A memorable stay that could have been more beautiful

Our room was based on a king-size bed, but unfortunately, two single beds were pushed together, and this was not true at all. The cleanliness of the room was not up to expectations and the floor was not swept at all during our stay.

The cleanliness of the room and the condition of the bed were not as expected. Our check-in took a lot of time and the relevant official did not have sufficient mastery of this task at all and was very amateur.

NOT WORTH VALUE FOR MONEY

Great location but only this. Value for money on anything else completely not Worth it.

horrible customer service and don't think about asking concierge service for any help. gentleman there was so rude and when I asked for assistance on envelope that was left for me, the gentleman through a bunch of envelopes on the table and made dirogatory remark in Arabic and shouted. I've never been so offended and can't believe that they have someone like this as concierge service to begin with.. Also, I booked 9nights and had 2 suites and spent over $75,000 dollars and when I requested 2pm checkout they only gave me 1pm and thought that was petty seeing how long and how much I spent.. The overall feeling we got was hotel runs guests as "cattle mentality" and just wants to turn over on everything as fast as possible without any feeling of guest treatment. Bathroom shower consistently leaked all over floor in master bedroom and had to use multiple towels to keep from slipping on floor. We've done multiple stay cations in Dubai and unfortunately this was our least favorite place and would definitely not recommend as much better hotels to consider

Отличный разнообразный завтрак. Комфортный пляж, прекрасные бассейны. Есть детский клуб, вообще для детей условия отличные

Отель уставший и требующий ремонта в номерах. Система кондиционирования из серии замерзаем или задыхаемся. И в пляжном отеле, конечно, очень неудобно отсутствие балкона.

Excellent stay and worth only if you are going to enjoy the stay without going out

It is right at the ocean and has many activity around the hotel

It is over priced and claim room size to be 50 sq meters but somehow feel smaller

Birthday celebration one off, nice hotel but V.expensive for what you can get elsewhere

Beach area well kept, staff can’t do enough, pool areas and beds are great, breakfast was amazing, rooms are spacious and have all accessories.

No shop on the hotel grounds for snacks for young ones! Outside the hotel you can’t cross the road for a very long distance to go to the mall facing due to central reservation. Staff couldn’t make a child’s cheese sandwich when asked but wanted me to purchase a club sandwich! Traffic in Dubai is terrible now, so stay on Jumeira beach we’re everything is within walking distance imo for half the price!

Great Hotel for families/young couples

This is a great hotel- on the beach- breakfast huge choice- iconic hotel. Staff are amazing- room great

Victim of its success- very busy- music too loud in Bastion restaurant- families/young couples will like it- we are 50s/ great hotel but not for us- couldnt find a seat outside to get a drink etc etc.

Negative and bad experience

Bad Service Bad staff and very slow. They keep you wait for so long and they don’t answer phone calls for service. Staff are not attentive and not professional. TV are not working in the room.

overall it was an amazing hotel, we love the ambiance and the luxury of it. Will probably be back!

It was a gorgeous view to wake up to, seeing the Burj al Arab, we were at the Hotel on New Years eve and our stay was highlighted with the fireworks from Burj al arab. It was an amazing experience with the family, and the great thing is it was not that crowded.

There was a gala happening at the hotel, and the hotel restaurant was closed due to the gala, it would be nice if the hotel restaurant is open too and a few seats outside are open for the hotel guest. There is not much going on for the hotel guest, just waiting for the Fireworks for the New years eve.

Beautiful really enjoyed it and my family loved it.

Buffet breakfast was great had most varieties to chose from and the quality of the food great. Location was also perfect positioned just next to the Burj is great. Swimming pool was also lovely.

No shisha available by the swimming pool you have to go to a restaurant to smoke shisha yet e cigarettes are allowed.

A fabulous hotel on the beach

The hotel is located directly onto Jumeirah Beach, the rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious with a luxurious bathroom. The hotel is modern, very clean and the staff cannot do enough for you, always with a big smile on their faces.

There’s nothing to dislike. However, there is building work in progress next door but it didn’t affect us.

