Situated in Surfside Beach, this lovely house for £597 per night is a great option for your next trip. Half Moon is a large, 6 bedroom house located on the Pedestrian Beach in Surfside. This area is known for being family-friendly and only accessible to Pedestrians (this means there are no motorized vehicles allowed on the beach at any time). The house is close enough to the water that you are easily within earshot of the kids playing on the beach and went hey re ready to come in; there is an open air shower under the house. This is perfect for hosing off sandy kids, toys, coolers, fishing gear, etc. Pets are welcome at this home. 2 pets max. w/ a non-refundable pet fee. (ask if additional pets are allowed). Inside you will love the new tile floors that look just like wood. The kitchen was updated with new granite counter tops and stainless appliances. Bedrooms have new bedding and new furniture throughout. From the main living area, you will enjoy gorgeous water views all day long…watch the sunrise over the water and sunset over the bay. Half Moon is also located close to Surf Shops, Convenient Store, Food, Bars and our Office.

We went with my extended family for our annual weekend at the beach. This house has a great location right on the pedestrian beach. It was not crowded at all and we had a great time! The views are beautiful and the ramp was so helpful getting things in and out of the house. The bed rooms were perfect for our family and the beds all comfortable. No complaints, it was a lovely weekend!!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The house fit us well. We had an adult son, grandfather and six other kids. Everyone had easy places to sleep and play. The kitchen was fairly well equipped. We cook a lot and didn’t need much beyond what was provided. When we had a couple of maintenance issues, they came right out to make it right. If I could have, I would have added a shower on the main floor. Just would have made the stay even better.

The Half Moon beach house was so much more than we imagined. Easy check in. Right on the beach with plenty of deck space for the whole family. The house was beautifully decorated and comfortable. We felt at home instantly. A grocery store less than a block away met all our needs. A wonderful time was had by all. We are already making plans to return to Half Moon beach house next summer.

It was listed with a shower downstairs and was only a toilet and sink. We made it work. The property is amazing. Extra trash bin is needed. Be sure to bring extra trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels. We will book to stay there again! Kitchen has everything you would need and the grill is amazing. They even had a pet bed and leash/ long lighters for the grill. Things most Vrbo do not have

We loved the property and found it to be comfortable for family members from three generations! We had some issues with the outside/downstairs shower not working and other water equipment being hard to operate but maintenance came to fix it, so we were happy. Would love to visit again! Thank you!

We had a great visit, the house was great. One of the most well stocked rentals I've ever stayed in. There wasn't a thing missing from the kitchen that we needed. The management company was easy to work with and super quick to respond with any questions we had. Most questions we had were because I just didn't read the email completely. The only thing I can dock from this property was the bathroom situation. The listing says there is three full bathrooms, but that is not the case. The main floor bath is only a half bath. This would have been fine, but we choose the property because of the location and it had a ramp. We had a person with us that was unable to use stairs. We got it worked out, but if you have a handicapped individual, just know that to shower they will have to go upstairs. Other than that we loved the property and would come back. Best BBQ pit we've ever had at a rental, clean, no bugs, great location to the beach.

This place is the best. Great location. Excellent views. We stayed with 12 of our family/friends. There was room for everyone. Beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was we thought the area in front of the home was for our use to set up beach tents etc since we weren’t on the public side of the beach and we had rented the property. Apparently we were wrong and anyone can use the beach to set up (not just pass through) according to the manager we spoke with, so don’t sleep in on the weekend if you want a spot. We couldn’t even use the beach area in front on Saturday because we slept in until about 9 am. When we woke up the beach in front was so packed solid with people already. So make sure you get up and block off your area by 5:30 am. Beach goers arrived by 6 am Saturday morning I our kids said. The views are amazing from the kitchen, living and master bedroom areas. The manager Drew, was very helpful. We arrived at almost midnight and couldn’t find the key. He was very considerate and helpful considering the lateness of the hour especially. Would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing time. The check in process was very easy.The home was clean. We loved the morning most of all because of the beach views from the deck.Definitely worth it.

This was my first and last VRBO experience. The property was promoted essentially Awesome. It was not even adequate. No running water, nobody answers the phone when we called to resolve. No linens on the bed, dead cock roaches all over the place, toilets didn't work, sinks backed up, refrigerator wouldn't get cold, no paper towels, toilet paper or soap of any kind. It was close to the marina which was ok, but paying What we paid for two nights in a house that was disgusting and nobody would help is unacceptable. To add insult to injury, this trip was to celebrate a close friends retirement. Thanks for nothing VRBO, you disappoint. .
