Gyalogos városnézéshez tökéletes helyen lévő szálloda , bár az ár elég borsos.

A szálloda elhelyezkedése tökéletes, pár lépésre van az óváros bejáratától. A parkolás jól megoldott a hotel mélygarázsában. A személyzet segít az "autólift" használatában. A reggeli finom volt, bár csak utólag derült ki, hogy kérhettünk volna friss tojásételt. (Láttuk, hogy a másik asztalhoz kivitték , de a személyzet nem ajánlotta fel, amikor asztalhoz ültünk.)

A szálloda 2 épületből áll. Ez csak ott derült ki számunkra, ugyanis nem a főépületben kaptunk szobát, hanem a szálloda előtti tér túloldalán lévő kisebb épületben. Kilátás semmi. Minden közös helyiség (étterem, fittness, stb.) a főépületben van . Ehhez képest túl magas az ár.

Fabulous accommodation in beautiful city.

Beautiful hotel in the best location in Dubrovnik. A two minute walk to the beautiful walled city. Excellent and attentive staff and fabulous breakfast.

Fabulous!

It is a beautiful hotel, staff are the biggest asset especially the person who cooked my breakfast waffles. The best I have ever tasted.

Only one thing the pillows were a bit uncomfortable, they felt expensive but flatter than I am used to.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Die Lage gleich am Rand der Altstadt von Dubrovnik ist perfekt. Die Tiefgarage ist zwar mit EUR 30.00 teuer, aber absolut komfortabel. Der Autolift ist eher gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber die Mitarbeiter parken das Auto gerne, so dass man sich nicht selbst darum kümmern muss. Das Frühstück ist gut und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.

When I come back to Dubrovnik I will stay here again. It was right in the area we wanted to be.

I liked the hotels architecture. The rooms were nicely updated. The hallways were even nicely done. I loved the brass lights that lit up the room numbers. The hotel lobby was quaint, and the terrace and upper lobby were nicely pointed as well. Staff was exceptional.

There seemed to be a little too much furniture out on the terrace. It seemed a little crowded, but that's a minor complaint, and you might need the furniture during the busy season.

Easter in Dubrovnik

The hotel was beautiful. The decor in the hotel and in the rooms was very tasteful. They had lovely flower arrangements around the hotel and it was always very clean and had a lovely smell. The staff were second to none. They were incredibly polite, helpful and welcoming, it really made the stay so much nicer. The hotel is also in a perfect location within a two minute walk to the old town, definitely a must stay location.

The only negative was the pillows, they looked lovely and puffy but were very flat once laid upon. The cushions on the sofa were better.

Very well located upmarket hotel.

A comfortable upmarket hotel, a very short stroll from the old city. Very good breakfast buffet. Lunch and dinner also available, although virtually everybody eats out in the old city.

We asked for a quiet room and on arrival were told that all the rooms were quiet but, if we wanted a quieter room, we could have one for an extra 80 Euros per day. Also, the price quoted for transport to our next destination was laughably high.

Excellent hotel with very good location

Very good location near the entrance to the old town. The room was big, the bed was really confortable and the breakfast was excellent.

The bathroom may be updated since the hotel is a five star.

朝食ビュッフェが美味しかった。紅茶やワッフルも頂けた。スタッフの皆さんが優しくて素敵だった。部屋はとても清潔で広かった。部屋からの眺めがとても良かった。旧市街の門の目の前なので、徒歩ですぐアクセスできとても良いロケーション。

Food, view, cleaning staff, breakfast staff, location were all outstanding.

The disappointment arose from the ad for the Hilton included the use of the pool area as well as the workout facilities. A day after checking in, we inquired about the pool and workout areas, desiring to use them. We were then told they were closed due to repairs, but we could get transported to another hotel's facilities. Traveling on a bus to another facility with wet clothes, etc., was not inviting. The Hilton was wonderful, especially the breakfast staff and the bar staff. Though young themselves, the Reception staff were a bit stuffy. However, the bellhops were tremendously helpful!

Le peu de considération pour l’impact carbone et écologique en général. Exemple le jus d’orange est du Tropicana qui a traversé l’atlantique alors qu’il y a des orangers et des oranges locales partout! Le chauffage à fond. Pas d’économie d’eau sur les pommeaux de douche. C’est dommage car il serait temps que le tourisme s’inquiète de ce sujet qui concerne tout le monde.

Luxury of the old days in the heart of Dubrovnik

Perfect location, just next to the Pile Gate bus stop and at the entrance to the old town; there are several mini-marts within 2 mins walk. The room was huge and the view was magnificent. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

It looks like not much thought has gone into planning the layout of the room, especially the bathroom. The toilet seat is slotted into a space that’s too narrow to make sense, so you have to sit sideways as the wall in front is way too close. The toilet roll holder then becomes 270 degrees behind you, and it was rather difficult to use… Otherwise the shower was powerful enough and the Crabtree and Evelyn amenities of pretty good quality.

Housekeeping was not good for the hotel of this price. The bottle of shower gel was empty for two days. They did not bring all the sets of towels every day. We asked the staff to bring small towels. They did, but the towels were taken away later.

Wonderful hotel near Old Town Dubrovnik!!

Beautifully decorated large room. A/c and elevator. Only stayed one night in Dubrovnik. Certainly will stay at the Hilton again it’s conveniently located near Old Town Dubrovnik but has easier access for public transportation since it’s outside the Old Town city walls! Very helpful staff.

Pleasant experience but a little lacking for a 5 star hotel

I like the Welcome note, it makes me feel welcomed. The receptionists really try their best to help us. The cleaners take care of the room very well. And the location is right next to the attractions. We like the ice dispenser next to the room too, the spa area is pleasant and I had a nice massage

We expected a more breakfast selections, it lacks variety. The staffs at the Breakfast are are quite hard to reach, I understand it could get quite busy. But the restaurant staffs sometimes make me feel unwelcome. We expected more exceptional stay for a 5 star hotel, and for the price we paid

Simply amazing!

Perhaps one of the most beautiful rooms we havr ever stayed in. Very firendly staff...and a breathtaking view if the city. Even though it is so close to the center...the restaurant and bar terrace are an oasis. Great food as well.

Lovely!

Breakfast is included and delicious! If you hook an executive room you have access to a lounge with complimentary cappuccino, snacks and a full bar from 6-8. Our room had a balcony with a lovely sea view and a view of the fortress. Room was spatipis and comfortable.

Wish the pool was outdoor!
