Good

Stunning mountain views, very good equipped kitchen. Tarrace with chairs, washing machine.

We arrived on Thursady and were the only guests this day, the was nobody on the property. This was strange feeling being alone, we felt like there were nobody there for a long time. In the pool a lot of bees drowned, which made this pool unfriendly for use espetially for a child. We like places like this, with a distance to town, less crowded, off the biten track, but here was different.

Superbe view, but the administration could work more on people skills

The view is spectacular, especially from the pool, the place can be quiet and nice. The house is big and well furnished, the bed was comfortable (only suggestion here is to add a corkscrew). There is personnel that takes care of the pool daily and cleans it with a special machine every two days. There is quite a steep road going to the property, but there shouldn't be any difficulties with it, it is paved and in good condition.

There are many houses and they are always 2 side by side, so if the complex is full or you have the bad luck of noisy neighbours, there goes your peace and quiet. Also, we had some problems and we weren't happy with the way the property handled it: on the first day, there was a water outage and we called them; when we saw one of the carers in the complex, he was unaware about the problem, noone had told him. The problem got solved in a few hours by itself, apparently it is something normal in the area. There was also a power outage 3 days later, again something that happens in the area, but the property managers didn't bother to announce us or apologise for the inconvenience. I don't think that is the way to treat your customers..

Superb

Great views and close to Ronda, pristine clean with white crispy sheets. We only stayed for two nights. Javier was super helpful and went out of his way to make our stay great, thank you!

Nothing. If I had to be picky, I prefer places with some personal touch and character, this was a little too "American" hotel like. Not exactly a negative, just our preferences.

Exceptional

Quiet in the off season. Beautiful location. Close to Ronda and Grazalema park. We used the wood fireplace in the evenings. Wood was free. Kids loved the trampoline.

Beautiful location with a breathtaking view and lots of space for children!

Beautiful location with a breathtaking view of the mountains by day and the stars by night! Lots of space for children to play.

Some instant coffee or a few tea bags in the kitchen would be a great gesture since the nearest shop is a bit far in the next village.

Comfortable and beautiful, but very remote

Comfortable appartment, with all you need, and a swimming pool with unbeatable views.

The location is very remote, with an extremely steep and curvy little road up the mountain to get there. Better not forget to buy the milk!

Unique location, worth coming back.

The location was perfect, the apartments were big enough, nice and cozy. Each apartment has its own umbrella and sun sunbeds by the pool. There is a playground for smaller children and a large playground for football or basketball and a trampoline. I highly recommend taking a trip to Cueva del Gato and bathing in the cold river and visiting the beautiful city of Ronda.

Kitchen could be more equipped.

Perfect location and awesome sights

Sights were awesome. Location is perfect to explore Guadiaro Valley, Genal valley and Ronda. 45min drive to Grazalema and Sierra de las Nieves to see Pinsapos

Stunning views

Set in a stunning location with amazing views. A comfortable, well equipped apartment with a nice covered terrace to make the most of the location. A great pool too. We enjoyed our stay here and the site gives a great feeling of space and tranquility....

....however, the feeling of tranquility lost when more guests were unnecessarily put next to us by the owners. The site has five buildings with two adjacent apartments in each. However, even though there were only four guests when we were there, we were all put next to each other in just two buildings. It might be easier for the owners, but not good for guests. Also, the road. It is worth the effort when you get there, but you have to deal with a very difficult, rough, steep and windy track to reach the apartments. You get used to it, but our car barely coped the first time.

Wrong details given via booking.com about key collection. They were not at the camping place. Fortunately the receptionis at the camping place was able to call and get the actual details for us to collect the keys at the property.

Perfect family getaway

The scenery - wow! The spacious layout of the chalets, not being hemmed in like some places. Proper, comfortable beds. The lovely dark skies are fantastic for star-gazing. Everything was spotlessly clean, including the pool.

The access road is a bit steep and lumpy, but a small price to pay for such a beautiful location.

Apartments were cosy, fully equipped, everything worked fine, swimming pool was great and surroundings, view od the mountains - magnificent. And those adrenaline serpentines up the hill, what a ride! 😀

Exceptional

The location was amazing! I could of stayed sat on that veranda watching the sunset forever! The inside was very clean and comfortable, and had everything I needed for our stay. The area was so peaceful and secluded, was amazing to wake up to just sounds of birdsong. The pool was perfect, cleaned every morning we were there at least, with beds and shade allocated to each apartment. Hosts kindly put a bbq outside for my arrivall after asking if I could bring one.

Small niggle, but bathroom tap was too close to sink edge, so couldn't wash hands properly, and shower flooded bathroom as screen wasn't quite long enough. Absolutely menial things but they were the ONLY small niggles.

A beautiful spot in the mountains

If you want to relax in beautiful surroundings this is a place for you. Beautiful views, clean facilities and just 15 mins away from Ronda. Also, cueva del gato is just downhill which makes for a great 1h trip. We will definitely be back!

The only thing that could be improved is the playground which is a little dated. The rest was great!

Enjoyed stay however issues as mentioned need to be addressed for a better rating.

Apartment was very clean and comfortable with clean towels and bed linen. Views of surrounding area were superb. Outdoor BBQ grills available for use. Nice size outdoor pool.

1. Apartment instructions are in Spanish only. 2. Emergency contact number is an answer machine. Left a message but nobody bothered to get back in touch with us. 3. Free WIFI extremely poor reception to non existent. 4. Shower water pressure was like a slow running tap.

We loved the quiet and comfortable place and remote enough location

One the best places we stayed at. Beautiful place in the mountains, quiet, great bed, dark room for proper sleep, all the amenities at high quality next to several nature points, hikes etc., not far from Ronda but remote enough to see skies full of stars. I wish the quality will stay

we found out we were bitten by ants or mosquitoes, this can be easily fixed, we did sit outside at night and for breakfast. It wasn't clear that every house has apartments so you're not 100% alone but was good enough

Fabulous

The location is just spectacular, apartment and the whole surrounding is very well maintained and equipped with all necessarities.

The access road is a nightmare. I don't mean the hairpin turns (switchbacks), but the terrible concrete surface between the first and the second gate. You need to be very careful about not damaging the cars tires. Picking up the keys was an absurd. At first they insist on going to different location (19 km away) but on the day of arrival they sent an email explaining how to pass the gates and where to find the keys at place. Unfortunately I've read this email too late.