Good hotel with nice beach

fast check-in process, kind personel, awesome breakfast, warm outdoor pools, serving alchohol, nice app support with E-butler, nice ocean view, cake and candy treats for my birthday, attention to details, nice private beach, very clean room

the location is a bit isolated, far from center, no transport option except taxi, overall the price is a bit high - the hotel is nothing so special, no 'wow' effect as expected on departure, they were supposed to send someone to pick up our luggage on time - no one came, they were supposed to book a private taxi to the airport but no one knew about it on the morning and they just fetched another one private from outside that came at higher price

Beautiful hotel, a wonderful stay.

Beautiful clean hotel, the staff were great - especially the cleaning team - they left adorable towels in the shapes of animals which my 3 year old enjoyed coming back to every day! The breakfast buffet is great, rooms spacious - pools lovely and warm.

Номер отличный, вид на море и бурдж аль араб шикарный. Бассейн, море все хорошо.

Отель староват, но номер не плохой. Не удобно, что нужно всегда подниматься на этаж с карточкой. Завтраки нормальные, но на обед очень скудный выбор в этом же ресторане, меню никакое. Были 1 день, не успели все осознать, но не понравилось что слишком много охраны, как на секретном объекте, не пустили на море прогуляться пока я ждала заселение, сказала что у меня пока нет карты, охранник не хотел пропускать.

Stunning hotel

Everything is beautiful at this hotel, rooms are large, amazing facilities and the staff are wonderful.

Christmas Dinner at the Dhow and Anchor was slightly overpriced for the type of restaurant it is. Still, the food was delicious.

расположение на берегу, почти на пляже вай фай на пляже

Внятно рассказывать гостям о пляжной зоне на много отелей, много ресторанов и т.д. В номере не открывается окно. свежего воздуха нет и не может быть в принципе. хотя по ночам было бы приятно дышать морем. персонал. на приезде просят оплатить номер. обмен по ужасному курсу, но показывают, где недалеко обменять. я спрашиваю, сколько поменять. мне называют цену. я еду и меняю доллары. возвращаюсь. мне называют сумму на 577 долларов больше. оказывается, еще депозит. Почему меня не предупредили??? Я спросил про пляжный волейбол. Никто мне не сказал, что есть площадка, на которой играют.

Great location

Staff is generally well trained and always helpful, location is great as you can use all Jumeriah facilities, rooms are really nice.

Pools require refurbishment as there are many missing tiles, ongoing construction works are bit noisy which didnt bother me much but since i reserved non refundable, i got message about works after reservation what is not really professional.

Gerne kommen wir wieder

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, aber ich würde immer wieder herkommen, weil Service und Qualität des Essens perfekt sind. Auch Strand ist perfekt.

Not as good as before would really consider not going back there , we have stayed at this hotel 5/6

food was excellent

Very Very disappointed with executive pool area , it was over run with children , babies and every kind of flotation device made ie rubber rings , arm bands flippers water guns ect we paid a lot of money for the executive rooms and pool area .talked to duty manager and she said there shouldnt be any children in there !!!!

Good for family

Staff is not that helpful in restaurants. Location is perfect, especially wild wadi waterpark just "behind the door", kids were happy. Hotel is quite old and it is obvious when it comes to showers and sanitary equipment in the room.

Room condition is decent, but would like to sanitaryware, drainage and air conditioning to work better. Bath tap pressure was very low, so it was useless and just took place.

Check in 有点久一直在等待，不过还好有人带去一个会员俱乐部那里去做check in，早餐没有带汤的面条，有点遗憾。蔬菜有点少

Best hotel we have stayed in!!

Every single staff member was not only friendly, they were so attentive, food was fantastic, rooms were very clean and well maintained. Definately coming back!

I think the concierge out the front of the hotel should not try to push people to get a private transfer when they ask for a taxi. Its double the price and some people may fall into this trap as what they offer is misleading. We were asked if we wanted a private taxi... when actually it was a private car for double the price. Just feel its unnecessary
