swimming, it was a bit unclear.

Proper old school but in a good way. Lots of wood panelling and high ceilings. Clean & comfortable rooms but not a Premier Inn. Decent plumbing and great views from rooms and the bar. They don’t rip you off at the bar, beers less than €3 and the breakfasts are limited but tasty but what do you expect for €7. Well signposted if you’re coming in from Ronda direction and less than 10 minutes walk from the village centre. If you’re coming hiking for a few days it’s a great place to stay.

great place to base ourselves for two days of strenuous cycling in very scenic countryside. Staff were excellent.

Great place

Stayed with by bro for a hiking trip. Then stayed a couple weeks later with the family, kids etc. Perfect location. Great facilities and super friendly staff. Amazing!! Will keep repeating 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

Close to the village so that we could walk in. Friendly helpful staff. A great Breakfast, good value for money.

We came last year and plan a visit every year. The room we had this year had an adjoining door. We could hear everything our neighbours were saying. Next year we will ask for a room without a door in between.

The view from the room is stunning! Overlooking the town. A rich breakfast. The hotel looks very nice

There was a closed smell in the room when we received it (but we aired it until the evening and it worked out). Acoustics are not too good and you depend on your neighbors when they wake up.

Beautiful views, lovely town and big beds!

The view from our balcony and swimming pool was beautiful. The breakfast was simple but decent. Big comfortable beds that were seperated, but we could easily put them together. Overal a nice stay if you like to relax and enjoy the scenery.

The swimming pool was very dirty and had a lot of bugs floating in it. The sunbeds were to old and broken down. The doors in the room were very squeaky and noisy.

The hotel itself is very quaint and in an excellent location. Beautiful pool, great views, and an easy walk into the village. Having a balcony was also great.

The room was comfortable, but a little sparse.

Very good

It is a great place to stay In grazamela. It’s well located- just a 5min walk into the village and with easy access to a range of hiking and cycling routes. The views are incredible views and a lovely relaxing pool area. The restaurant is also very good with a lovely menu of the day at lunchtime and dinner and a buffet breakfast included which was simple but more than adequate. Overall I would highly recommend and hope to return one day

My only recommendation would to consider adding some more sun loungers as the pool area was quite busy- especially at the weekend!

Great "old world" place to stay, lovely location, but a few modernizing amenities would be good

Views from the room, allowed early check in, one waiter was very nice

The room refrigerator was leaking. No AC to speak of, and it was very HOT. One waiter was lovely, but the bartender scolded us for bringing down a glass of wine and sitting in their very spacious seating areas. They wanted you to buy everything from the bar... The dining room was large and inviting but both lunch and dinner were overly formal..not enough healthy a la carte items, although I could say this about most of Spain..
