The Location and the beach;
If you are looking for a party; go for it.
I booked based on the booking.com rating 9*(usually matches expectation, unfortunately not this time); wish I had read the reviews. Basically; most of the negative reviews totally make sense.
There are many hotels which are cheaper but better in the same area;
Gentlemen / security personnel near the elevator had better customer service sense than all the staff combined.
Recommend not to get the rooms that look at kids pool , as those face right at restaurant’s air conditioner exhaust with terrible smell.
