Close to city
The room was not made up, the staff were rude and demeaning, failed to follow through on promises to service the room with housekeeping.
6.0
Staff were very friendly and very helpful.
Very clean and comfy beds
Excellent location
No heating in the room. We were cold in the rooms and hotel had to give us little heaters and extra blankets at night.
One bedside lamp which did not work. All lights were either all on or all off.
Room furniture was old.
Carpets to our room were threadbare in parts.
Hotel building is old and in need of an upgrade.

Location
But dated but clean and acceptable Gym needs to be updated and maybe heated pool

On-site restaurant was fantastic and well priced.
Access to complimentary bikes was terrific.
The pool isn't heated and is freezing to the point you may as well not have a pool. I love having a pool when staying away and this was really disappointing.
Also staff at reception had zero local knowledge - asked about near by cafes in walking distance and said they weren't sure and did not try to find out or help.
In room TV reception was sketchy and would be good if they updated to smart TV's or offered streaming services.

Great pool and location
A bit tired.

Huge spacious room, although the room is older, everything works
Location was slightly further from CBD, and there was one day where the toilet did not work but my husband fixed it quickly
9.0
Room was clean and comfortable. Great location and good restaurant for breakfast.
Had trouble communicating with hotel as booking was through booking.com so they couldn't organise changes via phone call and did not respond to message via booking.com
Parking was limited and if you leave to go somewhere else you are likely to lose spot. However, there was plenty of nearby street parking.

the bathroom was a little dated (grout wise) but not too much of a problem

Way too overpriced for what you get, my dad gets nicer rooms when he works away fifo. Staff were lovely though , ended up staying somewhere else and wasting 850$ because it was that disappointing

It's good to have a room with three beds so our family of four with two young children could all fit in the same room.

Last minute booking turned out to be the best of my whole trip. Staff, room, and facilities were all fantastic. Really enjoyed my stay. Views were beautiful as well!
Some maintenance and upgrades were in process but did not affect my stay. Improvements have to be done after all. Still very enjoyable.

The buffet breakfast is great with lots of food to choose.
There is no USB charger for guests to charge their mobile phones or iPad. The television is out of order which can’t be turned on!

Quick service from staff when our spa stopped working. The buffet breakfast was amazing. ***
Very happy with our room.
The limited parking bays on-site are a major inconvenience. Did not feel safe leaving our car on the streets. And didn't like how far down the street you had to park.!

I actually did not book this and I had selected a package at The Crown Promenade for my birthday so when I went to The Crown and was told I had to go into Perth I was very upset and disappointed. This cost more in taxi’s as there is no parking at The Crown Plaza and took time away from a birthday celebration
But the Hotel was clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly
4.0
Comfortable bed, bathroom was big, room was big
I didn’t like it when I couldn’t have a breakfast because I was a Coeliac and the kitchen couldn’t make me a breakfast from the kitchen because I couldn’t have the buffet breakfast because of cross contamination so I had to let my partner and our friend have breakfast so I had to go hungry.
6.0
The hotel location was next to Langley Park in the Perth CBD.
The buffet breakfast staff were cheery, and the food was hot and fresh.
The hotel was constantly being cleaned.
Budget accommodation to expectation.
Minimal parking (25 bays) and overflow had to pay to park on the street, so vehicle safety was a concern.
One of the two elevators was broken.
Mini Bar was empty but could be stocked by calling the reception.
8.0
location, service
no complaints
