Lage des Zimmers im Hotel drin, gutes Wifi, Betten bequem, zentrale Lage, Frühstück gut, angenehme Bar, schönes Hotel-Interieur

Obwohl Junior Suite wegen ungünstigem Grundriss wenig Platz, kleines Bad, daher Preis-Leistung nicht so gut, Baustellen und Nähe Hauptbahnhof (Sicherheit!) ein Problem

Irgendwie hat alles nicht gepasst. Wir waren schon in einigen anderen Sofitel Hotels und unsere Erwartungen an diesem Hotel waren wohl zu hoch.

Die Lage des Hotels. Keine schöne Gegend. Darüberhinaus war die Parkplatz Situation eine Katastrophe.

The breakfast offering and the quality of produce was great. The staff at the dining hall was very good and hospitable. The room was clean and the products in the bath were good quality. Complimentary fruit plate and chocolates were appreciated by the kids / family.

Worst View from a hotel ever; the top of the rail platform is not one thinks of when one books a suite for a vacation. Breakfast quality / offering and the staff at the dining hall was very good. location was convenient to take trains but with a big down side. The pool and spa was under renovation which was notified in an email after the booking was done. This should be a No No!

The hotel had great facilities, the room was nice and spacious with everything needed for a short stay

the only negative was the rude member of staff who worked on the spa, she was very condescending and was even shouting at people... not as expected from a luxury hotel

Breakfast starts early at 6.30am and the spread is reasonable good for the price we paid. Location of hotel is about 7mins walk from Old Town , and shopping streets.

a. The Front Desk staff L.Kopsch was very rude to my family during checked in. All other staff from reception , cleaning room staff, and morning breakfast team have been awesome and pleasant. All the hard and good work by the whole team put down by this particular incident. He could have performed better if he is deployed to the back end operations, away from guests. Though the customer service manager called the next evening, and subsequently offered drinks in the bar, it was a actually a welcome drink which we did not bother. A welcome drink on the 2nd night seemed cheap. b. Received email for room upgrade ( which we did not accept), received another email subsequently informing us on property upgrading works during our stay on their pool, sauna and parking garage. We got to park at the opposite hotel, a big loop . A valet parking service could be offered by Sofitel during this period, but there was not any. Guests are already putting up with the renovation, and then we got to find our way for parking other sites. Rooms upgrading should have been complementary, and then sending the next email about upgrading works, really left a bad taste.

Beautiful hotel right next to train station so very convenient for train travel. Really comfortable room. Nicely designed pool and spa facilities.

The breakfast was a bit too expensive for us. We ate breakfast elsewhere. The location was not as visually appealing as the old centre - modern and a bit seedy, as areas close to train station often are.

Laut Hotelmanager wurde das Konzept geändert und es gibt jetzt keine Snacks mehr in der Minibar. Das fand ich früher immer sehr schön im Sofitel. Keine Snacks hat auch ein 3 Sterne Hotel, deswegen finde ich das neue Konzept absolut misslungen. Auch Milch für einen Kaffee morgens war nur für eine Person vorhanden. Das habe ich in anderen 5 Sterne Hotels schon alles viel besser erlebt. Ein Upgrade mir der Amax-Platin Card war auch nicht möglich und zu guter Letzt war im Bad auch noch eine Leiste an der Duschecke ab. Dies wohl auch schon länger und somit seit langen nicht Instand gesetzt.

Unglaublich das nenne ich Hotel mit fabelhaften Service. Man kann nichts beanstanden. Alles Klasssssse

Room was very small and bathroom was tiny. Nowhere to put your things in the bathroom. Very overpriced.

The mattress was not great

Das Bett war unglaublich bequem, die Einrichtung im Zimmer war schön

Es dauerte sehr lange bis man am Schalter dran kam, die Abwicklung war langsam. Das Personal war eher höflich reserviert, man fühlte sich nicht wirklich herzlich willkommen. Online haben wir im Restaurant einen Tisch gebucht und per Mail bestätigt bekommen. Vor Ort war aber tatsächlich doch nichts mehr frei. Wohl Software Problem aber für uns ärgerlich Im Spa gab es am Abend keine Handtücher mehr, so dass man die Sauna leider nicht nutzen konnte. Es hieß, man muss auf House keeping warten. Aber nach 30 min waren immer noch keine Handtücher da also sind wir gegangen. Dafür ist das Hotel doch zu teuer

Sehr lauter Lüfter im WC, der sich nicht abschalten ließ und aufgrund des offenen Konzepts von Badezimmer und Wohnbereich auch nicht durch das Schließen einer Türe gemindert werden konnte

Everything was great, this is a lovely hotel perfectly set right downtown and right next to the train station. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go!

Unsere Suite war wunderschön, die Aussicht ganz oben wart atemberaubend mit den extra hohen Fenster. Also definitiv nur zu Empfehlen. Wir würden die Suite sofort wieder buchen. Die Lage ist perfekt und vom Marienplatz her sehr gut zu Fuss zu erreichen.

Uns hat soweit nichts nicht gefallen. Vielleicht waren wir auch nicht lange genug da, um das beurteilen zu können, denn sowohl Lage, Zimmer, Hotel als solches und Personal war während unserem Aufenthalt einwandfrei.

Zimmer Frühstück sehr gut. Abend Essen im eigenen Speiserestaurant nicht empfehlenswert, hatten alle vier Durchfall am folgenden Tag!

Rezeption Herr Müller hat uns 1 Stunde warten lassen bis er unsere Buchung gefunden hat. (Haben aber einen Drink erhalten an der Bar, vielen Dank) Im weiteren hat die Information und Datenverarbeitung zwischen Sofitel Booking sehr schlecht funktioniert. Die Mitteilungen von Booking sind teilweise doppelt und verschieden bei uns angekommen. Denke daher ist auch die Suche von Herrn Müller so lange gegangen! Wir möchten und werden auch keine Kritik im Netz abgeben, das schadet ihrem Hotel nur, somit können sie das als Verbesserungsmöglichkeit umsetzten. Wir sind in den letzten 15 Jahren sicher 10-15 mal mit Kolleggen und Geschäftskunden bei Sofitel abgestiegen, tendenziell sind wie auch in unseren Firmen in der Schweiz die jüngeren Mitarbeiter nicht mehr auf dem Level wie die Ü 50 Leute. Mit dem müssen wir leben. Aber man muss dies im Auge behalten. Keine Angst, wir kommen wieder ins Sofitel und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen Bitte sagen sie uns eine einfache direkte Buchungsadresse mit Sofitel, da Booking bereits 15-30% von der Marche absahnt, möchten wir gerne in Zukunft direkt buchen, das wäre für sie besser und aber auch für uns. O SPA é muito bom e o staff do hotel é muito amigável. Café da manhã espetacular.

Nos foi vendida a reserva como uma reserva de cama de casal. Na verdade, eram duas de solteiro, juntadas. O quarto nao tem janela que abra para arejar, fica super abafado com o vapor do chuveiro. O banheiro também é estranho, pois o espelho abre como se fosse uma janela para dentro do quarto, e a porta do banheiro é de vidro. Nada conveniente este setup de apartamento.

Todo!!!! Me encantó!!! Tremendo hotel, cerca de la estación de tren y muy céntrico. También la habitación con una hermosa vista. Definitivamente volveremos!!!
