Good location near to shopping belt and also near to train station. Comfy bed and decent size for single person.
I was in a room on a lower floor on Friday night and it was a bit noisy. But I managed to sleep through with ear plugs. Otherwise, it is generally quiet.

The location and general facilities were good.
When i booked the hotel, one of the prerequisites was free, onsite parking. When i checked in, I was told there were no parking spots available so i needed to pay a further $30 for off site parking!
I was also woken up numerous times during the night from people yelling at each other on the main street!

Very small room but it was all we needed great ease if access to city and transport
Smallness of room no view had to ask for more towels provided body was smelt aeful

I like it because it’s near the city and we chose the room because of the city view.
I expected more about the room. I thought the room is big but when i saw it, it was small and no cabinets. I also notice that they didn’t change the linens and towels when they do room service.

Staff was flexible to accommodate a slightly earlier checkin

Booking.com advertised room 612 as a deluxe king room. It was more spartan than deluxe. No wardrobe no drawers. Hanging space was a 4or5 inch peg over the suitcase bench

Only the location.
The price was very high for the tiny, uncomfortable room. Lights did not work, no room for a suitcase.

Good clean room. I was on a very low level (1) but heard little to no noise at night.
Reception service was good, staff looked newish but did the job well. Close to shops, food & convenience store and I was only a short distance from The Perth Mint and a few other placed I dropped in at. Was pleasantly surprised as this was cheaper then most hotels in the main streets of Perth. As a hotel manager myself, I do recommend.
Room was typically CBD small, but I knew that coming in.

The lobby has the most divine smell! Very modern and neat.
The room felt a bit small, but very neat and tidy. Staff was very friendly and informative.

The room was great. Comfy bed and enough space for a short trip. Aircon worked great.
Unfortunately the service was not fantastic, the lady who checked us in did not have great customer service skills. The bathroom was also average but fine for a short stay.

Easily accessible to where I needed to be. Beds are always comfortable and the rooms/bathrooms are always exceptionally clean. Staff are very welcoming and return bond quickly. Hotel always smells nice.

Room and location were great, comfortable bed, clean and tidy, just what we needed for our overnight stay.
The fact that we had our vehicle elsewhere at extra cost ( 30 dolllars) overnight. A toilet brush in the bathroom would be handy and a hand towel rather than use the bath towel. In case you haven't been told the window on the right hand end is allowing air in the room as it isn't sealing properly Room( 212) Instructions on how to set up TV for older folk would also be an asset and how to get heating on the conditioner.

While the room was small it had everything needed. Best thing is the windows open!

Great location and comfortable bed
There was a note in my room about construction work on other levels. This should have been told in advance as it was noisy during the day.
Also, there is a club next door that produces a lot of bass music that goes through your room

Hotel is in an excellent location. 24 hour reception available if required. Reception staff were very friendly, extremely helpful. Room and bathroom very clean. Beds comfy. Lifts secure by key card access. Foyer, reception area, lifts and hallways well present and clean.
Our 'petite' double room was small for our 4 night stay. Only hanging space were 2 hooks on wall. No hand towels in bathroom - only small face washers. Room was a bit stuffy/too warm with Air-conditioning on - as you could not reduce set minimum temperature below 18 degrees. Had to leave window open a bit for cooler air. No ramp access to entrances - stairs only.

The heater wouldnt work and it was a big cold wave in Perth

Well situated within close walking distance to Elizabeth Quay, cafes, restaurants. Rooms are small but very neat and tidy and well laid out to make use of the space available. Easy check in and check out. The bar next door also has pretty raucous live music which was a bit of a worry when I checked in - but I wasn't able to hear them at all when I got up to my room (4th and 7th floor during my 2 visits).
I stayed in two rooms a week apart and I couldn't get the heating to go over 20 degrees - it would just blow cold air at me! Fine for sleeping but a bit chilly if not under the covers (to be fair, though, I didn't mention it to reception).

Our room was very cosy, clean and comfortable.
Not sure why our security bond has gone up from $100 to $200 between our last stay a couple of weeks earlier and this one?

Perfect for when you want a comfortable clean place to sleep eat and shower at the end of the day. Nothing too big or lavish but still neat and tidy.
The only fault I found for the entire week I stayed was that the shower leaked every time you showered. Otherwise it was great
